I agree that it's no "power tool", but as a trusted app without advertising, it offers some nice image tweaks including curves. This feature is easy to use, unlike many more comprehensive apps. It also offers a few filters and frames for styling up quick image shares. Obviously some downloaders expected Photoshop 🤣
The best camera manufacturer gives the worst possible app. After 52 tries i could connect and import pictures from omd em1mii at speed of turtle and then when hit "edit' it finds million picture but not the one it imported itself. no way to browse to it's own folder. Its own folder is not listed in folder list it finds. Only other option is "all" with no sorting no filter... good luck. minus 5 stars.
On my Samsung the app only shows pictures that are in the gallery. Since I used oi share to move the images over into my phone the OI app to edit the pictures cannot find them because they are not in the Samsung gallery. Pretty sad actually.
Limited functionality. When you quit an image you go back to the start of the picture list instead of your position in the list being maintained. Needs go to top and go to bottom shortcuts.
Weak sauce. No raw. Effects are ok. Adjustment is simple butnot intuitive or easy to use to get results
Does not maintain connection. I have to keep deleting my camera and reconnecting. Will not import RAW photos. Not good.
All I can say is that users shall avoid Olympus apps, this app can't handle Olympus RAW files and it can not even crop images correctly, saving in only JPG, so this app or anything Olympus have is for photos or photographers. If you need a app to edit Olympus RAW you shall use Adobe.
Cannot edit ORF. Basically useless! OMdigital solution please allow the editing app to edit the Raw files that imported from my omd camera!
pointless app... has very few features so only basic adjustments can be made... and the filters are far from good
No raw, saves only in JPEG and in fixed sizes. After five years with no update this app seems to be abandoned.
Does not offer enough tools for photo editing, outdated and probably abandoned.
crashing constantly while loading pictures. haven't seen it working yet. Useless app so far
Very crude and non features editor. Don't have control over strength of filters.
This app won't even open raw files from the Olympus TG-6. The only use for this app is to add Olympus watermarks to your photos.
You would think it would allow u to edit Olympus RAW files

It seems to be a great app. However, a simple feature seems to be missing. Or is it just me ... ? Is it not possible to erase pictures from the gallery view. Every single app has a BIN icon with the ability of deleting unwanted pictures or files. Is it just me ? Or this feature is actually missing ? If so, just add it guys ! Can't believe such a basic functionality is missing in 2018, in such a great app !

Magnify any edited photos from the new and previous version of this app will show vertical lines. Very disappointing. Don't know why Olympus is releasing this app. Galaxy S5 user here.
Huawei P9, Sony Xperia Z3c Notice lines appearing throughout of image after an export even though crop only or export directly.
How do you open ORF RAW files witn this app? There are lots of image editor out there to chose from. I can't imagine why would anybody use this app if it doesn't support ORF files. It's quite dissaponting to see that not even Olympus is doing something to promote their own file format
I'm sure this is a nice basic photo editor, but there are a lot of those. I was hoping, as this comes from Olympus, it'd be able to edit the raw files from my Olympus camera. Shame.
The flavor of this app is that of Olympus ...and perhaps simplistic ...and intuitive ...not as good as Snapseed...no expectations of .raw or .orf editing with in the app...though I like the signature functionality...
Notice lines appearing thru out my image when viewing after an export, at first I thought it was just a filter I used. So I try again with another image straight from my Olympus omd camera and did a crop only and still got the same result. So have uninstalled for the mean time.
There is no reason anyone would ever want to use this image editing app. Whatever photo editing software you already have that came with your phone or tablet already does everything that this app does, better, plus a lot more. And, the user interface is unnecessarily clumsy and awkward, to boot. Olympus makes fantastic cameras, but software is definitely not their thing.
