The experience is terrible. I love being able to shop on apps. It isn't responsive and once I click on an item, there isn't a back button. It takes over my entire screen, which is thr only app I use that I've seen do that, which is difficult to toggle if i'm comparison shopping. Could be great with several tweaks, mostly just being able to go back to an item without having to search again

Could be a lot better... like everyone else I fell like it's too slow. It's indirect when you first use it you have to weave through a bunch of unnecessary features to get to the credit card option. I think it would be better to separate the credit card app from the store app. Most times I just want to see my balance and pay my bill. When I try to look at the activities it crashes or I dont ses anything. I've had this app for a year and nothing has changed or improved.

GARBAGE app. Constantly skips to other pages...even when I'm not clicking around. Calculates the wrong total in my cart. Doesn't apply coupons properly. Also frustrating that you cannot cancel or change an order after it's been placed in the app -- or after calling the company. And shipping is insanely slow (even without the worldwide pandemic). Clothes took almost a month to get here. Very behind the times. Old Navy, you'd be getting so much more of my business if your app wasn't so awful.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to say this is the worst shopping app I've ever used. For such a major retailer (although a struggling one) you need to upgrade your mobile shopping experience to keep up with your competiors. maybe as part of your corporate split, the new old navy will invest in better technology? probably wishful thinking. see ya in bankruptcy, Gap!

I like Old Navy- but this app is HORRIBLE! Whoever you hired to manage/create it, they need to be fired. Its so glitchy, it opens things that I didn't click, it freezes. The look of the app is pretty good- pictures of products could be a little clearer. But dude! I legit feel like I'm back in 2008 when apps were first released based on the experience...

Great Store, Bad App. The app isn't functional. The buttons are in odd places - which I though I would figure out or get used to. You don't. There is also no back button.... The app also isn't optimized for the size of my screen, and I don't even have the newest or best phone... That's just bad coding. Overall, sales offered for online shopping are excellent, but do not use this app for your shopping you're better off finding a laptop or desktop.

First of all, you have to sign in EVERY TIME you access the app. It's on MY phone, it should have the option of staying signed in. Also it does not go back to the same spot when hitting the back button. So, when you're shopping and click on an item you like, then go back to the list, it's not in the same order it was previously. You end up seeing the same items/missing out on items you haven't yet viewed.

navigation is very slow. the button options are located in very inconvenient areas. selects items that were not initially chosen. the filter options are very limited. the coupon and sales bar pops up from the bottom of the app and is in the way. very frustrating to use and navigate. it really ruins my shopping experience. very disapointing because i really like this company. i literally do all of my shopping online and i have apps to almost every retail company and this is by far the worst app

From 1 day to the next, prices go way up. So, if I forget to complete an order, due to distractions, it's all changed! Mote time needed on sale prices. Plus, did an online order from store, did not receive my old navy cash. 1rst time with app. Just moved to Boone,N.C. Last, had a 40 percent off on my order, went to complete it today, but too late, only 40 percent available on certain items.

While searching, if you click to look at an item, then go back to the original list, it starts you all the way back at the top and you have to find where you were, but then the order of the items changed so.... also items keep coming up as "that item just became unavailable" but then it's still showing its picture while I'm looking.

The app seems to have a lot of bugs. Sometimes it take 2 or 3 times of me getting on to actually be able to tap on anything and have it load. Looking at my purchases and order details it looks like it isn't mobile app friendly. the pictures don't show up and it just looks too big for the screen. I've been dealing with it but I'm getting tired of it. It feels like it would be easier to just go to the website. It'd save space on my phone.

I love old navy and I am so shocked how awful the android app is. I need my deals and ability to online shop. It's always going back a screen or opening links below or above where I click. The shopping cart is soooo sensitive and difficult to edit/ remove/ save items. And why no "favorite " button? I have to put things in cart to save them then get frustrated when editing and many times give up and never purchase a thing online.

Frustrating. Counter-intuitive. Sizes should be easier to find. I had NO idea more items were available under Tall and Petite due to poor layout for a LONG time. Hate how it auto scrolls and shown all the items when I selected only 1 item to view. If you buy something and then it's out of stock you can't go back and reference it which is bad! Why isn't there a wish list??? How am I supposed to remember or plan for future purchases? Pain using the back button, takes me 2x longer to shop!

The app for Android needs improvement. There's no option for a "back to shopping" button and half the time if I use my phone's back button it just goes back to my home screen and I lose my spot in where I was scrolling through items. The app works great on iPhones and iPads, but not on Android.

The major problems with basic functionality of this app have not been addressed or fixed in well over a month. The app cannot be used to manage a credit card, which is one of the most important functions I use this app for. When I click "Manage My Credit Card" on the side bar, the app takes me to the Gap shopping tab. It is impossible to access credit card management. I gave the benefit of the doubt that this issue would be quickly addressed but it has not and it's getting to be ridiculous.

Dear God PLEASE add navigation buttons. I want to use this app so bad, but there is no back button! And half the time when I use my phones back button, it takes me out of the app or at least back to the apps home screen and I have to navigate all the way back to where I was browsing. Super frustrating.

This app issuch a pain to use. Especially when trying to lay your credit card bill. You click one thing and it takes you to something totally different. Even when trying to get in to the credit card part. It takes you away from the old navy part and sends you to the gap main page. Super annoying.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this company because I love the products. Its still one of my favorite stores but the app just won't work for me. It constantly freezes or stalls a,d then kicks me off the app.. Plus I have the press on it 100 times before it lets me actually go to a specific category such as women's or men's. I'm not sure if it's just me, but if they could fix that I would definitely update this to a 5 star rating.

App is slow, filters don't seem to function for search results (# of products stays the same after trying to filter) , and no option to sort. Doesn't save login info. Easier just to shop through browser. The app should be an enhanced experience for customers, not more difficult to use.

Opening this app is hit or miss. Navigating should be easy, but is slow and choppy. Putting items in the cart is difficult, as well as using filters that don't always filter as requested. I love Old Navy products and pricing, but, just like their credit card, their app consistently makes me regret being their customer

Clunky and buggy as heck. I think only 10% of my clicks go through the first try. It bumped me out of my login 8 times in a 3 minute span. I'm 95% sure this is just a browser that shows the mobile page of whatever you're looking at. The only thing that seemed in-app was the payment page, which worked okay.

Slow, clunky, easy to hit the incorrect button. Oftentimes, won't allow you to log in and make a payment on your Old Navy card. I keep it downloaded to browse but will usually end up making purchases and payments on their website (though that's not much better).

Ok for shopping, not good for accessing credit card. When shopping and you click on an item to view it then go back to the list it does not take you back to where you were at. Trying to access my old navy credit card to make a payment doesn't work as it just switches to shopping at The Gap. Very frustrating

Piece of sh** app with horrible user experience! 1) It is slow with loading 2) When you pick an item to view and go back to page where several items are shown, the items get scrambled so you end up having no idea what items you just viewed or not since they repeat items over and over again in different colors 3) It is annoying as hell when you want to order an item in many colors and instead of remembering the size, it defaults to SMALL all the time.You end up ordering the wrong size by mistake

When I first got the app it ran smoothly. Two weeks later when I went back on it I cant access anything anymore. I thought maybe I had slow service but no it's the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but that doesn't work. I cant even open the menu to log back in.

Slowest, most annoying app I've used. The response from taps are so slow that half the time it takes you to somewhere you didn't want to go. While scrolling down in my bag to double check my items, I was redirected to item pages 3x and removed 2 items...all JUST FROM SCROLLING DOWN. This isn't a new problem. This isn't my phone. This isn't finger girth. This is Old Navy.

Consistently the worst app I've ever used. I redownload it every few months to see if it's changed, but it never has. Nothing loads correctly and it's impossible to navigate. You're better off going online on a web browser or in store if you need something.

It's ok I guess. Definitely is REALLY slow when trying to navigate through. I have barely been able to look at anything because it takes forever to load. Plus it keeps resetting to the starting screen so that's a bummer. Hope they can fix this!
