OKC Zoo

Outdated map from 2018 is frustrating, expecially with all the costruction & removed paths. They managed to update the maps at the zoo & they no longer have paper maps. So why is the online map not updated to the current layout of the zoo?

This app was very simple and straightforward. It's use is specific to navigating the zoo. Sometimes the map wouldn't quite zoom properly and so that was tricky but otherwise it worked well.

You can only access the zoo activities like the sea lion show on the same transaction as buying the admission tickets. Once the tickets are bought you can't go back in to reserve the activities. The app crashed just after I paid for the tickets and I was unable to book any feedings or shows. Since the zoo does not answer their phone we couldn't buy tickets for activities and they were sold out by the time we got there.

So much on this app is out of date and needs to be updated or information is missing entirely. I usually end up just going to the website instead.

It kept showing us in the water areas. Zoo needs to just put up the big maps with "YOU ARE HERE" like every large mall has. (and Disney etc)

The app is fine, but the map is at least 5 years outdated so the app isn't all that useful

Great app but could be better if your purchased tickets could be stored here unless they expire.

Zoo is fabulous but it would be nice if app had an updated map!!!

Horrible theses people don't know how mangage their park. I called before I made the trip for admission and hours. The family gets there and then made to leave. I asked why they said you don't have a reservation. I said you receptionist never mentioned reservations when I spoke with her on the phone.... Theses people are such amateurs, I couldn't believe how they handled it. They have no clue on how to do things correctly!!!!!! Mind blowing!!!!!!!!!

There is no contact us option. There should also be a FAQ and menu for the restaurants.

Map is completely wrong - literally years out of date. Beware!

Can't just log in to my membership on the app to make a reservation. Pitiful. Who created this app? Do better at your job. Do better.

Annoying. Only gives you hours for TODAY. Well I'm not going TODAY. Uninstall!

I downloaded the app for directions and the map sucked

It's confusing

Overall good app. Great UI. However back button works as a menu button. I'll be at the zoo later so I will come back with a map review (honestly not a big issue, there are physical maps at the zoo). I would love to see a members login. That way I could register/enroll/enter in my membership info and carry it on my phone.

If I can't purchase tickets via the app then there's no point to have the app take up space on my phone

Love the concept but the map doesn't seem to be working. I think it would be awesome if there was a way to integrate the ZooMembership card into the app so that a member can just present there phone upon entry
