world's shittiest app. fix the app so it will actually work. crashes all the time. unable to view any cameras remotely now. virtually useless as you want to check your home security when you aren't home and now it's not possible. have sent feedback to get it fixed every time it crashes and still not working.

App doesn't work remotely when trying to check cameras. Will only load when under the same Wi-Fi they are connected to. Pointless having the app if you can only access vision when you are at the place you want to see.

This App only works locally and drains battery.. i believe the purpose of the App is to view remotly, but thats not doable with this App. it connects with the DVR for only 45 seconds, then goes offline. please Fix this urgently or i will start advising my clients to stop purchasing Prolynx DVR/NVR because it cant archive purpose!

If I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed in how this app is performing. I can't view my cameras remotely anymore or use the playback function. What is the point I having an app if it can be used what it's designed for. Please fix this ASAP!!

Keeps saying to upgrade. Tried changing password. Saying password changed but need to modify it. Now completely locked out of my account and cameras. And no way to contact anyone fir assistance.

Worked perfect with my s9+ untill I recently updated to the new android version 10 it doesn't have the option to view my cameras in HD the HD icon has disappeared. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

Previously an okay app, since updating this app chews through my battery life, using 50% of my battery in very little time. Even though I close it, it stays open in the background and must be force closed. Not happy. Will change my rating and review once the app has been updated to not use so much battery.

Works perfectly locally but not remotely. There was a point where it worked remotely without me doing anything extra. Now it doesn't work again 😔.

Excellent App. Download must be set to Roaming for App to use on your device to view cameras when you aren't home. I can View All 4 Cameras from anywhere it's fantastic! I love it! thank you.

The app does not work no pictures no nothing whatever or whoever made the app should give up thinking it works like 7other apps from the same person all of them have 53people complaining of the same problem! So what do you think ??

This useless app makes my cameras useless... won't update and now won't login. No contact info, the email supplied doesn't exist. 0 stars if I could.

Works well but drains 50% battery after being closed within few hours. Have 31 Jan 2019 update. Must force close after using to stop this. Android 8.0.

rubbish app.. I don't know how they call developers can't do live streaming more then 10sec needs to refresh always and again and again so frustrating, 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

remote connection doesnt work. only seems to work if you are on the samr location on the same network as the dvr

Since updating app drains my battery life. App was closed in the background and still used 75% of my battery life

Works well but Macafee says it is malware on my android phone... this has only happened recently so maybe macafee has updated ?
