Jiji can be the best online marketing platform in Africa. Allowing sellers to advertise their products is good but to make it complete, you have to create a Platform where buyers can also pay for the goods they have sourced. In order to ensure sellers sell quality products, you would receive the payment and if the buyer confirm receipt of goods without complaints then you'll pay the seller. The buyer and the seller can agree on the best shipping method. Trust me jiji will be the best e-commerce
The best there is out there ...the interface and the ability to chat with clients on the app is second to known. However I feel there is room for improvement especially in terms of protection for customers. I have personally flagged some accounts that are scammers but somehow, these accounts and their listings are never taking down.
It's very easy access as an app, easy browse and very active in promoting businesses. It's a very effective marketing agency or campaign platform anyone is open to benefit great when working with them.
Jiji app is amazing as compared to other shopping apps. It provides you the sellers phone number and other details. I have ordered about 15 items on Jiji and I received them all. I advice you should use Jiji
The app is very good and easy to use but you people should reduce the number of calling from managers. Managers like calling users even if we have not requested for a managers call.
I downloaded this app some days ago and i have confirmed my email about a hundred times, yet it keeps telling me to confirm my email again. I cant post any ads because of this. Please help.
I love the app I have just edited from 3 stars to 4 stars ....I love everything about this app...wayyy better than other competing apps However I wud have love it if you can upload some 20-30 seconds videos as well for customers to have better understanding of how to use a product or item ..wud av made it super and will be rated 5stars
The current prices of the ad's promotion is too much now, and it's a fixed price with no option for you to choose the amount of money you can afford for your limited few ad's
Jiji is the best experience every in e-commerce. SEARCH and EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. I realized that the similar product doesn't match the main product searched.
It the best in ghanan in terms of online selling and buying...but they should disable all accounts that stays idle for 6months or a year .so that we can use our numbers to register Incase we forget our logins
The app is very good. But they should please reduce the amount to be paid when posting an ad. You may pay to cover a month but sometimes unable to sell an ad. So reducing the cost will also help.
Worst app every time I post an add within 10 minutes then the add is off live, and anytime I want to post an add they are asking for ID details which is really boring, even here I comment they take it off take your app

Jiji is awesome. Though i am yet to make my first sell but the interface is so simple. No struggles. Their customer care really care about you. I opened an account last year but was lazy to post an ad. Earlier this yesr they called and helped md to list an item. Of recent i have listed my goods and the response is amazing. They notify you when a customer sends you a message. Jiji well done. Looking for to my first sell and long term business with jiji.
It's a great app for buyers not so for sellers for example you give the option for not Negotiable but yet still you have an option for buyers that says make offer, why are you asking them to offer me a price if I have selected not negotiable ?
The app is indeed a good app but the rate of scammers are getting high each and everyday. Especially when it comes to job seeking, they create a nice advert on your platform and getting there is a different story all together. The rate of charges you will pay and at the end of the day nothing comes out. Please jiji Ghana do something about this issues, because if their making good money from this site. then they don't have to destroy the image of your platform. Thank you

The worst app ever. They will just block your account without any reason after you have paid. Management have to do something about this blocking and suspension things.. We pay Huge monies for the platform . So management have to be just for us. it's so Frustrating to woke up and saw your Account blocked or suspended without any reason..Very very disappointed and Heartbroken.

It used to be one of the best e-commerce platforms. But it no longer the case. Now they are only interested in taking money from their clients. The longer the advert stays on the platform, the more money they make. So they only wait for your payment to expire then they start harassing you with incessant calls literally forcing you to renew the payments. Even the few enquiries I receive on my advert are very suspicious. I don't believe they are genuine buyers.
Very resourceful with a extensive range of items
Generally the app is OK but jiji gh should review their payment on delivery policies because some customers order for things and never pay which makes sellers run at a loss.Also there should be a section where feedbacks about customers can be written not only sellers
It's really easier. I just hope the people we connecting with are not scammers.
Why is it so difficult to contact you guys, I have tried to log in and even tried to publish something but it's not getting published because the app keeps telling me to confirm my email which I have done for about three times but still when I click on confirm and it brings me back to the app, the app still tells me I need to confirm my email. What is the problem?
