It is extremely difficult to control the anger and write review about this venture started by OLX that is trusted by lot of people including me. Based on my personal experience, I can definately call it a huge open scam where the car seller is looted first by quoting a low price before even the actual bidding happens. In case you fell for that, the selling process goes on for more than 40 days to get the complete agreed amount if car was financed. RC transfer seems like a dream. Beware & avoid!
This is the most stupid app I saw in recent times. once scheduled, you cannot edit the schedule... or cancel it..or even make a new booking from the app. don't deserve stars you have to call the customer service which is open only 10-7pm.. The folks who designed this app are a bunch of careless folks who don't knowb that edit and delete are the most basic features in a scheduling app . so stupid suggestion, if you guys want to compete with cars 24 , first look at their app and learn.
Very very bad. Offering very low price. I forgot to remove backside speakers While giving car for price checking. I removed speakers while selling car. Now they calling me to handover speaker and sayimg price includes for speaker too. I'm not having idea to sale speakers. I gave car price analysis to cars 24app. They offered 1000rs less when compare to Olx. So I sold in Olx. Olx ppl Now asking speakers. I hav to give. Im losing speakers. Just for 1000rs I was cheated by Olx.DONT USE OLXCARsale
Not at all a good service, even with an appointment that too when I reached on time, I waited there for an hour without anyone bothered to take my application ahead. Worst experience
Very bad car selling experience from OLX. I have sold my car on 19-4-2019 still my RC trasfer is pending. No body reply to my email. Very dispointed. Lazy people. Roadside car shops are better than this. Do not sell your car with them or else you to waste your time in follow up. Legal matter is important in buying and selling cars & OLX is vey weak in this. BIG NO NO NO NO
Visited the IC colony branch late evening and still they helped me. They gave a good offer as compared to others. Although the deal couldn't get through but the customer service was really great. Best place to sell your car rather than giving it to some dealer who would keep hanging you for name transfer.
Most irresponsible stores, and false promising aswell. Sold my car 9 months ago and the balance payment for the RC transfer is still awaited (which was supposed to be made within in 3months) , tried to contact but no concerns is seen. And still awaiting for reply from olx end.
Its a total Waste of time, I would not recommend for a visit to their stores.. Very bad experience..I would recommend to Visit cars24 stores for a better selling experience..
Prices offered are too low than anywhere else. You can only sell the car here if you've stolen not if you've brought it from your hard earned money. Don't use this app

Very bad experience, my central locking of the car started not working after the inspection.i went to work shop after that and they said someone changed settings /programings of the central lock.
I keep getting random msgs to sell my car from this company even though I haven't used this app even once. I have tried complaining but haven't been assisted in any manner.
I sold my car got the cash in a day, I had a loan , they helped me close that and got full closure within a week. Overall service was pretty fast. Great job by the guys at Airoli branch!

The worst customer service ,once the car is sold they don't bother u to give the Hold amount,u will have to followup them for every penny . Such as Paytm gold voucher scheme .

app is alright but car registration state is not available for my state or many other states r not available on this app or car models are very few ...😐😒😞😞😑😑

Pathatic experience, They are interested to buy our cars in peanut price. I went to the store and asked for inspection, after 45 mins. They up with a report. There are no major issues. But the quoted price was surprising for me 2.5 lks. My car is Honda city diesel which I bought it for 13.5 lks on 2014. If I could have taken it one year late2020. Might be they will quote me a price for my return journey on auto rickshaw. Everyone who visited with me got similar prices. . Don't waste your time
The rate they give you is below the market value. Had a bad experience I ask you not to approach them for selling your car.
It's been more than 6 months but my car RC is not transferred. Every time I contacted them, I got same response that they are working on it on priority but that is what I am getting for more than 3 months as a response. In fact cars24 offered better price but by then I had already submitted my documents to olx.
