My rating, for now, is based on how cumbersome and time-comsuming it was to set up. I couldn't set it up on my phone and had to call OCCU. They even encountered a glitch. Then I had to set up online banking. Finally, I got to set up the mobile app. I told the helpful lady who answered the phone that they didn't make it easy and she said they knew it had problems and it was a third-party product. That's unacceptable, in my opinion. It reflects on OCCU. I may like the app more after I've used it.
App works fine with only one caveat listed below, service at OCCU is great. Only problem with this, and most apps, is that they don't respect the user's election to not rate the app. Storing such a simple preference permanently either locally or remotely is easily coded and disregard for users wishes not to be bothered or tracked by such metrics is noteworthy. Since a rating is so important that my repeated declination to provide one is disregarded, I will oblige.

Very easy to learn and navigate. Helpful when the banks are closed.
The Account Transactions UI interface changes mentioned in the app's most recent update removed the separations of months in each account's transaction history, making it harder to search for an individual payment by quickly scanning for the right timeframe. Each payment now has to be carefully looked at to find date information--meaning I might as well use my web account instead of this app.
I use to rate this app five star but now it's a 3. For some reason, I need to login to my account to know balance when I could text Bal to get my balance. Don't know what has happened because I never opted out. Everything still stands I cannot get my balance from my text.it will be nice also if we could log out a card so no one else could be able to use that there would be a plus but I'm still happy with the service as far as everything else goes 😊.
New version doesn't work for mobile deposit of checks on my samsung, while old version worked great - excellent improvement. Complained to OCCU and the closed the complaint out and marked as Resolved and Closed. Typical with occu online support.
Works great to check transactions, transfer, and review statements. Really like the bill pay also. It's all very easy to use!
So easy to use and saves the drive.
I did give it a five and you can see below my response. Now it won't even let me sign in something is wrong with the app. I am trying to deposit a check through e deposit and I can't get signed in and it won't let me do it through the website. I love being able to deposit a check without leaving my mother alone at home. So far so good not sure where to find my account number within the app.
I absolutely love OCCU. I have banked there for years. I switched banks one time and went immediately back to OCCU. I appreciate how nice and helpful all the employees are with the customers and the banking app is great to use.
Oklahoma Central CU was my first account in high school. I have used them over the years for checking, savings and auto loans. Their associates work well with me and their rates are the most competitive in the industry. Thanks OCCU!
Very easy to use and helpful
As you can tell, so far I'm not happy with the system I now have. whether it's because I have a new tablet or changes you have made, it takes longer to pay bills plume am unable to review history of who I am paying. 8/20 STILL don't like this Bill paying app
Photos are poor and hard to take. I can never remember all the stuff OCCU requires with the endorsement. Unlike BOK which tells me in seconds my deposit is accepted, OCCU may take several days. Usually I hear nothing.
Unbelievable that I have to create a password everytime I log in. It's frustrating. I think I'd be better off just doing mobile banking over the phone. So disappointing.

Try to take picture of check to deposit. Could not take until I logged out and back in again. Took a long time. Didn't know what was going on with your site. Not the 1st time.
Made managing money so easy when i was overseas. Love not having to drive to the bank to deposit checks, however, mobile check deposit feature is a little finicky.
Glitches alot and it keeps forgetting registered devices
I love the ability to deposit checks without needing to visit the bank. I don't live near an office and my daily routine is hectic. This really helps.
Very awesome. Fluid transfers. I can easily within seconds check my account at ANY time. Best there is in my opinion.

After update the pending charges view is no longer available but a login time stamp is now visible but useless function.

This has been the best, most convenient app for handling my banking at a distance with this credit union. Easy transfers and easy to view transaction statements, both current and past history, with easy to use search tools when looking for specific transactions. Some useful credit tools and other extras..Only downside, which may have been improved by now, is the e-deposit with a paycheck. I had an unfortunate mishap the first time I tried it and sorta gun-shy on that feature
