Om Nom: Merge

Fun game, bringing back all the beloved om nom characters of past games and then some. However that's about it. There's no thinking involved, like is expected of cut the rope series. Instead it's just a match 2, endless grinding/farming type of game. Good for kids learning to put 2 and 2 together and quick thinking. Graphics are also very cute as usual!

Cute graphics and sound with soothing gameplay. The only thing that annoys me is the pointing hand but I figured out tapping once makes it disappear for a bit. I tend to play before falling asleep and sometimes I just want to watch the little blobs, and save my coins for upgrades. It's still a really good game and I love it.

The 2d designs are really cute, but the 3d renderings are incredibly ugly and have some problems with lag. This game would be pretty enjoyable if it were entirely in just the 2d art style the characters were made for, but trying to render them in 3d space for it makes them look kind of weird to me. I did appreciate that ads were a button press instead of random popups.

Awesome graphics, great game experience and very good execution of user engagement. Very intensive ADV encouragement, too much if you ask me. Some of the features are bit insulting the user intelligence, like that the X3 for coins after offline never returns an available ad... really? Overall, very nice game experience, but after you've played it for a while it is a bit "more of the same" with just higher merges/graphics and more earnings per minute...

If there is one thing Zeptolabs is good at, it is designing good characters and graphics, they did a very good job. This game is designed beautifully. The gameplay is great and so is the overall progression of the game. However, there are a few disappointments 1. The game to very much ad based. You aren't forced to watch ads, but watching them vastly helps progress. 2. It seems like a mix of games like Cash Inc/Atomas with CandyCrush. I loved this game so much when it first came out, I played the unofficial app of it which I believe you created your own version after seeing how great the concept was. I've always loved merge games, and this is one of the very few gems in the merge game genre. All the unique characters make it so fun to play, but I only wish there were more updates and tons more characters to merge.

I played king of theives and I really liked it, it felt like a free-to-play game done right, and was still fun even without having to pay, and then they made this and now I'm disapointed. The visuals look awful, they look like something out of pre-2021 PvZ3, the gameplay is also very repitive and boring. Not to mention how greedy the game is. I wasted my time playing this game, play the older games instead of this.

The user is enforced with ads even on an adblocked device. The game has long wait times and quickly becomes expensive making it an idle game with bad notifications. Overall it's a good idea for the game, but you absolutely ruined it with this rubbish!!!

It would be fun, I think. It's just hard to tell because you don't actually ever get to play. You're too busy closing popups, ads, and messages to ever get to play. Just when you think you get to play another "mechanic" pops up telling you how you can pay money a different way to unlock something else. Rinse and repeat, new popup ever 3-5 seconds asking for money.

The game is cute, and very colorful. It is an idle game, however, and the most action you get is by merging multiple Noms at once, or by the boss stages. There's a lot of emphasis on merging to get the best Nom, so you don't see some Noms after a certain point. You also need lots of money/ gems, which is all obtained by either paying real money for or watching LOTS and LOTS of ads. I'd personally prefer a Cut the Rope 3, but that's just me. Overall a fine game to pass the time.

I love the graphics, i love the gameplay but please, in the next update, add some gallery where you can see the creatures you merge and add some cloud save, because the game has no cloud save so your progress stuck on your phone, and optimize the game, sometimes it has a little laggy in the game, that's all, i hope you read this

This is an idle game mainly focused on merging your little monsters and honestly, it's not the quality I've expected from the Cut the Rope series. There's not much strategy, you can't really get too attached to your Nommies since you'll phase them out when you merge them, ads are intrusive, features are barren (you "complete" families but get no gallery), and the game weirdly enough has no cloud save feature so all your data is locked on your phone. Would not recommend.

This game was fun but you will inevitably hit a point where all your spaces are full and unless you want to pay to purchase more you can't progress any further. If it's free you should be able to at least play for free at a minimum level, I understand having to pay for extras or ad free versions or things like that but to me if the game actually stops altogether unless you spend to continue then that's just a bait and switch scam.

Has potential to be great (graphics, nommies) but I don't get to really see whats going on in forest cuz it is MUCH too busy. Seems like a constant push to get you to buy stuff or watch ads! Too many things going on at one time that I don't really have a second to observe characters and actions. Too many instructions thrown at you all at once as a push to make you see ads or make purchases. Increase size of forest and nommies, and slow game down, to rushed to enjoy. Uninstalled, sorry🙁👎.

OMG the ads!!! 8^( Fun enough BUT ads take up 1/2 the game! There's an ad requirement for EVERY "award". Stopped at nom lvl 43. After about 16 hrs of play and 8 hrs of that being ads I'm so sick of ads that I will uninstall. If you value your time, avoid this ad-bait. There are plenty of other good game out there. I guess the worst part of this is that your time is not even transferable. Reload your phone and your progress is gone!! You can't move it to another phone either.

Great...a little too busy with all the quest and merging... 1/30/2020: after playing for almost a week...still find it way faster than I want to play, and this game is getting more expensive to play as it goes up in level, you have to pay for items...Sorry Devs, y lost me when that started...thanks but no thanks...no matter how cute a game is, it's uninstalled. The basic gameplay is to send nommies to earn gold. Using that gold, the player buys more nommies then merges them. The cycle repeats. There's a degree of satisfaction from merging nommies and seeing new ones. However, perks are highly incentivizing and require you to watch ads or pay gems (money) to obtain them. The animations are very generic too. I was expecting more from a game that ZeptoLab made. On the upside, at least you get to chose whether or not an ad plays.

Not really fun. I get the option of ads, that said, this is the whole game... Ad after ad and the limited time competitions only feed into forcing you to watch more and more ads or start dumping money into the game. The game itself is not a puzzle game or a real game at all. Wait, merge, wait, merge... rinse and repeat. Om Nom disappoints in this one. Cut the rope is still a fun game and I'd play any of those over this one.

The experience was amazing that it look like 3d merge.I never seen a 3d merge game in my life. It have so many characters and level when I start to play today I started getting interested on this game. I have like 400,000 coin becuase of the 2 minute but I times more to 8 minutes of getting gold apple,. I love you making merge game can you make different game like racing ,adventure,puzzle game,and online games for people to play.It will be awesome if people would give you a lot of rate.

Quite addictive game to play with. But for some weird reason, I kept getting "No Advert". And hitting Ads button does not do anything at some point. And its getting annoying.

Too busy with ads, power ups, merging, goals. The game itself is too linear which after 20 mins became just like every other game. Adding the other features doesnt make the gameplay more exciting that cleverly other merge game. Love the other om series!

The first problem is a minor problem; it's that Blue doesn't have a description! I'm pretty sure that when I used to play it, the tournaments were 1 week long, and now they're 1 day! I doubt it's enough time to get to even 7th place when I start from 10th place! This problem is another minor problem; If you have 3 or more nommies available in the shop, the 2nd to last one will show question marks and not show the nommy's picture! I was gonna put an example here, but there's not enough space.

Too much grinding unless you choose to watch SO MANY ADS! Even then, the game is all about grinding. Not fun at all because of that. That's how most mobile games nowadays work, especially idle games like this one. If the devs relied more on fun and not a grindy experience, this game and others like it could be awesome. The thing is, these games aren't developed with the purpose of making a fun experience for the players, but with the goal of milking as much money from the players as possible.

Love the game but there's a glitch were there's a boss but the fruits don't disappear and I always lose the boss because the nommies go after the fruits like every time and it's so annoying.please fix the glitch and also make the bosses easier because I haven't won a boss in months I'm was at stage aprox 600 and even without the glitch bosses are to hard so please make them easier also add a way to save you progress because my phone was being fixed and the data was reset and my progress was lost

Highly addictive which is good but there is no point. It's like an idle/incremental game with just two mechanics, merging and nursery. Ads are not forced but you can't claim rewards otherwise and you need the rewards or you won't see the last merge if you aren't immortal. Forest levels are also meaningless so is your profile level so you just merge until you get the last nom then uninstall I guess.
