OLX: Buy & Sell near you

I have been using OLX for a long time and with the new updates over and over, I have been facing issues regarding olx 1. Lots of scammers out there. Olx doesn't look after all these scammer completely. 2. Video ads everywhere and are consuming uses' data voraciously. 3. The same Ads are frequently shown again and again. 4. No quality control or data saver options available for this ads.

Posting ad through mobile is an issue. App stucks when it reaches to page where we need to upload photos. And then app crashes. Samsung Note 10 plus user. Reply to your reply: Clearly written the issue, why u need an email??....if you being a dev not able to get the issue, then god knows what u r developing and what QA is doing....

I am trying to post ad for sell of furniture but it's getting rejected constantly. I have been asked to edit the post and i have tried editing all possible fields as per the policy and guiding notes but nothing is working out. There is no helpline number hence not able to make out what could be the reason for constant rejection.

Very good, but few negatives; 1. If someone uninstalls the app, he can't even get any notification about anyone message him. 2. Budget range is not good. It should be more smaller scale. 3. Contact number of the owner should be given mandatory. 4. It should be mandatory for someone to upload atleast 5 photos of the product.

Good app very useful in selling products which we do not want to keep or help others to get what they are looking for at better price. One more good thing i liked in this app is it will alert the fraud buyers. If you are trying to buy or sell something especially electronic items then this is the place where you will get better buyers. Give a try n earn some money through avoiding electric waste.

I am happy with Olx. And I really want Olx to include an option in Property rental search that whether pets are allowed in the rental premises or not. Because lack of this option eats a lot of time in property hunt as most of the people doesn't support dogs in their building. It would help people a lot. Thank you!

I am trying make payment. First, it goes back to 'Packages' page everytime we go to any another page while payment. When I wait for OTP of credit card, it again goes back. Now, I have made payment by Upi, and while completing transaction on bank page, it went back again and not wjoing my payment which has been deducted. Even when searching on Help section, it goes back to main page, when I clicked on Contact. When I click on Support Helpline, it shows Page doesn't exist. I have paid 398.

OLX can save your hard earned money as well as saves the environment by reducing the wastage and exploration. Do check OLX every time before you plan to purchase anything. For sure somebody will be planning to get rid of the same item you are planning to buy. It is a win win situation for both parties.

Hopeless. First of all very less free ads allowed. Moreover most of the times ads are rejected when you try to sell because of unknown unspecified errors. There should be a substitute for this application which has created a monopoly in the market and is fooling customers and clients.

Totally fine app but there's one problem with it that my account is suspended for absolutely no reason and there's no other option to contact with the ad providers. I wish developers would fix this issue and I get my account again. No other problems,the account suspension out of the blue is the only issue I'm having with this app.

Kindly refer to the topic "OLX:Buy & Sell", my ad got rejected when I have posted an ad for buying "Reva electric car". for project purpose. There are many people willing to dispose off the products which are not useful for them but may be useful to others, as such they do not want to sell it to scrap purchasers, in my case, outdated Reva electric car is required for project purpose keeping in view the policy of green city. Olx may please look into.

Very worst app with no verification of process. Even though I entered my mobile number and email ID.. my account was suspended and after one day..I got the message as your number is registered with another phone. Pls switch account. Sent mail to support team as well but no response from them

This app is competing to become worlds top worst app. Whenever a user visits the app to see second hand vehicles available this app only displays us the first hand new vehicles and mentions "lowest down payment". If a person who really wants to buy a vehicle will visit a showroom physically and check the total condition of the vehicle by himself. This app barely have second hamd vehicles. I suggest you to open quikr app and see how the vehicle suggestions are. And the filter is worst too.

I am not able to post an add, just saying rejected. How the hell i am supose to the reason of rejection ? Mine is a genuine ad but it doesn't give a specific reson to rejct, tried changing titles, changing images ,changing description and many tiles i try to re-post it as well. If you havw a problem with the add you tell me whats wrong.

I think there is a problem in messaging section, sometimes it shows double tick that the other side person seen the message and sometimes with the same chat it shows only single tick which means the message is not delivered yet!! Another problem I face in messaging section is I can read messages of buyers but can not able to reply them. date is 20 April 2022 #Too many issues in messaging section

It's really difficult nowadays to post an ad all the ads posted are getting rejected and no specific reason for rejection is there. Complex customer care makes it impossible to know the reason for ads rejection. Deleted my account planning to switch to a new platform.

I don't like your one policy that i need to wait like 30days - 90days to post ads.. You should atleat provide 3 free ads posting for every category after that u can ask for charges. Try to provide 3 free ads for each segment.. For posting property ad i need to wait for 90days for 2nd te posting. This is ridiculous...

This is not India's leading marketplace , this is India's trailing marketplace because even after soo long time, this app still has a lot of glitches and bugs which make me tensed and annoyed. Some of them which I remember are quoted :- The report function does not work at all even after the latest update Sometimes it shows me offline even when my internet connection is fast There are a lot of spammers, scammers and frauds which are always ready to steal our information in any possible manner

Very poor payment experience... i made payments for featured ads but every time i got invoice details with considerable delay creating the confusion if the payment was successful or not even after money deduction from one's bank account. Also, they have very poor customer support, there are no instant support in case of any kind of app related issues...

The app interface is quite buggy. The concept is good but app needs a whole lot of improvement. Needs strong network to stay connected. Not meant for rural areas where net is poor

Wanted to put my car on sale.. they forced me for inspection and didn't put my ad on website by lying on how ads are put up.then they asked me to give them a time. I told them 9am and they confirmed. Post which they forcefully changed the time to 10. Olx Cars is just a web of lies. They are now asking me to come to their centres for evaluation to post an ad. Smart replies won't help if you are not interested is solving customer problem OLX

Absolutely horrible app. First, they ban you no reason. If they want money for premium say so. For no reason they suspend accounts. And then still unable to use the app to post an ad. If one needs to spend 1 day just to post ads and still not work, then the platform is not worth it. Customer service is worse. No clear help is given and response is half baked and unhelpful.
