Oklahoma Mobile ID
Intuitive and easy-to-use, Mobile ID is unlocked by a selfie match to verify identity, or by using a self-selected pin. Mobile ID allows you to control your identity by allowing you to share only the information needed for a transaction. For example, if you need to prove that you’re old enough to buy alcohol, you can select a privacy view that only shows your name, photo, and that you are older than 21. No other personal information, like date of birth and address, is shown to the person checking your ID.
In three simple steps, you can register for your Mobile ID:

2. Use the app to capture your state-issued driver’s license or ID card
3. Follow the app’s registration steps to take your selfie and verify you are you
Please note: Oklahoma Mobile ID by IDEMIA is considered an official state-issued ID, but it currently serves as a companion to your physical ID rather than as a replacement. You can use it in any context you would normally use your driver’s license or state-issued ID to verify your identity, but you should still keep your physical ID as a back-up.
The Oklahoma Mobile ID is available at no charge to citizens until November 2020. After this, a yearly subscription will be required.

I love it. Not nessarry to bring My id everywhere. Just open app Oklahoma is the thing as your physical state ID or driver license. The only issue I have with it is not the app itself(it's awesome) Some of the stores try to not accept this as a form of identification. I looked it up they have too. It's the same as your physical ID. Don't let them tell you no different!!! Brilliant, convenient, secure, great app!! 5 stars!!!
App crashes and limited use case makes this app almost useless. Not accepted as a valid form of ID during a traffic stop, so I still have to carry a physical ID. The only remaining benefit was that I could complete the RealID application process before going to the tag agency. Sadly, anytime I try to use the RealID application, the app instantly crashes.
This application is simply broken from the ground up. I've chatted with personnel numerous times and still unresolved. 6 months these issues have persisted and I would suggest a fresh start, 2 different phones were blamed and now on a 3rd and still no progress. Great idea but embarrassing outcome.
Link it texts is bad. This worked as intended in my old phone. Got new phone, downloaded the app and it is telling me the link is bad and I can't go any further. Tried a re-download and everything
This may not be accepted everywhere but it is nice in a pickle. Never had an issue with it so far. Just follow instructions, and read everything, it'll get you done and certified real quick.
Not a Real ID but allows for easy sign up. Works, is secure, and brings it one more step to my phone being my wallet. No more lost cards and hastle of replacing ID!
Can never get past the registration link. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling at least 5 times and it gets hung up at the same place every time when I click the link they send.
I like having this digital copy of dl. I did experience some difficulty with face photo; it took 2 tries and had to redo everything. Now that it's set up, it's great.
Love it so far so good. It's easy to setup easy to use. Will be very convenient. Sometimes I don't carry my wallet. I don't trust the things you attach to the phone. To put cards in it. I always carry my phone. Great job!
Very difficult to set up via text link on Android, instructions buried in support section. Continually asks me to apply for Real ID when I already have Real ID.
Could not complete process. the text link was broken. attempted multiple time with no luck.
Too bad programmers aren't required to use the app themselves before it is released. Constantly guessing at next step until some instruction eventually show up. Face scanning is without instructions so you have no idea what to do. Having to look up face scanning instructions saved me; found they want to collect a yearly fee. So, I just deleted it. More apt to leave my wallet at home than the phone, so what's the point?
It would be nice to not get kicked out everytime I go to apply for real ID. It keeps crashing.
Held up a line waiting for 2 factor to work and it never did, the only time I ever needed it. Trash app, Oklahoma state quality 👍
The account won't register. When you click the link it doesn't do anything except open a browser with an error code.
It took me 3 times to get the back of my license scanned (I had to get it centered very quickly) but once this was done it activated. I like the 3D presentation of my face, although it's a little spooky.
It's cool to have the option i have not used it yet. When setting up the ID I found it difficult doing the connect the dots thing when taking the face photo. Maybe to clear things up for people, when connecting the dots you move your head up in an angled way. Not like moving your entire head up vertically. Took me a minute to realize that, it can be frustrating doing this part of the set up.
Useless. Cant register. Can't get past step requiring picture of the face. Directions are vague. It says center face and then nothing happens. Just a little dots with number and no instructions. Makes you start from the beginning again when you can't figure out what to do. Very disappointed. No help with the help button. Nothing in the faqs. Impossible to set up.
Clicking on the link didn't work. Had to copy and paste into web browser. After that I followed the directions and everything went smoothly on my OnePlus 6T. I am editing this to clarify things a bit. The hyperlink directing me to the app in the Play Store was broken. I couldn't install the Mobile ID app until I copied and pasted the link in a browser. Once the Mobile ID app was installed everything went smoothly and it works perfectly. Updating to four stars as there was no issue with the app itself.
Terrible!!! Tried going through all the prompts and before I could enter my DL, it an error occurred and to call the number on the screen. Worthless app!!!! Update*** After spending 20+ mins I was finally able to get through all the prompts and get it done. Whew! But trying to get your photo🤔 ...well that was not user friendly, at least on my android phone it wasn't. Sorry, but for those of us that aren't technically savvy, it needs to be more user friendly.😊
Instructions are the downfall of this app plus a few others. Once you start it will tell you to copy the link they send you into your browser. First off don't do this, select the app not your browser. Second, none of their website links work anyway. Next is the face scan, they don't want you to wear glasses so if you have a hard time seeing without them it makes it very hard to do the scan when you can't see. My ID is loaded but this app needs major work
Had it send the link, wouldn't open. Had it send a new link, wouldn't open. Now uninstalling.
This took no time to activate. Excellent app installation and set up. Easy process. Might be the easiest State of Oklahoma procedure to accomplish! UPDATE: App doesn't always open/work. Might be wise to not expect it to work during a panicky situation, like trying to show an officer during a traffic stop. When trying to open, it says, App keeps closing. Developers need to squish a few more bugs.
This app is very convenient. However, one problem: My license is a Real ID license, but the Oklahoma Mobile ID app does not show it as such. If this is fixed, I would give this app rating 5 stars!
Easy to set up, but there is one problem. The moment you click the get real Id it crashes.
I downloaded it to apply for the Real ID. It has a Bug and you can't do that. Customer Support was not helpful.
I used to have this and it worked great, now it starts me over from the beginning, sends me the link and then when I click on it, it says there is no internet connection, whether I am using data or wifi. I uninstalled and reinstalled and received the same result. I tried multiple times and even more than one browser. I dont know what you guys did to ruin a perfectly good working app. If you want a better review, fix the problem. I would have given 0 stars had it been an option.
