OMA App interesting features:

Oma is a very nice app, great experience, lovely pricing but it would be much better if one could easily change his payment option even after the ride finishes. This is because users may forget to change the setting for the payment option after they load money in their wallet and after d journey the app sets the payment method to strictly what is in the setting. Room should be made for the payment option to easily be switched.That was d only experience I had that was not good. really Great app
It's very, very, difficult to get connected to a driver, they lie about their distance, they waste a lot of time, and it is very unprofessional and discouraging. Do you not have enough drivers, cars? I really want to use this app for all of my movements; if only all these frustrating problems would go away.
I would've given the app five stars but there's a major problem... You can't find locations for a lot of places on the gps and the only way to find it sometimes is if you use the map which is a complete waste of time. You guys need to rectify this because it's really frustrating
The cr-App ain't working. I can't ask for a ride, can't add a place. The map is just a map, no features to spot your position with the phone's location on. Really? I bet the bonus don't work neither. If there's any improvement, I'll get the word then I'll download it again.
It takes a lot of time connecting to drivers. you have to try too many times and sometimes your appointment passes. I was particularly infuriated in one event when after a long search i was connected to a driver who was just nonchallant and kept rejecting my calls the moment i told him why i called. you need to get more drivers, screen your drivers better and work on your app
Not working in my Samsung galaxy tab s3. Kept asking me to verify 4 digit number sent to my phone number even when nothing of such was received. I even tried using "call" option but to no avail. I had to uninstall and install the app up to three times without success. I guess it is a useless app designed to burn off or siphon someone's data. Don't download it please; it's useless.
The app is very frustrating to use. Takes forever to load, and i cant even receive my verification code after multiple attempts. My network isnt the problem. I use other apps without stress. Right now the app is just occupyinh space on my phone. Its useless.
I was excited when I found out there's OMA taxi in Enugu. I downloaded the app on Sunday, request for a ride and I was told all their drivers are busy. Today, I requested again and was told the same thing. I was so disappointed, probably they don't have a good number of Taxi/driver ... I hope it gets better tho
What is this? It's absolute trash. Don't depend on it, it will mess your day up. What's more, the customer care number they put in there is constantly switched off. Hoped and depended on it a few times and it messed my day up completely.
This app is a joke, "Opps! All our drivers are busy. Try again later" is what I have been for over 12hours. You guys should check and fix this issue. It was a frusttlrating experience trying to get a cab because I needed one urgently.😠
wow! very nice app. The Oma driver that picked me was very nice. The most interesting part was when the driver ended the trip offline cos there was not network at my destination. You guys should keep it up
I have used a lot of apps like this but I believe this one is the best. The user interface and experience is outstanding . Now getting a cab is more like hobby Great job guys.
This app is wonderful you don't need to stand along the road anymore to pick up keke or taxi, just hit the search column on the app and an avalible driver would be assigned to you from the comfort of your home.
My experience with OMA is everything to remember. The car was really comfortable and the driver was so polite and friendly. Nice one.
My experience today with your ride was short-lived ,your app doesnt give the drivers the exact location as typed in by the customer.then the driver that picked the request was rude.so i cancelled the trip.
Ever since I downloaded the app it hasn't opened. After registering it's only been showing a blank page ever since, whenever i open it. I've not been able to use it
I just cannot fund my wallet. It takes me to the paystack option which would'nt stop loading. I find it really difficult to carry cash around. So frustrating.
I used OMA, the driver was very cool. Shows these OMA drivers are well trained. I had a great experience. Oma is my everyday app.
This app is not giving optimal performance. Its set up processes is brought to an abrupt immediately after the first inquiry from the app. Waste of data!
My experience with oma ride was so cool like i feel so happy and excited that i dont have to stay under the sun or at a bustop waiting to drag bus with some persons..i feel like a boss...it was so good that is affordable and faster... makes every trip fun....
I have been trying to activate my account since last night without success. the platform doesnt send me the code and the code I got on auto call didnt authenticate the account. pls assist
It keeps saying all available drivers are busy. Sincerely, it seems the app gets worse with each new update.
Great app... But please I advise you put more rides on roads... You guys have just very few rides and it's always very hard to search a driver. Thank you

Oma is a beautiful app. The best I have used so far. The drivers are so nice and friendly, very fast to accept request and to arrive. The most amazing thing ever was that the driver was able to end the trip without being connected to the internet! The place I ordered a ride too had poor Internet connection, yet were able to successfully end the trip. Oma remains the best online cab company ever!
