Another person mentioned this same issue. I downloaded the app and sign in, but it keeps wanting me to update my information. Then when I do, the sign in button is gray and not able to click on it. I have tried for 2 days. Very frustrating! Please fix the issue. I am not the only person experiencing the problem. You sent me an email to download app and update account and get a free snacker basket, but then your app doesn't work.
The app doesn't allow me to sign in. It prompts me to fill out new account information each and every time, but the "sign up" button doesn't work (because I already have an account). I have no issues logging in on the website, it is ONLY on this app. The rewards I had all expired because I couldn't log in.
Used to work great. Now doesn't work at all as far as actually letting you do anything. It just says that as an old user you have to fill out additional information, you do that, it says it's successful, and then doesn't let you do anything and tells you to go through the whole form again. I also have no idea if my recent mobile order worked through my account (did I get my points). The only way I could get the order to go through was clicking on the link in an email. Typical corporate shenanigans. When you install and run the app you get a page that informs you that this program collects location data, even while it is off, for geofencing purposes, with no way to bypass that function, but the permissions for the apps only gives it permission to get location data while the app is in use. I also couldn't log in and had to reset my password. User not found... Login button is whacked too. App deleted You are doing a heck of a job Browning...
It''s pretty nice. However, a lot of times when I order from mobile, and pay from mobile, it doesnt match up with their system at the Olga's near me, so that might just be a technical issue with the restraunt and app match up. For the most part, this is really handy!
I love the app, and with a family of 5 I love the convenience of not having to order by phone. However, lately the app won't let me pay. At first it gave an authentication error and I was forced to order by phone; but that went away when I reinstalled the app. Now it gives me an "invalid CVV" error no matter which credit card I use. At least it'll place my order if I choose to "pay at restaurant", but if I want delivery, I gotta pay DoorDash prices.
Update: (10/29/20) App update worked perfectly. Rewards and check out was a breeze. Thank you for fixing the issues. I had deleted the app and reinstalled after the latest update. Never allows my rewards to be added...and then checkout...says authentication failure.
Worst app ever. The old app was easy to use and the new app is a nightmare. So many clicks. And I don't like that they lost all of my favorite orders. And the scanning your credit card function doesn't work. I probably won't bother ordering from Olga's anymore now that they've made the process so painful.
This app is useless. I cannot get past the initial sign-in. The app asks for further information after I log in, but won't accept my sign up after filling in the requested info, so I have not been able to use it. I have un-installed, reinstalled and changed my password, but nothing works. Useless.
There seems to be an issue with the App where you cannot use your credit card if your expiration month is 01 or 02 because it does not allow you to scroll to that number, or manually type it in. Makes delivery and curbside impossible. Hope it gets fixed soon.
The app kicked me out at one point... Now it will not let me log in nor let me reenter my "additional information " that I entered when I originally signed up. There is evidence that it has my email address registered but simply won't let me go beyond that. I have points accumulated but now I can't even use them nor earn more points. This needs to get sorted out guys.
EVERY time I try to use app, takes me 30 min to order. I have an account, but login experience is broken. After entering UN and PW, app asks me to sign UP again, or says can order as guest, but stays on sign up screen. Reset PW twice this time, as PW reset site lets you set a longer password than app will accept. Finally logged in (15 min later, no exaggeration), selected food, and could not pay, as it kept insisting my CVV was incorrect. Retyped several times, finally had to use another card.
The upgrade locked me out and I have not been able to log into my account for more than a month. Same thing happed with an upgrade last year. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still nothing.
Keeps trying to make me update my profile but the option to "sign up" when complete is gray and unable to be clicked on. Doesn't tell me what is wrong. Losing tons of points because of this!
It won't let me pay once I'm all done placing my order plus doesn't take off my rewards. This app is horrible, the old one was so much better. I now have to call everytime which defeats the purpose of the app in the first place
It keeps telling me there is an authentication issue and will not let me complete my order. I like Olga's but I stop eating there for the past 5 months because of poor service now I'm ready to try them again and the app doesn't work. So its either call and pick it up or go someplace else.
Same as everyone else, app doesn't work. Everytime I try to login it takes me to the additional information page. End up having to use a web browser to order. Will end up deleting the app.
Cannot order from this App. After completing entire order and you select place order it states "Invalid Authentication Token". Not sure what the problem is, but App is useless, unless you simply want to use it for a menu.
Old app worked fine. After the update I can't do anything without getting an invalid authentication token message. I have no idea what that means or why I'm getting it. Won't let me order or anything.
One of my favorite restaurants! Wonderful service at my local location. Love the rewards program. When the food is fresh and the order is correct its OUTSTANDING!
What a Joke. Doesn't work. Update: When every attempt to get this app working kept failing, I finally Uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it seems to work. We'll see.
We love your food and have been ordering by phone for years because we could never get your app past the additional information page. Every time I want to log on it sends to update my profile. When I complete the update the sign up button is gray so I am unable to complete my order so I have just been calling and placing orders. Today you have 50 cent olga's but guess what I am still unable to order using my app. This is not o.k. I am a loyal customer who should be able to take advantage of this deal.
I have been trying to get this app to work for a few months....unfortunately I cannot get past the additional user info. I finally unistalled the app because it was just a waste on my phone. So much for getting my rewards on the orders I have placed.
I tried to pay with gift card it would only take 1 so I tried to pay the rest with cc and it took the gift card info out so frustrating and waist of time. I did not have the option to pay at pick up.
Unable to log in, so deleted the app. Decreases how often I'm willing to frequent this establishment, especially in the current pandemic, if the app doesn't work.
Back to one star - clicking "Order Now" now causes the app to crash even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Ended up ordering from a different restaurant because I can't be bothered to call and give payment details over the phone to place an order.
App shows rewards, but when I try to redeem them it says none available. Trying to place an order, but only get a "invalid authorization" when I try to check out. Overall it doesn't work.
App not working. I try to reset my password and the app says email not found. I have one email. Even ask Olga'socation about it. They were able to pull my account up through my phone number. So what's going on with the app.
Doesn't work. Keeps telling me app is old check for updates. There are no updates. Won't let me order anything as well. Tells me to log in, then says log in invalid order as guest. There is no guest button. I give up.
I haven't been able to login to my rewards in a year, which was fine because it was during the pandemic and we weren't eating out much anyways but now I'd love to be able to use my rewards and the app! Everytime I try to login it takes me to the screen to update my info and sign up again. I don't want to sign up again. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times to no avail. App used to be great when it worked, but now it's useless and I'm frustrated. Please fix this!
