Purchased this game to my kid a few years ago, today installed it again but cannot restore purchase (all in one) to unlock all games or even repurchase due to newer android version (warning after first launching). What can be done?

Installed for my granddaughter and was very dissapointed and upset that can only play one very short level then have to purchase other levels. I understand in-app purchases for special items due to other games I've had but to have to pay to get more levels on a game that says free very disappointed. Uninstalling.
It's bad enough you only get to play one level and you have to pay to unlock the rest, I thought there would be more but nope only four total. Not worth the $4 price tag, not even worth the one free level. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
I would gladly increase the stars on the review if there was an actual clear menu. My son handed me his tablet and said Olaf "sounded funny". Probably because he's speaking Chinese or something... I can't even tell if that's what it is. But when I go into settings all I get is the option to mute sound, to mute music and NO OTHER OPTIONS. Can't find a language setting anywhere, can't change it back. What am I supposed to do with that? Maybe the developers would like to shed some light on the entirely missing section of options. Jesus.
We bought the full version, but have never been able to complete one level. We were only able to get 9 of 10 snow flakes on Spring, no matter how many times we do all of the activities. We even have uninstalled and reinstalled.
If you have more than one child & they both have their own tablet, you actually should NOT have to buy the game multiple times for each child. Disney your ROBBING your customers, I want my money back.
My brothers love this game but I refuse to have to pay multiple times for the same things. I closed out the app and didn't open it for a few days and apparently I have to pay again to open the items I've already paid for. NOT PLEASED. Google apps typically save the items you purchase but I guess this app just doesn't allow it. Uninstalling today.
OK I love everything disney but when it comes to app why the heck do people have to pay for everything I mean this game got 9 snowflakes then oh what comes next oh right you have to pay for one game to get one snowflake and do u get anything else with no. Anyway I'm 11 and I really love disney but why do people have to pay for everything can't every disney app be free and be the full version cause its not fair on other kids who aren't allowed to buy things on apps.
This is a really short game but it's still fun for my toddler. For those of you having problems with having to repurchase, once you've paid, you click on purchase and in tiny writing right under the purchase options, it will give you the option to "restore purchase" that'll open all the games back up for you.
My daughter loves this game, even just the one level she will play it over and over and that is the only reason I did not give it 1 star. I tried to purchase the Super Pack to unlock the full app for her because although it may not add a lot of content she would love it and it is only $4. However, when I tried to purchase it, it would not give me my content. I reported a problem and got my money back so that's not a huge deal but it bummed my daughter out and that bums me out, she was so excited to get to play the rest of it. I saw in other reviews other people had the same problem so I shouldn't have even bothered so I hope other people will realize not to bother trying to purchase it.
It's a fun game, but you can't progress to any of the other sections without paying. There's no earning them with so many hours logged into the game or anything. This takes the fun away for people who are in a financial bind.
You finish the snowflakes expecting to open another game, nope! Fooled you! This one snowflake game is all of the Olaf's adventure! It says in app purchases, not initial lure for a tiny "game" and then have your kids beg for more.
I really hate that the only thing free is snow the others are for sale so sad but its still ok i guess
I figured out how to find the snowflakes but for it to be an in app purchase I think it's a rip off. When I found all ten snowflakes it didn't automatically let me go to the next level and not even the ice skating rink opened. I'm not paying money to play every single game that's crazy. It should be free. This game isn't worth spending your money. Olaf's voice is the way he does talk in the movie and the graphics are excellent.
