The absolute worst!! I downloaded this because the website is always telling me my password is wrong and I have to change it anytime I want to check account. This app is no better. It keeps telling me the password is wrong even after I changed it, yet again. If yall didn't charge me extra for a paper bill, id have been done with this bs a long time ago 🤬

After a normal set up of user info (username and password) and banking info (routing number, account number) it was very easy and quick! The app is very user friendly and simple has what you need on it and not all the click this option then that option and tab after tab of b.s. straight to the point and lets you set up auto draft with no more payment fees!!! I absolutely love the convenience of it and I wish ALL my utilities had an app like this! Highly recommended!

I read all the bad reviews and downloaded anyways hoping for the best. Sure enough the app doesn't even actually open. It won't open past the first screen introducing ONG. Never even got to a login screen or anything. Very disappointed! This would be very convenient if the app actually worked 🙄

I installed the app and opened on google play as instructed to do. And the app opens with their name logo.... And thats it. Tap the screen, reboot my phone, wait and wait and wait hours go by and the app still hasnt changed opening the app to just see ONG's logo. Im enrolled in paperless statements- the app would be nice to use if it could do something other than a frozen name logo. To make it worse.... Ive installed the app 4 different times. Twice on this device and twice on my other device

It's great to keep up with my bill, but I hate having to log in each time by typing the username and password. I have a fingerprint option for all my other bill paying apps

Quick and easy. Saved password from chrome automatically popped up and my payment methods were ready to go in the app. Worked like a charm.

Can't login without resetting password Everytime. Literally Everytime. I have been using the same password as well and it still has this flaw. Once in, everything is fine.

Cant get app to open. It wont load past the Oklahoma natural gas logo. I have had this app previously this year and had no problems out of it. So anything you did between July and now, you might need to check for a bug

Horrible app. Doesn't keep you signed in doesn't remember your login and password.You have to littarally type everything in each time you go to the app.

Why is there not an option to opt out on saving my card information? Need to update app on having this option while making monthly payments. I dont not want my card information saved on your app.

This is a HORRIBLE app. It closes unexpectedly and does not accept cc information. This is the worst idea of how to make a payment that Oklahoma Natural Gas has come up with to date. Because of your app not working I am unable to pay my gas bill.

Doesn't work at all now with update. Stays on the title screen and that's it. UPDATE: Seems to function as it should now.

I can type in my username and password but the login button has since dissapeared. It used to work great until the login button decided to skip town..lol

Unable to determine how to pay my bill. multiple screens state that you must log on, but there is no place to log on!

Can not log in with my current username and password and when I try to reset my password it keeps saying email is invalid before I even type it in. I have a Samsung s21 devise.

No place to log in? That's pretty worthless. Been using this app a long time. Then boom, no log in. Help! Fix this.

Every time I clicked on a tab the dammmm app closed... the stupid app doesn't save log in info... so you have to re-enter it...

The app isn't even for a phone and the layout to know where to go.. pay a bill or understand the bill. Very unhappy 😡

It makes viewing and paying my bill a breeze. Only 4 stars because of the sur charge.

What the heck...why is app so difficult to navigate to pay monthly bill. put a login at top somewhere.

Making the user login every time without an option to save the username and password is HORRIBLE! Enable fingerprint login or pin login!

This app is not compatible with the note 10. The login option is not accessible.

The login option does not work. You can only use the guest payment option

I've been trying to set up a username and password for over an hour. No success yet.

Can't log in. A great app until 2 months ago. Now it is useless.
