A reflected light meter with spot metering (using the device's camera) and an incident light meter (using the device's light sensor) in one app. Tested accurate against Gossen and Sekonic meters on most devices.
This is the free version of a paid app.

Can be used for any type of camera from film SLR to pinhole to cinematographic.
In addition to the two meters, the app includes a Sunny Sixteen calculator and a Depth of Field calculator.

This is the one I always have to go searching for because it is the only free app that seems to work! Film shots (120 film) are always exposed properly when using this app!
The light meter feature is great for use with old b and w cameras without built in light meters.

This app does exactly what I need it to. It works perfectly on a Galaxy S5. Matches my nikon camera light meter exactly in camera mode.
When trying to use it, it says the camera is used by this app or another app and preview won't even show. Restarted phone and still nothing. Camera can be opened elsewhere and it is just fine. Huawei P8.
Camera preview did not response when change ev, without this it is useless.
It does everything I need and more. Surprisingly versatile; good for 16mm film, still digital, still large format and even wetplate!
So far so good! Really great tool especially if you don't want to drop $150-$400 for a light meter that you can do with a lil manual effort or with this! π Thanks for this tool, I use it often.

When it works it's ok. Not very accurate. ..but...keeps locking up, stops metering.

Not sure why, but my phone won't allow the use of either the camera meter or the sensor meter, despite my accepting the permission to use my camera.
I have been used the app side by with my trusted Gossen Luna Star F with the 5 deg spot attachment, for about 3 weeks and it has always rendered the same reading as my stand alone light meter! The only down side is it has been cashing the last few days, don't know why, otherwise it would have 5 stars..
My phone's light sensor and camera both require changing the "adjust" value to get an accurate reading. My only complaint is that I have to change this value whenever I switch between camera and sensor mode. I would prefer that camera mode has its' own adjustment value, separate from the adjustment value of the sensor mode, as the level of required compensation is different for each. Apart from this the app works very well for my needs (using with a mechanical film SLR).
Nexus 5 with android 5.0.1 meters very wrong :-/ 4ev in camera spot metering and 6ev in sensor metering, comparing to a gossen light meter.
Metering works well not on every phone. 5 stars for design and development! Respect )
Emailed the developer with issues on my Nexus 7, took care of it right away. App works great!
Easy to use and accurate with offset set. Calibrate against my Canon 70D and set the offset value.
Nice spot meter function. Pretty accurate on LG G2!

Finally! After uninstalling 50-odd apps that use the light sensor, which typically is weak seeing red/blue, this can use the color camera.
