These are reuturns and overstock items, for everyone complaining about bad items, they're pretty clear that you should personally inspect items before purchasing as its possible they may not be complete or in good condition. I have gotten some dudds myself but I knew the risks and have honestly saved WAY more money than I've lost. Only giving 4 stars because I wish the app would allow me to search all auctions at once instead of having to open each one individually.
Needs a little work, it would be nice if you can view all your bids from one place, now you have to remember what auction you bid on then go there to see all your bids. Also when hitting the back button it's slow reloading the page so I hit the back again thinking it didn't see the first press then it goes back 2 screens then I have e to scroll back to the last auction I was in then scroll all the way back where I was. Maybe lock the back button while the page is reloading or show loading.
Great auctions, but buyer beware, sometime you either don't get what you won - as in product, or the product is actually used. However it's been said OLA has been great for replacing items.
Sellers will extended bidding times. Think you secured an item with only 5 minutes left for bidding? It will get changed to an hour. Scummy practice.
AWESOME APP GREAT PEOPLE!!! I have had no problems whatsoever with this app and the people that run this company are GREAT!!!! I recommend it to anyone who likes auctions
Be careful if you are purchasing used items I have purchased you purchased used items that did not function at all yeah function at all. For example a countertop icemaker that did not work I heard that did not work. And since I bought it at an I and since I bought it at an unauthorized auction the company was not worth the company was not willing to offer the warranty service.
One of the items I ordered was broken. The description did not state that it was broken. I think I'll just stick to buying TP. The employees didnt seem happy at all. I felt like my presence was annoying them.
Best online auction software I have ever used. I do a lot of online auction purchases.

Don't waste your time
Thses complaints are from people who don't know how this auction works. I saw one guy complaining that he was missing parts...yeah dumbass thats the risk you run at this auction, so how about you inspect the items before you bid on them and you will get good deals instead of just complaining. I bought a new home and everything came from this auction completed no scratches. It appears we have a bunch of beginners on here crying after a bad experience
i bought a few things the items i bought ended up being unusable. im laterally throwing them away in the morning. never been so disappointed with anything i have ever purchased in my life. one of the items i purchased they could not even find. its a bunch of kids throwing things around in a warehouse. best way to describe my experience is disguted. they should be embarrassed to to call themselves a business
The app is great when it works. I'm getting a lot of error codes from the apps end. The app acts like it wants to open and the page beings to display. About 3-5 seconds into the page load a server error message shows up stating the app server itself is having issues.
Seems pretty good got my first auction. Cool idea. Need to fix the wifi notification. I have to hit ok a doezen times for it to go away
Not user friendly... How are you supposed to mark something for later or even search on this app? When I do the same search online vs the app, I get 10 vs 1 in the app. Frustrating
Good app but ppl are going nuts on prices for damaged things

App was released early December 2016 and a month later this app is empty. Better to just use the website.
Great app. Amazing deals in Ohio area. Happy they finally have a app.
Just OK. The facility seems to be ran by kids. Sometimes loud music and horse play. At least it's somewhat clean. Had one item they could not find. App needs to ability to see all bids across auctions at once. Other than that it's OK. I wish pictures were better for damaged items, then it'll be easier to decide whether to buy. Remember folks, "like new" is still used.
