It's been great using the olx app since 2013 with it's updates overtime giving it a more attractive & easier navigation through.There are frustrating times when the app just closes on it's own among other errors which i believe shold be looked into. The best part of the app i used to like & be brought back is when older ads go below according to the dates they were uploaded & one can refresh which comes to the top & shows as a new advert
I'm not impressed at all. The app is so bad and annoying as it keeps rejecting my ads at intervals. More work has to be done on it. The app doesn't have a help line where u can atlist seek for assistance.
A lot more improved Olx. Good work. Work on the ability to download cars directly from the page. You have improved greatly. Don't rescind. The above comment is no longer what is obtainable now. Had been updating many times but couldn't access it... Work on it speedily...
Because of the in-app messaging feature you now have hundreds of unserious window shoppers messaging you & asking for last price or how low you can sell when they haven't even made an offer. They won't call the phone number there but will rather drop an in-app which most times I am too busy to revisit or to read. When you post an ad and drop you number you should expect calls not in-app messaging. Selling on d platform ws fast w/o d msgn system bcps only serious buyers call.
Awesome platform to make cool cash. I love the user-friendly interface of the app as well as how they approve one's ad within shortest time possible. Keep up the good works OLX!
This jiji app is becoming useless to me. Greediness is becoming the order of the day. How can you create an app for advert for free and you are still the one doing the advert for paid users. Free users are leftovers. It was this Same greed that made you purchase olx. What a mess. Post an ad, it will take years for moderation. Let us kuku use swapix. Since there is no more olx. I'm disappointed 😞.
What's happening?. Haven't been able to open app for the past two days. It keeps saying no network connection and I have a 4G network on, with other apps running smoothly. I have uninstalled and installed, but yet nothing. I rated well some hours ago, but it seems it's not what it used to be. Annoying now
this app is the most useless app I've ever used on my phone, I tried selling on it, I was unable to post anything online, and when I wanted to search for products that were uploaded online, it will said "Oops something is not right, but we are on it" I kept on upgrading the app each time I see any updates... just like I did today, I've updated this app for more than 5 times, thesame issue is repeating itself again, this app is just occupying space on my phone and its not useful for anything...
I used to love this app in the past. Until recent times where I'm unable to login again as I changed my phone. It keeps telling me my account is already in use and I wonder why I can't login again. Even with my mobile number after receiving an activation code. So annoying
OLX will and always be a game changer into my life, I was able to connect with millions of individuals who really valued what I could offer them through this platform. It also enriched me a lot and enlightened me more about customers satisfaction. I hope to continue to place more value on what it stand for.
Great. I have made good sales on the platform also fell victim of fraudster recently. Try and communicate with user and gicmve feed back when they report an issue. Aside that great app. I love it
OLX is one great market place App, i have made successful genuine buys and sales on its platform. Yes there definitely are a few miscreants trying to take advantage of the platform to dupe unsuspecting individuals, but its up to everyone to perform due diligence. I love the speed at which the OLX admins respond, when a likely fraudulent advert is reported.
Pls change your filter so people can choose more than one to filter. For example, I want to be able to choose 4 different models of cars under filter...kindly add back the option of all in each category
Great app for both sellers and buyers. I will recommend it to all and sundry. Just be careful when you deal with some sellers because they may dupe unsuspecting and potential buyers, thereby spoil the market for real and reliable sellers. Keep up the good work OLX.
y'all should step up your game. I always preferd OLX because of their genuineness and customer service. I'd sold four phones on OLX in the past. jiji has always been full of fraudsters and predators. now that you've officially taken over OLX, your first step should be to clean up your space and make the customer experience great. if we cannot trust your management to fix this, then we find other options.
Olx is good, but I think they need to improve in Nigeria cities and towns update. Awka is the capital of Anambra State but they don't have Awka in olx, rather what I see is Adabe Amawbia. All cities and towns have to bear it original names or well known names, it will help in search and navigation.
I am an olx big fan, almost all I owned was brought through olx from my household item to my car, the first and second. (but having issues now in purchasing my third car because almost all the car dealers has sold car online for sale and wasting time and airtime in calling them) aside that olx is my go to app for anything
Olx team 👍👍👍👍damn you guys are the best Fast adaptation, fast listing scanning, super fast listing approval! Fast selling! I hope you guys won't throw off your customers (sellers) away the way Jiji is doing now in attempt to milk them dry? If I have any advice to give Olx developers and administrators, it will be, don't push too much bill on sellers who are posting their item on ya platform. Let the payment or subscription payments for ads be flexible, 10k per month is outrageous.
good app... this last upgrade is amazing.. working and running smoothly.. but one major issue I want you people to correct is the issue of lagging.. apart from that, the app is great
Having been on this platform for two years, I can say that the upgrade was a total downgrade. I can't post ads again, all the ads posted is rejected. The number of sellers have also reduced due to same issues. Olx is doing nothing to verify the issue also, I have referred quite a number of sellers to olx but they are also having difficulties selling because their ads are rejected too. Please work on your ads review, how can over 100 ads be rejected at once, is it bug issues or what?.
