Why do you need access to my files and manage my calls just to wash a shirt? Can't use without these permissions so didn't use the service. Please redesign

The customer service is really bad. I was expecting to pick up my laundries after 3 business days, as stated in terms and conditions, however 4 business days has passed and my laundry is still not there. I called the customer service and then, I was told to email them instead so I did. They gotten back to me saying that they were doing maintenance and would not be able to get it back to me until next Tuesday. Now, here's my problem, I need those clothes ASAP. and with the mindset that I could get then around 3 business days I put them in the kiosk. THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL regarding about any maintenance. Now I emailed them back regarding about this and tried to call them again, now no one is picking up. This is so bad. I'm stressed and frustrated by this service. It's not good. I need my clothes back. Give it back.
Absolutely unreliable. Stated 3 working days leadtime but still waiting for 'factory processing' after 5 days
Tried Ollo at one of the kiosks today. Interesting to see a totally automated laundry kiosk for the first time.
As others said, this app shouldn't require to access our data n contact. As for the service, they don't take 3 days to return the clothes. Neither do they collect at 9am as stated. They can take a week to return u the clothes. Number at customer service is forever engaged and they don't reply your emails. Wonder how they going to survive with service like this.
