Olive Garden Italian Kitchen

I have tried to use the gift card feature now at least 4 times. It enver works. So I have to call. Which defeats the purpose of the app. It's very frustrating as I just watch the circle spin. It also crashed when I first opened it. Not bad the rest of the time but since we usually use gift cards we receive as presents it's annoying to have to call every time.

The app works great when I order carryout. I've never had a problem. Until now. The app won't allow me to log back in. Even after changing my password.

I love Italian food, especially garlic bread. But I do not love this app one bit. Slow, buggy, taps don't register or if they do its a wait of 10 to 30 seconds. Can't say it's my connection as other apps are flowing just fine. Hope it improves.

I used to order from olive garden regularly, at least for me, but lately I've been having a lot of issues with the app. I attempt to add a new card and it keeps telling me it doesn't match the user or it's not logged in. So I logout and attempt to log back in and it tells me that it isn't available and to try again later. So, tonight, I got pasta for the family from Friday's instead. Disappointed twice.

Create your own pasta doesn't allow plain (no sauce) or butter only, nor does it allow notes on each item. So we add the items with sauce and then at the order level write notes and they have been ignored 100% of the time. At the restaurant they told me my best bet is not to use the app! Yes, in 2022 that's the answer... easy fixes to the app...

Great experience as always. Easy to use. Sometimes I buy more than I intended because the pictures look so good and the food is always great. Nice experience on pickup too.

I honestly had a pretty fun experience with this app! Everything was streamlined and simple, but... a *liiiitle* bit buggy... That's fine though, I just wanna know what happened to the Stuffed Mushrooms that used to be on Olive Gardens' menu for years, hehe!

Pretty decent app, but won't let you pay with mixed forms of payment. I tried to use a gift card and a credit card together..

The app will not save my credit card when I add it to payment preference. Tried 4 times now. I wouldn't bother downloading this app. Just go to website for online ordering.

The ability to order and pay on you App is fantastic; once I pull into the pickup parking space, a very pleasant Server brings out my delicious order and everything I ordered was guaranteed to be there; plus, the Server's name and Manager's name and number is on the bag...I night never eat inside due to this awesome service; thanks!

This app is terrible. I tried for 30 minutes and the pos wouldn't work. When I gave up and called in the woman taking the order said that it happens all the time.

Yummy!! But they never get the special instructions right. They have a box for special instructions but it doesn't show up in the store order. Smh.

Always great service and food! Take out and pickup has always been outstanding as well! Staff over the phone and in person are extremely helpful and great to work with!!

This app is a waste of time as far as checking in. The. Info in here doesn't match the restaurants in thr Portland Oregon area. When called, it's always COVID-19's problems.

Easy to set up and navigate. Like the ability to wait list through the app!

The app is ok. For what it's supposed to do. No rewards. Just a basic wait-list. And take out order app.

It was my first time using the online order for olive garden! When I entered all info required it asked if I or someone else would be picking up order I put down another name but it was in my name! I never did get the text/link to tell them I was there so she had to call! I had 3 gift cards each only $10 so I was gonna use the $30 dollars to pay for food at checkout it will only let you use 1 card per transaction! That way you have to come back to use up cards that's slick haha

Noticed several negative reviews but I'm very pleased with this efficient and easy to navigate app 5 orders already and not a single problem....place order, pay online, pick-up!!!! Oh and wait time after confirming I've arrived, less than 4 minutes!!!!

Stop vibrating. Or at least let me turn it off in the settings. App is otherwise great, but i'm uninstalling it for this.

I've had positive interactions with the mobile app only for to-go. However, when attempting to use the delivery, the calendar doesn't provide a current day; it always skips to the following month. I've asked if they deliver, and yes, they do. Other than that, no problem. Food is nice and hot and packaged great. Furthermore, the food is sooooo delicious, the quantity and quality is the best.

The wait times on this app never seem to work (at least in the last 6 months). It says "No wait time" then you show up at the restaurant and there's a 20 minute wait. They used to put you in order but now they just practically did away with wait times via app. It's in person or bust.

There's never a wait list that shows up, but as soon as you show up in person, there's a 1 hr long wait list.

Easy to use and pay. Even put your car description in under your account for curbside pick up!

Olive Garden wouldn't let me use a different email (Yahoo,) to create an account. Also, it took 10 attempts using my mobile phone # before it accepted to create an account😤😤😤

I was very happy with the functionality and visuals in the previous version and would rate it a 5. But this upgrade ... not so much. The pictures are AWFUL. Eww... the food looks bland and very unappealing. Thankfully, I KNOW the real food looks WAY better than the pictures in this app. I'm about to try the functionality now. Let's see how it goes.

Very handy mobile app. It's so convenient when ordering on the go and also checking on wait times. Highly recommend this app if you are a frequent patron. Only pitfall is the credit card scanner, doesn't pick up quite easily as other mobile apps do. Tried several times with different phones and credit cards. But all in all it's a fantastic app!
