2nd time I tried this app but it won't accept my password. Seems some Omada customers must enter their food tracking on the website and can't use the app because of this bug

This has been a great checking for me every morning, and the coach is great.
I tried to open the app but it required me to do a passcode on my device but it never gave me the option to do the passcode. I don't understand why I need that if it's on my own personal device and no one has access to my device but me. Too many steps and still never got anywhere
