Ola Money

Added some money into the wallet but can't use it to buy anything. Even withdrawal is not working. Whenever I try to buy gift-cards, I'm stuck in the login page of Ola where it shows MY ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXIST?!?!?!?!... I'm appalled that such a reputated company can make such apps and services for their long-term customers. I even tried contacting their customer service department, they just gave me a ticket and that's it, no action has been taken from their end.

It shows from past week , "sorry,there seems to be some technical issues " I tried uninstalling and then re-installing many times,but still the message shown. What to do ?? Worst experience by olamoney!!

I have been trying to clear my outstanding dues since last few days. But app simply doesn't work anymore. It simply shows loading and splash screen. I even tried Uninstalling and installing it but even that doesn't work. When I enter my mobile number to get otp for login it says check your internet connection!

Worst experience ! My money is stuck in wallet and i cant do anything except taking ola rides. Not even mobile recharge. Update Earlier i did a transaction on myntra with ola money, but later cancelled the order which was refunded in wallet. Now i cant use that money to do anything. Its just sitting there. Not even on myntra paymemt is possible. In app interface there is just 4 option and rest is full of ads for postpaid. Out of 4 withdrawl option i think is just for show.

It leaves you nowhere. You can't pay anywhere. You can't buy gift cards. You can't withdraw. Your money gets stuck. Edit : After one email they updated their app and my issue was resolved. Thank you. Now you can buy gift cards. You can withdraw. And your money does not get stuck. Though the app lacks lucrative offers but it is not fraud. Good app.

Worst app!! Highly NOT recommended. Placed an order on Myntra and 10% cashback is not credited. When sent emails to customer care, instead of answering the question straight about the cashback they ask you to send email from registered email. But app clearly displays a error message as "CANNOT EDIT PROFILE FROM HERE". When I send a screenshot of this customer care still sends me the same message repeatedly as earlier instead of replying to my ORIGINAL query which has no relation to cashback!

Worst app I have ever seen. Money got stuck not able to pay anywhere, not able to withdraw, not able to generate e gift card. Definitely going to post this isssue on every social platform so that no one in contact with me will face the same problem Very very bad experience

Most bad app don't download it....no payment options for dues clear but bill generated 27th every month.. I would give it a 0 star, if there was possible ..most bad service... communication system is too hatefully to... sending email several times but no response... But still send me sms for repayment my due...after due date apply penalty charge ...but I'll not pay anyextra cost (penalty charge) ....

They are either stupid or they are fraud. I made a purchase using the Ola money and I got a cashback of 133 rs which I thought to use it to buy an Amazon Gift card of rs. 100 but after doing all the processes, in the end, they again ask for the phone number registered with Ola Money we want to pay from and when I enter my number, it shows this number is not registered with Ola money lol. Then how I am able to get into the app using the same number?

Worst service by ola, I ordered food in the app but I got different items and was charged more than the order value and the support people didn't respond, late fee is added and no response to mails I'm just getting remainders about the payments. I recommend not to use ola services, and ola money is definitely a scam please don't get in this trap.

I have paid through ola money card and transaction got cancelled so my money refunded to ola wallet and till now it is setting there without moving to card from where it actually paid. Amount is huge. It is 20 k plus. Already raise issue on email but still no proper response. Can somebody help me in that. I want to push wallet money to ola money card where it actually belong.

Worst app! If there was a zero i would have selected that...its a app which makes hell lot of promises and at the end doesn't lets you use your own money. U cannot contact them as they don't have any costomer care no. And they take ages to reply your mails and will ask you silly things....u cannot pay at a shop, or anywhere and u cannot even transfer your own money.... really why u make a app when u cannot make it functional, iam done with ola this time.

They keep on messaging to apply for postpaid+ and when applied they got my cibil ratings and the application is still in process. The partner bank has already approved. Ola is still processing. When they don't need customers why they processed the application for CIBIL score. The enquiry will be sighted in my account. Stupidity- Don't apply.

my money from account was debited wrong and is not being reversed inspite of email follow up. The online transaction at the merchant side failed and my Ola Money account was fully debited inspite of the transaction failing at the merchant side. This is ridiculous when an order is not getting processed and amount debited wrongly.

worst wallet app... Always payments fail. This app will be worst payments app I have ever used. Unable to withdraw and unable to buy coupons. I am not able to use my money. It is also hard to contact customer support. Don't install this app to avoid any regrets...

No customer support, money debited without reason and not refunded .... My money was debited for a ola ride i had nnot taken and when tried customer support, none was available and not alone that , they did not allow to delink my own payment method , there is no contact support available in form of phone call and emails theybdont respond before 24hrs due to covid. .. covid is way over and they still dont respond ....will uninstall it totally. .. totally useless app

The worst wallet app of India. I don't know how they got license from RBI. Only wallet app where you don't find either contact no. or email of support team or customer care easily. Think ten times before installing, if u don't find helpline no. easily how can u belive in wallet company.

They are taking forever to resolve the issue and my money is stuck in the wallet.Its been almost 2 months and still the issue has not been resolved.I am unable to Purchase Gift Card and Cannot Transfer it To Bank Account.I mailed But They Replied after 5 days Said Me To activate Postpaid But I Am Unable to See Any Option to Activate Postpaid Option In my App.Unable Recharge 395 jio.

Different due dates for Ola postpaid due payment. SMS shows different date, app shows different date. Misleading and confusing. Not sure if it is intentional to charge for late fee.

I would give it a 0 star, if that was the option. I have added money into the wallet and I cannot use it or withdraw it ! Asked helped at their email team, but no ! They are taking forever to resolve the issue and my money is stuck in the wallet !!! Its been almost 2 months and still the issue has not been resolved !! I am giving One star because 0 star option is not there. pathetic customer service..No revert on mail.... received only single call but ended up saying our team mates will call you. There was 1018 balance in my ola money wallet while paying for the trip but as I was in hurry and not able to check the balance due to network issue I paid 700 cash....So in total I paid 1748 to the driver for actual amount of 1648/ but then also there is debit balance of 676/- in ola money post paid.

Worst Customer Care Support System👎🏼👎🏼. It provided me with a payment limit of 2000. Later while making some Ola Dash transactions which were unsuccessful, it added the amount to my OLA Postpaid Bill. My actual dues of 502, became INR 1942. I hv raised dozens of tickets and talked to multiple cusotmer care executives, none of them have been able to resolve my issue, and now its been more than a month since the due date, and my Credit Score is getting impacted because of OLA Postpaid Service.

I am trying to login to this app since 2 days But login is not happening notice is coming, there is a technical issue, please check your internet connection I request developer to fix this bug or issue as soon as possible and solve my problem I will change my review and rating as soon as my problem is solved

I have added money to my wallet but can't transfer , pay or withdraw it.. there is no option to complete kyc in app.. this is really frustrating..after seeing the response I did dm to olamoney_in and I am not getting response.. please resolve this issue.

App does not open at all and just says internet issues. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still does not work. Money stuck in the app for no good reason.

Money stuck.. i made 5 bank transfer withdrawal till now 1 week back.. and all my money got debited from ola money nearly 22000 but i didnt get the money in account.. i mailed them and they said to give 2 days they will solve the issue.. but thanks to them my money is ruined.. they don't even have customer care number it's a fraud scam app please don't use it.. now they will reply to mail at ola support but already i have done it so please enough drama.

Faltu app... I have added the amount of 2000. I am not able to use this amount any where and withdraw. My fund is blocked. Don't use it guys.

No one responds when there is a problem... There is no customer care number... In mail they send a default computer generated mail... Such a big company and they don't even respond to customers queries... It was very good before... Now they started taking customers for granted...

Worse app. I used it for payment in Myntra. Rs 1723 is deducted from my account and showed successful payment to ola money. But order was not placed in Myntra. Myntra customer care told that money hadn't reached them. And there are no reply from Ola.
