Have an account, but yet to be able to sign in to the app. Can sign in to website. No other options to trouble shoot except reset password. I can reset and it works for website but not for app
Not sure what happened, but the app no longer lets me login to my account. I can login fine on a PC, just not on the app.
I have been unable to log into the app for a few weeks. Reset my password several times. Very frustrating
WTH this app will show you all the food for sell but trying to log in or access my account is impossible. Which sucks because All I want to do is order something.😒
It's good for the steak timer, but the timer can be a bit glitchy, which is dissapointing for a company that prides itself on online sales. I experienced two situations, one where the timers wouldn't start at all and just said all timers were completed and one where the timer just restarted halfway through cooking. For the first I just uninstalled and then reinstalled. For the second, I just SOL. Shame, because had the timer worked properly, I'd be in the app and be looking at their product more.
Won't let me login have to use pc very frustrating. This has been going on for quite awhile now.
Can't get on the app it crashed every 3 seconds
It's an ok app site but it's limiting. I would much rather just go to their own website... Where I have been going to purchase their products for years... I don't remember having to use stupid passwords to just browse the site... I might have possibly needed a password to purchase things after a while... However I didn't think that it was necessary... to have it there either... Since most if not all of them had very secure checkouts, since that is all that is really necessary. Cont.
Can't checkout because it doesn't pull address from profile during checkout. If you try to add an address during the step it doesn't save and takes you out of the cart and to another page. Backing out and starting over doesn't help. Otherwise the app is good; there's no point if you can't checkout though.
This is without doubt the worst app I have ever attempted to use. Attempted. It is that awful. I have tried 5 times or more to order something to be delivered to someone else that lives at a different address than mine, have never gotten close to finishing. Beyond frustrating. I have spent probably over $2000 with omaha over the years but will never spend another dime there.
There are a few necessary features missing from this app. 1. No item listed in the drop down, functions menu to contact Customer Service or give feedback on the app. 2. You can not search for products by their item number, which is prominently listed on the items' boxes. You have to type it all out. 3. I did not receive any app notification that 500+ reward points were about to expire (points should not expire in 6 months), the same month that their 50% off sale happened!
Fantastic food. Packed in dry ice coolers and delivered to your door. They have sale catalogs , too, so you can get a smaller amount to try and find out if you like some different type of food. I've learned alot of foods I like this way, and I don't go broke buying it and having to get rid of large amounts of leftovers. Of course I also get my normal faves. The coolers are nice styrofoam ones, too.
I have been buying from this company for about 20 years. In all that time I have only had one issue in regard to my purchase. Which customer service took care of immediately. The food is always awesome!! As are the employees who work there!! I would recommend Omaha Steaks to anyone who wants to buy the best flavored food by far!! Mary Kathleen Dunn
I love the food but the app is just horrible just about nothing works in it. okay so you have something in your freezer try and get the directions online through the app nope. look for items that you have already ordered, it tells you to sign in I am already signed in nope doesn't work. I hope they realize that they are losing money by having such a terrible app.
If you've never eaten a Omaha Steaks steak get ready for joy to be dancing on your tongue.
Does not seem to let me log in beyond the first time I downloaded the app. And even during that first time, it didn't take any of my info from my profile on the website. I ended up uninstalling the app and just using the website.
Easy to get around great deals on time shipping love thier food not just Steaks, also boneless chicken, boneless pork chops, love the gourmet hot dogs, skillet dinners, cooked roast, sides, desserts, different burgers & seafood prices are great and you earn points to get free items never had bad food from them & great customer service
I hope the tech team can fix the problem that the website is not responding to links when clicked on since the only help offered online are more links that don't work! I know in my heart steaks are the last thing I need right now but they have lost a customer
Haven't had any problems with orders. The products are all top quality. Shipping is always fast and the shipments are prompt and always cold when it arrives packed in dry ice.
Nothing! Absolutely nothing works on this app!! Every option I chose to explore came back with page not found errors. Tried another option and the app totally locked up. Once I submit this review, I'm going to uninstall this useless app.
App won't let me log in. Tried changing password multiple times & it says they're is an error even trying to log in. Would love to use an app, but I'll just go back to the website.
Really. You have a steak cooking guide and timer yet no selection for Ribeye. Really? I used to use your steak broiling chart on the website but you removed that. And nowhere can I find times other than one that says 13-16 minutes. Well on broil that 3 minutes is a HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME AT 525 DEGREES.
does not give the option for oven cooking instructions and cooking times!! the only way to look up how to cook omaha steaks and meats in ovens is just by google search engine!!
You freaking a@#$$$@@hol$ said that I had a duplicate order and when I confirmed that I only wanted one order You canceled my entire shipment. I hate this app. Now I really hate this App. The developer apparently didn't like my honest review so they disconnected me from the app and won't let me log into. Shame on them.
This is the worst place ever, they have destroyed my Christmas, I had my order placed, money already out of the bank, called to ask a question then all of the sudden I have a duplicate order, my account charged again for a partial order which drained my bank account, I told her no she could not charge again, she did it anyway, cancelled whole order now I have no presents, can't get my money back till after Christmas and now I have no money for my Christmas ham,they ruined my entire Christmas
This website needs a lot of work. Unable to edit cart. Very slow. All in all not a good app. Excellent food though!!
This app is useless , can't edit anything in the address book. I try to go into my acct and then taken to packages to buy , went in through website after that didn't work and the website doesn't work right either
Great MEAT I have had lots of stakes from a lot of different place ex. Italy, Canada, Greece, Peter lugers,NY USA, and some local places. If your a beginner griller you really can't mess this great product up unless you catch it on fire.
Worst app ever! Never saves your address, can't add an address for shipping. Doesn't save your account info. Spent over 20 mins trying to fix it with no avail. Garbage garbage garbage!
Can I give it a 0? I had an offer spend $99 get free shipping. Had items in my cart, saw I could get point for installing app. I log in to app and my offer is now spend $139 to get free shipping. I didn't really have the $99 to spend but was gonna treat meself for my b-day. I'm sure as hell not spending more when funds are already tight!
