Okta Mobile

This worked great until this week. Now I log in and can't access any of the work apps I need. Just a blank white screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still doesn't work. I have to log-in via a browser in order to access my work schedule. Please fix this. On Android Galaxy S10.

"Sign in error". That's as far as I could ever get with this app. It worked on the website via laptop, but even website via phone got same "sign in error" message. Uninstalled, wish I could get the time wasted trying this app credited back to my life expectancy because this app was not worth my precious time.

Randomly signs me out and tries to make me change my password, then won't allow me to change it saying requirements aren't met. Kind of screws you over if you need to do something.

Unable to open Google sheet in this app, earlier atleast i am able to view the sheet but now the app gets crashed in between loading of the sheet

Trash. Shame I'm forced to use this through my work, but I absolutely hate every single aspect of this app. It's clunky, the built in browser is terrible. Navigation is unintuitive. For example, if I haven't used it in a while I have to log in before being logged out again automatically, only to then sign in again. Name any modern or useful UI and UX feature chances are this app is doing the opposite. If the developer hasn't been fired yet he should be.

This app randomly stopped working in the last week. It didn't register anything on the touch screen anymore. I can't even log in with my pass code. The problem is still happening after closing the app, restarting my phone, even reinstalling the app (now I can't even log in since the app won't register my touch). Please fix the bug. It was working fine the entire time I had it but now it's literally useless to me.

It sort of works but has annoying features. My chief bugbear is that it doesn't sync my Outlook contacts so am having to add these manually over time, which is really irritating. Doesn't seem to be any way to import contacts. Less critical but still needlessly annoying is that it uses its own ring tone (different from the default setting for the phone) with no obvious way to change the ringtone. I definitely would not use this app if it were not mandated by my company!

It would be great if this app was optimized for a mobile device. I shouldn't have to flip my phone into landscape mode in Dayforce in order to clock out for a meal. (This problem exists on Android and Apple.) I have to uninstall and reinstall every few weeks in order to login, and that gets quite annoying. You guys can do better then that.

It's a great idea and I have seen it work better on other peoples phones but i cant access my schedule. It cuts it all off on the right hand side of the screen and it i try to turn my phone to landscape it tells me I have to have it in portrait mode. Other co workers it is exactly opposite it tells them it has to be in landscape mode. Ugh

Fails to install on my device. Tried clearing cache, restarting phone, and multiple different internet connections and it still will come up with an error. Based on experiences of other reviewers who actually managed to install, you're probably just better off accessing Okta through your phones native browser. A shame that Okta does not go through the effort of supporting older devices.

It sometimes doesn't load for a long time.. Definitely flawed..

Okay so this app is a linker to web apps that companies happen to use. It will open said web apps in a Web Browser that uses Android's "Web View" renderer. The main issue I've had was that it lacks a means of displaying the loading activity. So if for some reason your network is slower than expected, a page may partly load and be stuck loading the final bit that is needed but showing a blank page and with no indication that it's still trying to load. If that were added it would be 5 stars easy.

Stupid app. I was asked to download and I downloaded. It then asked me to enter my octa domain and credentials but there I have never set up anything like that or asked to set up any. No place to set up domain, user name or password. After said and done, I have to uninstall it and never get to my documents after spending several hours on it. So I am not pleased with the app. Not happy at all. So disappointed.

ngtc blackboard isn't working. I can't access my grades.

Complete waste. Worst app I have ever been forced to use. Won't verify or push a code despite having to use my fingerprint to even get that far in signing in. How is my fingerprint not good enough? No support due to me not being admin. Wouldn't even talk to me. Edit: spoke with their tech support multiple times, still nothing changed. If I could give a "0" I would. A "1" is too high.

It looks more like a web page than a mobile app. Signing in is sometimes as easy as entering a pin and sometimes you have to fill a form and give it your domain name, username and everything again. When the sign in fails it doesn't show any errors it just doesn't sign in. when you switch between sign in page and other apps the sigin form clears and you have to enter domain, user, pass again.

Two step verification is glitchy. I enter my pin, tap to verify, I verify on my device, then the app is unresponsive. This is an application that is required for my career, and is paid for by my company, so this should be a bug free, functioning application.

this is just a knockoff web browser. points to their websites. thats all. the most useless piece of micro managing i have ever seen. websites arent even designed for use on mobile... on a mobile app.. hire a real developer and put out something useful for mobile. a user should never have to pan and zoom to navigate basic functions. especially for something designed for use on small screens...very disappointing. users can even use your browser to look at other sites!

App refreshes every time you leave it, you can't download files, it's basically a really bad bookmark because it offers no advantages to any other web browser in existence. I don't expect much, but anything somewhat better than this would be great.

Terrible app and support, sent a email over a week ago, still no reply. App won't let me log in with valid credentials for ages now.....the same credentials I use for the Web version fine! Waited a while to see if a dev fix came in with an app update, sadly no luck. Not gonna try or wait again, just gonna delete and look elsewhere for a tool like this as many others have had same issue.

It works really well for viewing all my university applications but it won't let me open any files. I've tried everything I can to fix it but I now have to use okta through my web browser just to open and download files which is rather annoying and inconvenient

It's nice to be able to access workday and other applications on the go, however every time I login I need to register/setup my account. Enter my PIN or fingerprint, then need to set up my work domain and IDs EVERY time. Then I'm asked if I want to setup PIN or fingerprint. Complete waste off time.

Was working fine. I've just changed mobile phones and now the setup disappears half way through, when creating the work profile. I have to re enable the app on Google play, but the same thing happens again. So can't use it at all.

More problem, i complete mylearning introduction to 100% and close. But it continues repeat same introduction and i can't get out of the test. I go back and click on mylearning and introduction still there. Why this app having problem all the time. I'm so angry with this app. I want to complete my test asap. Cheers.

This is the most extra app. It's not worth it just use the browser version. To even setup the app you have to download another app and go inside that app and set that one up, and scan a barcode. THEN you can finally setup this app. It's not worth it. Save your time.

It's an ok app. I can fill out and submit my timesheet and check my work email, but that's all I can do. I can't fully utilize the Lawson and Cornerstone add-ons to to view my PTO hours, past paystubs, complete trainings, and more, even when I put it in desktop mode. It kind of defeats the purpose of the app if I can't have access ALL the important stuff I can when I get on the desktop at work.
