Unfortunately due to a lost keystore I am unable to update this app. I'm sincerely sorry to everyone that has already purchased this app but it was either create a new app that I can update, or leave this one to rot with no updates ever. I'm still working out a way of giving buyers of the old app access, and I will happily refund any purchases of the old version for buyers of the new one. Once again, I'm very sorry but this is the only way I am able to publish any updates to the app.
HOW TO APPLY THIS WALLPAPER (PLEASE READ):Live wallpapers DO NOT SHOW UP IN APP DRAWER. They DO NOT SHOW UP IN THEME SETTINGS. In order to access this live wallpaper, simply act as though you are trying to change the wallpaper on your phone, then look for an option that says "Live Wallpapers" and then choose "Pip-Boy 3000 Live Wallpaper". I get a lot of emails asking me how to access this wallpaper, it works exactly the same as any other live wallpaper. If you are still having trouble, Google "how to use live wallpaper on " and you should be able to find a guide. If all else fails, shoot me an email and I'll try to help you out! When I change the speed of the foreground scanline it doesn't change the speed. The higher the speed, the laggier it gets so it just goes the same speed with more lag. It would be a five star if you fixed that. Thanks! Edit: They fixed my problem and also said that they would refund this app for me to get the new, fixed version!
Glad to have bought this wallpaper, worth every penny. However, I do wish I could change the background to perhaps be a greyscale coloring rather than one of the four options in there. The theme of my phone doesn't match any of the colors, but I still want to use this wallpaper. Either way, great work!
Used this for a while as my wallpaper, worked until a patch last week kept force closing. Sent an error report and email and received an immediate reply an hour later. The patch released the next day cured all problems and I am roaming the wasteland once again. Fantastic developers and a fantastic app.
Scrolling left and right on the home page seems choppy, please fix. Clearing memory/ram does not fix this issue. Using a Galaxy note 2 on stock JB 4.3.
Awesome live wallpaper, super unique and a must have for fallout fans! Only thing missing is the ability to change the size of the text bar for the top of the screen. I have a large screen and the text appears very small, but still readable. Over all awesome app
I emailed the creator of this app asking for a refund, and I am amazed by the kind of response I got. The creator of this app responded to my email in 40 minutes. I am amazed by his devotion to his fans and quite frankly I look forward to any apps that he might release, and I will certainly apps from him in the future.
I don't have any money to get the new version but the guy that makes this app is really nice dude who has put a lot of work into this amazing app; awesome app 10/10 feels just amazingly fallout
This wallpaper is absolutely amazing! Looks just like the PipBoy 3000! My phone has a 5.5" screen so the clock appears quite small, if we could resize it, add date and such data in a future update, that would be great!
I don't usually buy thing but there are no regrets this time. I would like a noise effect for whenever an action it's taken, even tho that's rare on to see on live wallpapers. Nevertheless good job!
This app is f**king stupid it just one wallpaper and you can just change the color it just stupid if you guys don't want to lose your money don't install this app

Now I know why I don't by apps. Because a new one gets made and I'm screwed by buying the old one 4 months ago. Same as with tapatalk this is crap. So no refund for us who got screwed over? Screenshotted app and tweeted to bethesda game studios.

I bought this and then the new one came out but I couldn't refund because it was too late. Immediately the developer responded and gave me a refund.
Purchased this theme for my phone. Now it won't work and is trying to force me to buy it again. Will never purchase anything from this vendor again. Thief.
Needs an explanation on how to start up the app settings. No customization whatsoever as the title imply s there's no menu to anything . Where is the menu where is the settings the manufacturer needs to get on this
Runs well and looks great. Being able to customize the frame text and scan line speed, including the option to turn it off, is nice.
After I download it it doesn't show in my apps I can't find a fix online
Text could do with size changing. Flickering would be cool too, or some sort of effect for scrolling. But nice work, keep it up! :)
This with one of Paul.ART's Next Launcher themes looks awesome. Works seamlessly on my budget, low end phone.
Keeping it simple WORKS... could the dev give an option to lighten/darken wallpaper, would be appreciated, that would finish it for me
I wouldnt normally pay for something like this but this is great. Would like to be able to put a delay between the foreground scan line but otherwise great!
It's great but it has to have more then a clock plz add to it maybe a battery or even the flashlight and a service signal that would be pretty cool.
Feels just like a Pipboy-3000. Would love to see the ability to change the time from 24h to 12h. Other than that, fantastic.
