Oman Air

This company needs to work harder. I mean,besides their ignorance on not checking their planes before boarding, they take the longest time to figure out the problem and fix it.Let alone their poor service and high tickets price.How should people trust your service if you don't care about their safety and comfort? I'm supposed to arrive to my destination right now,but I'm still inside the plane that has been still for 2 hours and estimated to take another hour to repair whatever problem is there!

Very difficult to book the flights and press the icons. Every time ask for sindbad details and forget the details automatically. The app is overall bad to use.

Initially it was easy. Now not so. Most of the time showing wrong payments. I recently purchased a ticket and inspire of paying my extra baggage I doesn't show in ticket. Then from September 21 I'm running behind oman air who still didn't care to solve the issue. Very horrible experience. Online not at all easy

Cannot update sindband points and cannot book a flight. Each time when I try booking and adding child seat an infant is added by the app and then it says no flight available. This issue is there since December 2021 and still not yet fixed 😑

Good app but needs improvement. The biggest flaw is unavailability of total fare after selection of the flights. It directly takes you to passenger details and the total price is nowhere to be found. The total trip price must be displayed on screen at all times after selection of flight.

The app is so unresponsive and also you can hardly save the changes without it crashing.

Worst airlines App I ever use you can't login I can login to website but not to App as bad as Saudi airline App

While updating profile info, it checks email address! It says duplicate email although I didn't change it. Same error is in the website as well. Baggage allowance doesn't display in my reservation. Adding a second phone (home) in reservation replaces the old (mobile), not new. Usually people have two number for Oman and the other country do you must have both to send urgent notification to.

Great Service and wonderful experienced at Oman Air. But this apps is terrible.i was able to log in using my sindbad acct. if i use the web browser, I sent an email with regards to the log in and crashes on application. What they did was sent me a new password eventhough i didn't request to recover or change password. Now it's getting worst, i can't log in the web i tried using the new password they sent, still nothing. I hope they can do something about this.

Font is very small. I need magnifiers to see the dates in some screens. Please increase font size or give option for that. Also, some screens in Arabic, the font is white with bright background. Possibly add shadows to highlight the text which currently is not easy to see.

The app has improved a lot. While registering, it is very difficult to select the Year of Birth. Have to scroll all the way from current date to a date before 50 years. If a person is born in 1958, his life will end up in scrolling. If you had a drop down list to select year atleast, well and good. Please solve it

Many errors, doesn't function as it should, doesn't copy personal details from profile when booking ticket, it doesn't show total price before filling personal detail page. Very unprofessional and inefficient job, probably done by unskilled programmers. In my opinion, the entire system development team must be replaced.

The app keeps crashing : not reliable anymore. I have been using Oman Air apps since years on iPhone. I've a brand new Huawei P30 Pro since a few month and then the app is crashing as soon as I'm using the Sinbad menu. That means I can only use the app to check time schedule or whatever but no way to quickly book my next flight on the go. Very disappointing. Clément Pluchery

This app is of no use to me. I have a booking which is already confirmed, but when I feed the booking information it gives an error message saying my booking was not found. The story is the same for the website as well. It looks like that booking details are never updated. What is the point in having a Manage Booking section if it does not allow to do so?

Dear team, You guys really need to work on this app, most of the time, application crashes when ever i try to open my future bookings.. . UI interface is very good, and easy to use, but some parameters here and there, requires some tweaks.. kindly work on for better and stable app

Couldn't book in on line. Travel agent tried but had same outcome and suggested that there could be a problem with app Tried customer service and they were not interested and said just do it at the airport. What is the reason for the app?

I liked how the old way flights were displayed. It helped me choose the best option that works for me. Now, it's a lengthy process just choosing a return flight. The grid was much better.

There should be search field just by typing some keywords, instead of browsing all the time. Plus everytime you want to see your bookings you need to retype your booking reference number. And there's no airport notification facility like Qatar Airways App. Please improve. Thanks. Otherwise I liked Oman Air the best airline among Gulf area airlines.

Hi i cannot add my future trip in this app and there is no option either. Everytime ive tried with pnr but this app is not recognising the trip. its like a blind app, where it cannot see what we entered in the trip pnr. emirates skyward is perfect example of good app, once entered the future trip, then there are no worries. it will continue to be there. but here in oman air, its totally confusing.

Doesn't work the way an airline app is supposed to, keeps saying app is designed for an older version, please update but there are no updates available, doesn't link a booking created online via the account, search feature is terrible and no link option.

Overall it seems like a good app and the first impression of the sindbad dashboard is good. BUT the menu does not react. I already re installed. So, I cannot use the App.

the application show different rates than actual. I tried to book a ticket then an error appeared although all data input were right. I call Oman air and discover different rate at 100 OMR more than what I have by App. so I chose another airline

Major rework required in this app. I have downloaded the app and logged in with my Sindbad credentials. When I go to 'Manage' and get my flight details, It is not recognising my Sindbad account details! So you guys have 2 different sites- one is for Oman Airways and another is with Sindbad. And both sites are not Integrated. I don't know what to do now!

First I'd try to book a ticket through this apps but the price is not updated everyday I search the same price every day Second when I try to check in online 48 hrs before my flight all the fill up done when I click continue to find my deserve seat it will suddenly disappeared .. I tried many times but the still same failed I was pissed off.. please check your apps for convenience of all the passengers 😔😔😔

i wish i could give this app negative stars as it would negative 1 million stars they have made the password setup is so complicated that it has become so frustrating as i cant even reset a password... or access my app.. i have now for 4 days tried to re install the app reset my password and contacted support numerous times they do not help.. so if the app is like this and customer service im really nervous about the flight i have paid £600 for!! hopefully they can redeem themselves.🤔

Don't Use this Application for Ticket bookings. January 2020 we booked 4 tickets in Oman Air, Unfortunately it was cancelled, We are contacting them for Last 16 Month's for the refund, but no response expect request id. They only allow us to contact by e-mail, and brilliantly they will avoid our emails for refund. Very poor customer service. Please think twice before using this Application for Ticket bookings.

I had to uninstall the app several times to book my flight. It would not log me in as it keeps telling me that password is invalid and when I try to book it would tell me the date is unavailable and would show me the calendar for all months on which all dates have NONE flights.

Keep asking for departure date and return date when already selected to book flight
