Algorithm is awful, how can a 186cm man at 82kilos be obese? Although there is the option to synchronize to my other phones, I can't find how, even if the sync option is on, on both phones. Now I guess there's no point in trying to sync with my wife's phone Annoying And wait... were told here to see the website! What a joke, OMG, not only is it in 100% Chinese, it's a page and a half long, void of any information to help...!
Very good and practical. It connects without any problems and you can easily do privatization for any person. I hope you add more features to it in the next updates. Thank
Perfectly ok with this app. One advert that shows upon opening is no big deal; just ignore and select app.No worse than other apps I have with ads.
Took 3 times to get binded but my fault,didn't read instructions propery. Looks really smart,very light and thin. Gorgeous black colour with silly white stickers to put your feet,just in case you dunno where to put them
The app itself seems to work but it doesn't recognize Google fit as it should (keeps telling me to install Google fit in order to use the connection functionality but it's installed and running)
It's a pretty good app while connected to my scale, the only problem is that it's nearly impossible to switch from different profiles. I made a second profile and they aren't interchangable, if you update, I'll make it 5 star. Ps. If you're complaining about inaccurate readings, get a better scale, all the app is doing is transfering data
Connecting to Google Fit not possible. It says "Please install Google Fit", but the app is installed.
Freakin outdated app - no maintenance. I bought russell taylor smart scale and got stuck with this useless app. Cant link the app to google fit/fitbit/any other apps. Useless

Works better than expected. I'm annoyed about the ads because the app is a companion to the scales I purchased. Not only that but they're intrusive. Some information is confusing - I have a healthy BMI and yet, the app tells me I'm obese. Which is more than a little confusing. Apart from that it's ok. It synced quickly with no issues. It would be great if it could sync with my fitbit app but I knew it didn't have that functionality before I bought it.
Ads REALLY!!! Works great. It's easy to use and only takes seconds to sync. But really with the ads. The is a bought and paid for product there is no reason there should be ads. Especially for unrelated items. Would give it a 5 star but I can't stand ads..... Never would have bought this scale if I'd known there were ads to accompany the app.
The app is basically just ads and ads and ads, full page ads, small ads on the page, ads everywhere. I bought your product and now I have to watch your ads. Ridiculous. You are also not able to see your past weighting stats history in the app unless you are connected to the scale which means you have to switch on the scale and stand by it. This is stupid. The scale seems to work fine, if tou are buying it because of the app, find something else, don't waste your time with this.
Scale ***** : I love the scale. It's easy to get on and to plug again with the USB even though the cord is not very long; I replaced it with a longer one anyways. Not much to take care of and gives you the room temp too. App: The app started with a 4-star because I had trouble changing what the app though would be my greatest weight and what I did. Then I had trouble changing from kg to lb. Once I got that fixed, I gave it a star more, so 5-star. Recently, and I'm not sure when this actually started, I keep getting ads for housing, etc. which has nothing to do with the app. Also, why am I getting those ads? Like everyone said, we paid for this, why ads? What does it bring to you? Don't you realize I'm half human in the morning and that now I have to punch my phone several times before I can get to the actual scale? It is so frustrating that you are now down to 1-star. KEEP ADS AWAY FROM ME!!!!! I'm so close to changing app.
The App would be quite ok if you could just fix the timeline view! The time axis is just compmetely messed up! Please change the view so that you can actually follow your progress over time! Currently individual measurements are just placed at a fixed distance from the previous one regardless of the time that passed since the last measurement. Really sloppy! And there even was an update since I last opened the app and this wasn't changed! Why?! It really destroys the user experience!
The app is so so. Took me four attempts to log my weight (which changed every time I got on the scale!?), but I think I've got it sussed now. Only one star though because I'm livid at having to navigate adverts after I actually paid for the scales! This isn't some free thing you need to make money from somehow! You're getting your money from the physical items people have to purchase, so quit with the ads!! It's unacceptable!
Bluetooth doesn't work and the app asks too much authorization, thus, too much privacy invasive. In the booklet that came with the product you should be able to log the visitor mode. But the actual app version obliges you to have an account before going any further. It seems to be a good hardware but there must to be evil intentions behind the app. Otherwise we should still be able to connect to the app without exposing that amount of private info.
Bought this scale because it would sync with Google fit. It captains Google fit is not installed. I tried sideloading MULTIPLE older versions of Google Fit and this app just Incase an odor version was still compatible, no luck. Now with a fresh install off the play store it won't even login, says I am offline, clearly not, since I'm posting this review... So there servers are down... This is why an online connection should not be needed for getting a read out, only for syncing/saving your data..
