I stopped using this app because it had had no development for years and stopped working, despite paying exorbitant licensing costs. Glad to see some development happening. given the cost associated with using this app you'd expect it to be a lot more stable than it is, and have ongoing maintenance.
Very poor customer service. My 5 hours worth work is stuck some where in the app and unable to reach my transcriber.....horrendous!!!!! For an app with a paid subscription; I will be looking at alternatives when my one year period expires with them!
Education account & needed permission to link with one drive from admin = Deleted this app
Used for years and was great. Then just stopped allowing to send by emails. Worthless when I can't export the data.
Crashes frequently and I have to restart the phone even though I have a Galaxy Note 10+. Very frustrating! Please let me know a solution

Once again this useless app has stopped working. I wont be purchasing it again. At $145 for 12 months I expect better. Dont waste your money!

Since latest update: Unreliable microphone sensitivity. File naming doesn't work.
crashes and losses dictated files on Samsung Galaxy 9
I have been using this app for years, to email dictations to myself and it started freezing during file conversion about 6 weeks ago. I'm still using the app to record dictations, but really miss the email function. Please advise and/or fix.
I liked it until Android was updated but since the update it will not send the dictations by email. Unfortunately until this is fixed this app is useless.

Extremely disappointed. Their business practices are greedy and deceptive. It is an app that records in a format incompatible with the Olympus DSS software we purchased for this purpose. We spent time on the pho e with the company prior and feel mislead. The support departments will not return our inquiries. I recommend staying far away from a company that has these practices.
Goes into loop when trying to convert for email. Useless to me now.. I used it for years but now worthless ..
Was working fine, now with latest Android 8 update I can't send dictations.
It used to be really good, but now has the problem that everyone has already reported. It freezes when you try to convert the file to email it. Why does it take so long for developers to fix these issues?
Easy to use, has an encryption option and is reliable. Happy to pay for this as its keeps my work secure.
Good features. Easy to use. Terrible for battery life. I can typically record 3x 5min dictations and my battery will go from 90% to 25%. This is on Nexus 6P.
I love it and discovered it today! !! Have used my olympus, 2, for ten years! !!! Of course, on my olympus I could hear my voice via my earphones as I was dictating! !! Bless you!!!
Installed thinking great will be comparable with all my dss recorders reading reviews I decided to find alternate brand to move to for complete solution

My company has purchased Olympus dictation equipment and software for years. That the phone app won't record in a format compatible with the office bound software without an expensive cloud based service is a complete disgrace. The cloud service should stand alone as a value added product and not be forced on me due to incompatible formats. I intend to can the Olympus office equipment and shift to another product asap out of principal. These people are greedy pigs and deserve to be punished. Shame on them.
Waste of time.
This is an app put out there simply for advertising. It has poor functionality that inevitably points you to ODDS licensing solution, which incidentally you can't purchase online or even find out how much it costs. The website directs you to local Olympus dealers.
I had used for some time . Was awkward to set up finally worked OK but now unable to upload despite reinstall and tried on another device. Crashes frequently and will now look for a more stable alternative. Since July has become more stable and able to reliably upload dictation. Apparently some sort of server problem but disappointed no notification of the problem from Olympus. Please improve customer advice. upgrade to 4 stars
