Nice, but has problems with searching: way too many ads on each page, and not many give a damn about tagging. But - in general it's convenient
It works, and this is the only advantage. It annoyingly insists on using their additional logistics service, it doesn't update read/unread status on messages, which always makes you doing few extra click. It doesn't allow to check your classifieds first as you launch it, always showing some random set istead. It doesn't give me that much value for the money.
App doesn't work properly. Especially saved search filters. Few days all of them displayed results from global search. Some of filters display new results from poland olx (or something like that) that is totally irrelevant for Ukraine, but the whorse is even if you already viewed all new items from other country they will be highlited as as new again even if you checked all of them few seconds ago.
New version is too sparse, very inconvenient to walk through large items without ability to set up the layout. This concerns main screen and favorites mostly. UX became unfriendy. Larger photos aren't beneficial comparing to speed of cruising through items, especially on larger lists. The smaller items would make it much better.
So frequently need to login with password, can you store it for longer time? There is no ability to change language. I see same position while scrolling, again and again... Frustrating 😡
I use this app almost every day. For me it is simple and clear. I like the possibility to save filters and to get notifications about new items. Sometimes I get message that servers are overloaded for some filters. And in some cases cannot select right district to search. But in general it works fine for me and I like it
This update is awful. A lot of space is wasted on a huge UI elements instead of usable information. And the same for web version. 24" display can show only 5 advrets! Ridiculous! Ah, yes, and all my old messages for active lot disappeared. Thanks.
The app itself is OK and the service has MANY things to be improved. For example, I am looking only for a car originally sold in the Ukraine and having had one owner only, and with all filters in place, I am still receiving 19 out 20 ads about used cars from the USA, with who knows how many previous owners, most of which are not even in the Ukraine yet according to those ads.
so, there are: 1. paid advertisements for your listings. 2. commissions for money transfer from "safe deal". but that wasn't enough and you've added ads from some brands to the app, because there are always more things to monetize. "amazing" decision.
Where is choice of languages? I'm English speaking person that lives in Ukraine, cannot find how to switch UI to English! When reactivating ads it gets you back on main page, so you have to go back to your profile each time you reactivate inactive ads, and you usually have plenty. No scroll indicator and number of add is shown when scroll through search results...
Something funny is happening during last week - can't add or remove anything from my 'saved' list. Please advise, thanks. Also, the re-authorization keeps failing most of the times I attempt it, despite my correct details entered. Otherwise, the app is fine.
Ui is pretty glitchy. For instance push doesn't work as expected. When I open push message it is asking login and password to sign in despite the fact I'm logged in in deed. So I need to close window and open olx app manually from app list, messages tab, find conversation, open it too. It's annoying thing for such kind of app where chating is crutial thing.
My account is active, but password retrieval is not working, it seems that I am blocked from entering the website. Tried to register a new account, but my phone number is still linked to the previous one. And there is no way to contact support team via email. Awful app and service.
The big turn off for mobile app is a lack of possibility to change the language. My phone uses English UI, why I'm forced to use OLX in Russian when there is Ukrainian or English versions available but no possibility for changing on mobile app. OLX desktop version I'm using for last 5-6 years and like it.
I will change the rating once I receive a reply. My device language is in English. However, olx app still does not change to English version. Please tell me the way to change it to English. Update: I have cleared app data and app cache for olx. I uninstalled then reinstalled. The language did not change. I tried again. I cleared the app data and app cache for olx. I uninstalled. After updates it's just don't run. Can't use it anymore. Hate it. Can't log in - it's always some error occur, can't see anything in app. It became useless((( Fix it. It was a great app before!
Works perfectly for 2 years for me. I just would like not to be logged out automatically when my post is expired or at least to have google account link. It's a pain to look for the password every month
The new interface is terrible (it's elements take a lot of space), and you cannot now select the preferred language of the application - I would like it to be in Russian or English, not in Ukrainian with no other options
You have made such big update with redesign and all the stuff but still no possibility of changing language, and if You have English as your default language, this app makes Russian as app language. You might be amazed but tons of who speak Ukrainian have English on their phone in order to use certain features, so why are we forced to have Russian as app language? Isn't it just silly? Please after thousands of reviews about language, can you finally fix this and let us change language manually?
good, but UI could be more clear and understandable
Easy to use, but this app, I suppose, need a lot of hardware resources, because it freezing on my old device on Android 6 with 2GB of RAM, but it's working perfectly on Android 10 with 6GB of RAM.
I like the app but, there's something missing. I can't change the language, as much as this app is useful but the ability to not change the language is a huge turn off. Can you please release an update to fix that?
The UI experience is terrible in the new version. I find a new app uninformative, and large elements with unfriendly navigation make it worse than the previous UI.
So many items to choose from. Items range from brand new to fairly used. The prices are cool and the interface is user friendly. I'd definitely recommend it
This version is full of bugs.
1) The same google advertising show multiple times 2) also some ads have sound 3) Strange algorithm, constantly shows the same items cards (these are regular items, ie not those that are duplicated because they were paid). This is very disappointing!
