This app doesn't work well most of the time. It wants me to type in User Name & Password when I already have all of that saved. Also, I set up the pin code option to log in with but that feature on the app doesn't work a lot of times. And the fingerprint option doesn't work ever. Please fix this app! These problems have been occurring most of the time for years now. It's very annoying & frustrating.

This app frustrates me and so does this bank. Customer service is unhelpful. Sometimes it takes DAYS for my direct deposits, checks, or cash deposits to go through, including transfers between my savings and checking accounts. You cannot use the app to connect an external account (including bills) or really for anything else- the desktop version on the phone doesn't work either. Even after setting up bill pay, the payments hardly go through or in a timely manner. More hassle than it's worth.

It takes forever to log in to the app, it won't take my fingerprint anymore. Half the time it needs to send a confirmation code to my phone number, followed by enrolling my phone number, which has been enrolled multiple times now. Then if you leave the app running in the background, it will interrupt whatever other app you are on, bring you back into the app, just to tell you the session has timed out. These have been issues for so long, please fix them!

This app is CONSTANTLY crashing. I use it regularly to make sure my accounts are in good standing and to use the zelle part inside the app. But lately I've needed to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time I want to use it. Otherwise I just keep getting errors every time I try to log in

Not sure if the app has been updated but once again gotta go through every possible security measures they have just to get to see my accounts! So tired of playing the guessing game as to whether or not I can get into the app! What does one have to do?! This is ridiculous!!!!

I have never had this much trouble with online banking. The app and website are so outdated, it's a wonder that you have any business at all. I'm constantly being locked out of my account, can't even reset my password without calling because the site pulls up numbers that aren't even linked to my account. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and stick with any well known bank.

It never allows me to sign in with fingerprint ever. Always says, "authentication required." I can't retrieve statements OR get my account info. Very frustrating, app needs serious updates.

To be fair, I mentioned to the customer service representative who handles Old Plank Trail Community Bank’s Facebook Page that I would write a review about the app after I experienced a situation about their digital support team IMHO blowing me off after not returning MY phone call on an issue I had with my account back in March ’20 (I got it resolved the same day) but I have had the app before on my phone in the past and it’s nice that you can withdraw cash from your account without your ATM card (Cardless Cash), the app works if you plan on doing a lot of depositing checks through your phone. Quite honestly if you go to their website through your mobile device you can do most of the functions that the app will do with the exception of one thing which I have a problem with, you can only Zelle money to someone IF you do it through the app, the digital support team told me this back in March (before they blew me off for two weeks) and I think it’s unfair why you need the app to Zelle money TO someone when you can do it through your laptop or the mobile browser and don’t say they can’t do it because Chase Bank you can. No, I don’t plan on changing banks just to Zelle money through my laptop BUT perhaps that is the reason why you can only Zelle is through the app to encourage people to sign up, which is why I’m giving them a neutral rating (3 stars).

90% of the time I can't use my fingerprint to open. It is constantly ask me for full password and username. Then texts me a code I have to enter. After that it asks me my phone number (at which they just sent the verification code). C'mon people, you can code better than that. Let's fix it.

This app shows a blank screen when I want to check my bank account so I cannot see how much money I have. I uninstall and restall but the problem continues. Very annoying. I am uninstalling and will not reinstall this app. Do not use this app.

The app is terrible, has been terrible and the keep making it worse!!!! Why is it so hard to use this app it's junk... Gives NO NOTIFICATIONS, UPDATES WHEN IT WANTS LOSES YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND MAKES YOU FIGHT TO GET BACK INTO THE APP AND THE BANK... NOW YOU HAVE TO SIGN IN TO SIGN IN AND EVERYTHING YOU DO YOULL NEED YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD TO BE TYPED IN MANUALLY!!!! BY FAR THE WORST APP OF ALL TIME, IF I DIDNT HAVE TO USE IT I WOULDN'T AT ALL!!! STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!! NO STARS!!!

This app is trash.. I'm consistently unable to log in with my correct credentials.. The layout is primitive at best.. I also have TCF and when their doing better mobile banking than you.. You know there's a problem. Garbage app sorry.
