oladoc - Find & book best doctors

Every time I enter my card details, it shows processing and brings me back to step one where I have to enter card details again. Probably deducting payment in the background as well. after services are also very annoying. They keep calling and keep asking questions that how much doctor charged you etc just to secure their commission. This wastes a lot of time as these calls are really long with tons of questions.

Updating my review from 3 to 4 star rating. First time appointment booking is a smooth process and conveying feedback is okay as well. The problem arises whenever one tries to book a follow-up session with any doctor one is already seeing. The 1st time around the app kept turning the screen completely white repeatedly and the only option was to go back. Often the follow-up dates are not available as it is up to the doctors to update the times available. Follow up appointments are often a hassle.

It was my first ever experience to book a doctor through any apps. I booked the doctor for my wife and I was charged extra as it was quoted by the app. I'm very surprised and happ that the extra amount was refunded to me when I complained on the app. Hats off to the admin of this app.

I have just booked Appointment with Dr I have paid as well But there is A problem for connect with Dr .. Link is not showing Appointment is not showing Plz fix my problem as i am registered and Mobile no us there as well.. It's a misleading useless service. It's just a directory for doctors. They don't know a thing about customer service. You book an appointment at a time slot and that should be it. But no, here you have to connect with doctor's assistant and the clinic too and finally you get first come first serve. Where the hell does prior appointment go? I had to wait 2 hours before finally giving up on my money and gave it in charity to clinic/doctor/oladoc. Shittiest service possible.

A very good and helpfull app. Books your appointment quickly and they are very cooperative as well in any case of problem. After your appointment they ask you about your experience with doctor, any delays and about extra charges as well

Its awesome app. Best experience on oladoc. But a little problem i just faced that i updated app and it crashed suddenly after updation. Now i open app and it closes immediately.

My first experience is good though. Its become very easy to take appointments and talk to your doctor while at home. Save us from going out in such a hot weather.

Not user friendly. Especially if you have multiple profiles or if you are living abroad

Very good application to book appointments without calling hospitals and waiting over calls for someone to answer. 1 issue I am having is whenever I book appointment for a family member my profile name is changed to family member. Also I cannot remove added family members.

Oladoc is a very convenient app. I've taken video consultation several times. But it is not working for past three days. My appointment is not getting confirmed. Please check this out.

Why the f do they call every time when I book my appointment? I have given my review on the app already and why the heck cant they confirm with the doctor if one showed up or not?

it was very good experience with dr usama ameer.... i was feeling neck pain after physiotherapy session of neck pain i feel relief from pain 100% i recommend everyone who are in pain to consult with dr usama ameer and get relief from pain...

Oladoc is good app for looking for concerned doctor, but also is disguise the new patients as they only show reviews of satisfied patient and hide all in satisfied patient. Is not good

A good app for those who have patients at home. For care and medical treatment and for satisfactory check up by qualified professionals senior doctors this app must we install in every mobile phone.

Awfull app i am trying to do the payment when I try to do the payment the app does not allow me to check whether the payment is succeeded or not that is why I'm very confused that payment has been done or not so that is why I have to go to the doctor with the other name for without any appointment please fix this if you want the business from the people

I have booked doctor's appointments a number of times and never faced any issue. It is always well communicated send follow up calls are made to make sure about service and charges from doctor.

Record uploading is not user friendly especially for PDFs and multiple attachments. Needs improvement.

I made an appointment for saira afghan though this app.. her clinic employee charged 1000 rs extra .. but i payed because of time issue. But thanks to oladoc they can solve my problem .. and return my extra charged amount .. highly recommend .. they did good job

Great app, amazing features, you can easily find a qualified doctors as per your needs.

While the application in itself is a relief to a certain degree. One critical feature missing is a good filtering system. Filtering by gender, by location, price range, timings and etc. 900+ general physicians in this app, have to scroll through them manually to get what I want. Pretty frustrating

Bad experience. I have traveled from Depalpur to Lahore on my appointment and before 30 min of checkup they cancelled my appointment. Worst experience

Efforts are good but during session, app was hanging and switching from front to rear camera never worked. Dr. Was very good and helpful to switch to different video call options to make the appointment work. To me, it helped to find dr. And make payment which is ok but charges for such kind of app which did not work are not appropriate.
