I'm at the airport and the connection keeps dropping off every 10 to 15 minutes that's annoying it cannot reach the airport or some is going on with the software for the phone

I am giving you 1 star rating not because of your music which I love but because of your communications. I am very disappointed that you never responded to my Email messages, other stations responded to me' what's your lame excuse for not responding to me ? . Shame on you for this, you heartbreakers !. If you ever come to your senses and start paying attention to my inquiries, I will gladly change to 5 stars until then expect nothing more than 5 stars from me sorry I had to do this !
