Works now that it's fully setup, but was very frustrating how it didn't recognize my local store at first so I couldn't view a flyer. I created a new acct in-app no problem, but when choosing my local store I'd check the box and 2 seconds later it would un-check by itself. In a browser I had no problem selecting a store for my acct there, but back in the app it never updated. When I went to the store and got a club card and included my email addy only then did all my info show up in-app.

I was unable to create an online account. The 'submit' button was grayed-out and would not work despite completing all the fields properly. In addition, the registration page kept blinking on and off, as I attempted to create the account. This requires your attention.

This last year was not as impressive but I can't say I do not like shipping at this store! I like coming across the "as seen on tv" but the app in general lacks many options to surf

So lousy out because you can't do probably anything with it it should make it a lot easier and easier to order from you

I think most negative experiences are coming from users using the wrong sign-up process. Sign in as new app user and everything goes smoothly. And you don't have to have a card or phone number, it's not a required field as marked by the red stars, like most any other required fields are. I think people just need to slow down and read what they are trying to achieve and just not bash an app because it's not an instant thing, and they actually have to use the brain. I find no fault with the app.

Not able to create an account om my cell phone. Error message telling me to make sure all required fields are filled in and resubmit. I've tried everything I can think of including a 4 digit extended zip code and allowing my password to be visable but still get the same error message. And no, I'm not in a hurry and I am following the directions exactly as they're written. Several people can't be having the same problem and all of us are wrong. Uninstalling.......useless to me!

Don't know what all the complaining is about.... Working just fine for me. Account went thru just fine. And YES it does show ads, and YES it does show my current offers and rewards points. I like Ollie's in general but be wary of counterfeit items in the electronics section. I bought a Bluetooth headset and was having issues with it. Went to the Vivitar website to troubleshoot a d turns out they've never manufactured this item..

It was easy to set up. However, once I took the app off my phone because I needed more memory for something else I now don't get coupons mailed to my house. Since I had the app it only sends them to my email. I've missed a lot of coupons because my account is set up with an old email.

The app would not display my card, or any offers. It would not let me access the My Profile section. Pretty much all I could do was view the current flyer and follow any links out of the app to go to their website. I initially had to uninstall the app just to be able to log in because it got in some weird loop where it kept asking me to enter my device pin just to get to the login screen.

It's handy to use at checkout with the scanner so I don't have to get out the physical card. I like being able to see the deals on the app and it allows me to change things like my phone number without a bunch of trouble.

Terrible! Like other people have said I could not register within account no matter what I did. I changed my password around at least 10 times varying numbers uppercase and lowercase numbers and the submit button was still grayed out, I even added my Ollie's army number though it wasn't required and still the log-in failed. I followed the advice of other reviewers and made sure that I was following the directions and entering the information as required. I Love the store but I hate the app.

Great experience shopping there. Highly recommend to my family and friends and ones that is looking for a great store to shop at. Great prices things that you need you can get it at Ollie's you will never be disappointed. Check them out and experience for yourself. I was able to make an online account and explore the app, but I just can't link my Ollie's Member card to my online account. It tells me to contact Customer Service like many others on here and I tried scanning the barcode and just typing in the number. However, I am going to give them a chance and see if customer service contacts me back and fixes the issue. So, for now I'll give 3 stars and we will see what happens. :) I do think some reviewers are being a bit rude on here. No need for that.

The store AND the app are great. The logon might be a little tricky for some. Just make sure your password follows ALL of their requirements (ie Upper case, lower case and a number) or you won't be able to hit "submit". After that you're in!

The account setup went fine. Simple and easy. When it came to registering my card it says, "your Ollie's Army Number couldn't be linked". I've tried it from the mobile app and from my desktop on the website to no avail. Please fix this!!! So for now I'll give it 3 stars until fixed!

I'd give this zero stars if I could. Registration repeatedly fails when using only using the required fields, as directed. No other way to access information in the app outside of being logged in, which is extremely counterproductive to people curious about your stores who have never been to them and do not have a loyalty card number, or who do not want to give out address or phone without further information as to what you are even offering.

I have tried 4 times to get on the app. I always get the error message. I filled all the spaces and only spaces with a star. Nothing has worked. I originally signed up in store and was told i would recieve an email and 15 percent off within 48 hours. It has been a week and no email. Not happy with this.

I keep being asked to verify my identity whenever I open the app. However, my password is not accepted. This has happened 3 times in as many months. Each time I have lost my offers. The only way I can regain entry into the app is to uninstall and then reinstall the app. ☹

Ollie's prices are too close to other retailers to justify going out of my way to shop there. The only real value is the books. Most of them still have other retailers price tags on them. Because it's a wholesale bargain outlet, the app is not 100% accurate and does not show inventory.

It was easy to sign up on this app! Simply, use the email you provided in store and check your email(on the date you signed up in store) for your ollies# and enter to. Carefully read the instructions and remember to verify your email when instructed. Memorize or write down your email! This is a fun app and thank you Ollie's for providing this app! If you have never visited the store, please do! They have great stuff at affordable prices.

I HOPE they have created a fix for the login problem soooo many people wrote a bad review about. I was able to set up an account in less than a minute...I really hope there was a bug fix and NOT that there are that many people incapable of setting up an account...

all this app is, is a digital equivalent to a sales paper and not worth wasting time with you can't search products by name like on other store apps. unless your looking for a eco friendly way to look at ollie's flyers i would not recommend wasting your time.

Was great til the last 2 monthes. Now I can not even log in because it repeatedly asked for my shape / thumbprint. So you can't even get to the login it just keeps it doing over and over and over and over and over and is just an annoying. Best thing you can do is just use the website that works at least.

This is a fun store to shop. It has a lot of cool and unusual things that are discounted or severely lowered or about to go out of date. So this is the place for all kinds of oddities at great prices. I buy lots of biographies and history books. They have lots of chips and crackers and many kinds of cookies and things. We really like it a lot. It's worth a trip.
