Worst app in telecommunications systems thought ooredoo was worse but this beats ooredoo, this app has more bugs then entire population of its place can't change email, can't change password, can't set new password if lucky change both email and password can't log in same number can't redeem points what's the point of app if not mobile working and have to use official site for the functions like remove this app it's such an embarrassments mzn se
Very slow, bad animation and trouble spin rewards popup window and no option to disable it. The old version was more reliable and better optimization.
I give you 4 stars due the app lagging while I open the app. Sometimes my bright screen goes dark for a while and the pages takes time to load. As Omantel is a leader in Oman Telecom I thought you should improve your app. The other issue is the spin to get the free MB for 24 hrs how do I get free MBs while Im subsribed to a bundle? For Hayyak subscription I think we are ripped! Ooredoo has better pay as you go with longer airtime..
Little bit slow, sluggish and sometimes errors all over specially when I pay.Already I paid but in app show still sometimes! It required improvements.
There is something wrong in the app. Need to revise and make it better. I can not select any offers available.

The app has become slow since the introduction of the spinning wheel rewards. It takes time to load at the beginning.
The worst program I've ever seen, need to be completely changed. Waist of time.
Recently the application has become a nightmare if you use it to pay your bills or buy gift cards ... The transaction doesn't go through but your card will be charged .... It will take days and days for the refund no matter how many calls you make to Omantel or your bank ... Just avoid using the application for any payments.
Application is very slow , not handy to use. As well as it difficult to add another account number no OTP received. It needs to be updated. Omantel is a big company should have better than this application , I advice them to replace this application with new look design.
Very poor quality. Badly designed and implemented. New update doesn't even allow me to login with my fingerprint, as it did before! App doesn't allow to top up with normal international credit cards. App is not able to show all plans and options subscribed to! And many other important issues! Very disappointing for an operator such as Omantel!!
Messed up UI with big font and really hassle to login.

The app keeps showing me a blank screen whenever I confirm to make a payment. On top of that, it tells me to register my number again every time I open the app again. Please fix this issue
Nice clean app . The default auto renewal should be disabled. Doesn't leave a choice for changing selection of pack.
Almost perfect. It is very eye catching in everywhere and more fresh than the older one. However, similar to the older one, there is no option for close app as the competitor do. Instead, the option is only sign out which is not practical to always make a log in to a mobile app.
This app is much friendly apart from the small delay coming while startup
Installed in 2 devices. Both only showing white screen with nothing else after successful login with email.
Extremely Dissatisfied!!! Apps are supposed to make our lives easier and convenient. Once again I topped up from the App, it deducted the amount from my bank account but i did not receieve the topup. This is not the 1st, nor 2nd nor 3rd time, this has happened so many times with me already!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I want my money back. It's useless. UNINSTALLING!!!!
I couldn't pay my Omantel bills through this application, I have tried mor than one banking cards and but still I couldn't get through. I have discussed the issue with the call centre several times but nobody seems to be understanding what to do. The only thing that have been advised was to update the application. Also the update doesn't appear to me in the play store. Endless confusion.
I was very surprised to find the app in English, easy to navigate and helpful albeit a little "heavy" for my old phone. As a seafarer it's one of the best experences with foreign telecommunication services. If it also accepted payments from foreign cards it would be 5 stars.
I downloaded the app and it asked me to register and I did it. But everytime I try to go to plans etc , it says error n asks to lig in again. I did it almost 10 times. I am very very disappointed with the app and I don't recommend anybody to download. I request the team to look into the matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Tired !!!!
After selecting gaming bundle options and swiping to pay, new white screen will appear and nothing happen! Check and fix this problem.
Old style,, need one day to do the load
Thank you for every things but since more than 4 months, I am not able to complete my email registration and not able to pay my bill because every time I should enter my card no and other details. Previously, everything was saved. Please make the app more smooth for the users. Why it came so complicated. With all my respect,
