Not sure if it's Mehilainen or Aktia, but when I put credit card details in and it goes to secure page to confirm it, it keeps giving "tapahtui virhe" error and aborting. I'm trying to renew a prescription so obviously I can't do that because it costs €30 and needs a credit card stored, which I am unable to do. I just emailed my doctor instead. Hard work dealing with Mehilainen, I use Terveystalo for most stuff now.
The app does not work on my new (2021 Android) phone. I can't log in, because I can't get past the identification page. The bank 'buttons' don't work. The strange thing is that the app worked perfectly on my very old phone.
Borderline criminal. If you do one wrong click, you book a private instead of occupational healthcare visit without any notification or information about the costs. You then just get 2 weeks later a bill over 160€.
Poor English support. The app pretends to be in English but many things are only in Finnish such as the booking. So the app is useless for me. Also when things are loading it gives no feedback so it looks like the app crashed.
It is a useful app with alot of potential. I remove two stars though because I find it quite unstable. Appointment booking from an existing referral button often results in a message saying something went wrong..then I've to search manually and try replicate the type of test referred for which is then missing from the list. Please spend more time testing the quality of booking functionality. It's a great UI and can be a great app.
When this works its nice but too often it just does not. Clicking on add to calendar sometimes opens, sometimes it does nothing. Open referrals show expiration time that has no connection to reality/what the people at service desk tell me. Clicking on edit button a partly filled questionnaire just doesn't do anything, despite app restarts and update.
Very poor, unable to get pass the scanning of the passport. Advise to uninstall and reinstall. This did not work
It's great to have an app like this, but this one is a bit unstable still. It took me 2 phones to authenticate, because the app returned to start when I switched to the code app. Also the app crashed a couple of times when navigating to messages.
User should control the ability to copy text and make screenshots of the application. Otherwise it is impossible nor to save some results for own use (e.g. laboratory), nor to translate them. According to the (nanny) application logic data is owned by it but not by user, while it should be the opposite.
It's quite OK and useful, but please check the design guidelines for android's notifications. Your logo should not have any color and be white. The notification bar can end up with any color and in some apps your notification is as good as invisible.
Simple app with just enough features. Easy to set up and maintain. I use a changing pattern lock on my alarms so that I don't turn the alarms off in my sleep. I wouldn't give it up.
I like the service mehiläinen offers but the app is disappointing. It crashed at least 5 times, eats a hell of lot phone resources (one plus 5 here) and is missing important features vs the computer application. Needs a rework really.
Queue times are too long. Over 2 hours for digital clinic which is ridiculous.
The worst of apps, so called digital clinic is like the storing water with a basket!
Most of the contents is in finnish and cannot even select text for translation as it is not allowed or disabled. Poor cross platform designed applications.
The app is unusable after the latest update. It keeps showing timeout errors and displays no information.
Bookings page is frozen and does not allow booking anything else, than digital clinic. Totally useless untill this gets fixed.
I wish they had tested the booking before releasing. It's almost as unreliable as calling them and trying to make them book the right thing... :(
Excellent app - fast, very easy to navigate, has a lot of functionality.
One out of four times it fails to open. Its not designed to the convenience off patientsts. Remember patients don't usually have the mood or patience for this
I use my occupational health services which I paid for them to get some help for "free", I describe my problem and ask me if I want to see a specialist, I declined I get charged for 60 bucks.... What a bulls**

Will never use Mehiläinen again. Three different "doctors" tried to prescribe anti-depressants over the phone THREE TIMES, without ever having a face-to-face consultation and despite me saying 3x I am not depressed and never have been. I was strongly encouraged by all 3 doctors to take them without ever having a proper evaluation despite the overwhelming evidence of serious side-effects. This is malpractice. I've reported this company to the Ombudsman. Over 150€ wasted. This app is also garbage.

Even if you set the app in English , it's only partly translated. Some parts are in English and some in Finnish. Like I can set a certain appointment in English and another one is in Finnish, and can't understand anything, also, you cannot select text in app so you can translate it yourself. Definitely needs some big fixing
