Omaha's Zoo

This app isn't helpful at all. As a avid Omaha zoo goer, I have never once used this app to better my experience. The map is incredibly outdated as there has been a LOT of construction on zoo property and many new AMAZING attractions that aren't shown on map. It is basic info that is easily obtained from the website too. More often than not when I have tried to use the app while in the zoo it doesn't load properly anyway. Save your data and storage space on your phone for something else.

I would LOVE it if the zoo app worked. Like so many others have said, it doesn't verify my membership and the link to reserve a time to see the elephants didn't work. Great idea and graphics, bad usability.

Doesn't let you access membership. This bug has been present for over a year. Should honestly be removed from play store, as it's basically a broken app that tells the user it "needs" access to GPS, camera, and read/write access to phone.

App is broken. When you enter all the information in to get your membership information it says there isn't enough information to find the membership. The map and allot of the other information is also out of date. It looks like the app has been abandoned or is simply poorly maintained.

Garbage app that is not helpful at all. With as long as the app has been around you' d think it would get worked on and updated, but even now it still has the same issues. With as many people visit this zoo on a yearly basis it is a shame they don't give the app the attention it sorely needs.

Not impressed with the app. I hoped the map would be interactive, but was just a picture. Link to order food without standing in line didn't work. Isn't worth the storage space it uses.

I'm sorry, but this app is garbage. The text fields are too finicky - will wipe your text after you have entered it - and the membership lookup just flat-out doesn't work, rendering the app non functional for me.

This is one of th worst apps I've ever used. The links don't work and sharing pages doesn't work. I can't see the map for some reason and it won't let me verify my pass. The zoo is great, this app is terrible.

Not useful at all. Wasn't able to download/view the zoo map from the app. Went to guest services to get a printed map but they didn't have any. Very disappointing!

app asks member id, last name and email yet not enough info is given to find membership. this is quite disappointing because I only downloaded the app for a virtual card. if you have two people listed on a household membership each should get a card because you dont always go together and I hate holding up the lines while they look up my information for discounts. was hoping this would be my solution

Like everyone else I was told how easy it was to put my membership on my phone with this app when i was getting my membership. Tried to sign up when I got home and have had nothing but trouble trying to get it to work. The zoo should maybe think about hiring a different company that knows what they're doing. The one they currently use doesn't seem to have a clue about usability.

I keep trying to get my membership on the app. I keep getting a "not enough information " popup. Maybe don't worry about a fancy lion splash page, and make the app function properly.

a few things. When you go to log in if you try to use the number on your card (presumably your member id) it will say not enough info. this is because you have to use your ACTUAL member ID provided when you renew/view your online membership. Second it asks you for a verification number, but gives you no way to get a verification code?!?!?

It is absolutely worthless. It can't find my membership info, even after I fill in all the fields, because it says there is insufficient info. Don't bother with this, it is trash.

poor application renewing my membership. add my info including email and I get flagged because that email is already associated with this account. NO KIDDING . Had to use another email account to renew AND the renewal date doesn't update on the phone app.

App not very interactive. Map will not load. For a zoo of this caliber, expect it to work a little better. Hard to purchase tickets.

I'm unable to add my membership card! I would love to just show the app as I enter the zoo!

I love the concept of the app, but when I enter in my info, it says there's not enough info to verify membership. Basically a useless app until this is fixed.

being able to find membership number would be nice. the link that was posted before does not get me my membership number. as well it would be nice to see when off season things will be set up reopen. menu prices would be nice.

Waste of time. This app can't even find my membership. Says not enough information was provided. All it has are 3 fields which I filled in details correctly by even looking up my omaha zoo online account. Such a poor performance.

It would be helpful if the zoo gave directions on how to use. The # on your card is NOT your membership # it is the cards unique #. You can use the card # to login to your account on the zoos website but not the app. Once you get your membership # from the website login on the app with it. Then when you go to the zoo take your phone, card and ID to guest service they will verify you account for you. It's kind of a pain but worth the ease afterwards.

No Membership Card. No way of getting a verification code. Glad I took a photo of my old membership card years ago. App is just a glorified web page with no real function.

Useless, especially for on site usage. They push for you to pay online for food and drinks but it doesn't work via the app you have to use the website. So whats the point of the app?

No virtual card located. After I renewed the screen stated that I would have my cirtual membership card on my phone, I did download the link to the app store as requested.

I would really love to use this app but I put in all of my info & it still says "Not enough info to lookup the account." Fix your app so we can use it!!

one of the worst Apps ever, to say is third party and that you need some other ID number is asinine, why not actually work with the third party and get it to work with the ZOO id. on top of that there are no direcctions on how to get this third party ID, there are no directions once you get the third party ID on how to even verify the account.

Like others have said, linking app to my membership does not work. This is the main reason for downloading. Very disappointed

I read reviews of this app and didn't follow others advice. I can't access my account, it says not enough info. although I entered all info required.

I was able to log in without issue. The only question I have is why it says "unverified" and there is nowhere to send a verification code.
