Old National Bank

I feel that It is a pretty old fashioned app and that some features can be hard to find and use. Overall its okay, its a quick way to check your balance and deposit checks etc.

Useful banking app that allows you to pay your bills online, online check deposits, and see both your actual and pending balances in real time. recently updated the layout of the app making it a bit more modern looking aswell compared to before.

Most features are easy to use, but the notifications for use on my card hasn't been working for months. I get an error every time I try to read the terms and it won't let me set it up without reading them.

I haven't had a local bank account for awhile, & I've heard good things about Old National. Anyway, I just did my first mobile deposit. It was relatively easy, lol. Had a hard time getting a good image of the front of the check, but then I turned on the flash & got a good picture.

For the most part the app is functionable but they leave transactions pending for 5 days that you can't make out what they're from. I do believe it is on the banks end because I was told by ONB nobody updates it over the weekend but then it rolls over into Tue & Wed most times making app. pointless to me & I'm sure others. They need to delegate the responsibilities of updating the app to one person so that it happens. Don't want an app that only works 2-3 day of the week.

When my phone updated it would bring up the text or call me message to verify it was ne, naturally call doesn't work and I'd never get a text. I Found out However that in my messages under settings and blocked numbers I had the number blocked for the 5 digit number they use to text u 🤣. I guess all the spam messages I get I accidentally blocked it at some point because when I recovered the blocked messages there were 58 verification messages. I went a year before figuring this out 🤣🤣

Great, easy to use! Can easily view and transfer funds between accounts. Also stores a history of your mobile deposits, which is a huge plus :)

I've been with Old National for over 6 years. I've never had a negative experience or so much as a single problem. Combine that with seemingly endless features like mobile check deposits and ATM check/cash deposits and its by far the best financial institution I've ever experienced. I have accounts with other institutions that don't come close to ONB! Affter how easy my mobile check deposit was I am just over the top with what ONB offers their customers and couldn't help finally reviewing!

Mobile deposit is hardly user friendly. And the newer "auto capture" is the most irritating thing ever invented. I don't need every person and their brother around me knowing I'm making an eDeposit with the super loud and annoying voice commands that the app is giving me. Also, the clicking sound the app makes when it snaps a picture of the check is LOUD. There is no way to shut it off either. I have all of my volume slides to the OFF position and it still goes off. Not cool.

Works like a charm. Check deposits through the app are a little finicky but work. It saves me a ton of time and gas. Having a one stop shop for bill pay is also excellent. If i need a little extra cash for a sudden purchase, i can instantly move money from my saving account to my checking account. Couldn't really ask for much more. Love it!

Everything works great on this app except taking photos of a check for deposit. I have to do it on my phone because it's not an option to do it with my computer and the android always flips the photo and makes it scrunched up and looks funny and it's blurry because I can't take it still enough to get a crisp photo so I have to keep re-doing it until it works.

Unusable. It doesn't accept inputting username password most of the time - it just pops up the keyboard over and over. When I do finally get in, it needs identity confirmation via phone or text, except the text option is grayed out. So I select phone. It says that voice confirmation can't be used and to use the text. Which is grayed out. So I call support. I have never talked to a ruder, more aggressive support person in my life. He refused to help, and just told us to go to the branch in person. It is 30 miles away, and we won't be able to get there for another ten days. Considering closing the account.

Every so often I have to clear the cache and force a restart of the app in order to deposit a check. I liked the old interface slightly better where the transactions are separated by date ( your second screenshot). It's much nicer for us budgeters to see the date breaks. The latest interface has the transactions all running together.

I downloaded app to be able to use mobile deposit and have had good success with it. App is easy to use and i can see all my account information very clearly. easy to use and so far no issues with it. for those having issues with verifying identity you have to call your bank and have them enable the verification feature in order to use the app. I had same issue at first and I couldn't even modify my info online using the website. i had to have the bank do it!

EDIT: UPDATE - almost a yearater and still cannot use the app. Time to switch banks. It was great but the App doesn't work now. When it's asks how I want to be contacted for verification it gives the choices of "text" or "call." "Text" button doesn't work and "call" gives you a message that I need to go to the website. The app is useless now.

Pretty good bank for the most part. Had an issue with my car loan, not only effecting my credit score but also my pocket book. Looking to switch banks after 12 years.

Account info history disappeared. Changed banks and usually get a pending deposit about 3 days before deposit day from previous bank. Changed to this one and nothing. No pending deposits for 3 days in advance. Taken free money order perks away from customers and slow on updating account info.

Clunky with terrible mobile deposit interface. The app constantly tells you to reduce the angle and when you do it tells you to do it again. Eventually it takes an uncropped image that you cannot zoom to be sure all info is legible. It works, and it's easier than driving to the bank, but it sure is frustrating!

App is not letting me transfer my balance between accounts. Showing the successful transfer message but no actual transfer has taken place when I check the accounts

ONB online banking is convenient, and it's easy to find everything you need. I've never had an issue with the technical side of the app. Love it.

Never works. Fingerprint reader no longer is present. Can't log in with ID or password. When it does work (prior to August 2021) ONB CONSTANTLY removes new features that were add only a few updates before. It's not just the app, the bank has gone down hill over the past few years. I do not recommend the app, or the bank. TRY ANOTHER BANK.

I can go in to this app when ever I get a chance. I like this bank app, it's easy to use and making transfer is really easy as well

Today / Monday, March 21st ,2022 ; I could print out important checks that were issued out of my mobility checking account to get ready to file my taxes. That's a very nice feature.

Works as intended. I don't have any strong emotions about this app. That's exactly how a banking app should be. Everything works, I never have troubles.

Continues to struggle with finding and recognizing date of checks. This the third time I have this problem. On a prior check, I gave up and mailed check with a deposit ticket
