cool idea, and connected pretty easily to my Samsung galaxy 9+, however. once the remote desktop is active. the phone just keeps glitching out. like the screen pop up about full screen jist continues to interrupt and the screen itself is moving or flashing around. almost made me sick it was so violent. had to stop using it. wanted it to be awesome, though!

A great idea, with good implementation. looses a few frames around every 10-15 seconds, though that might be a network error. Though it would be good to have a way to use keyboard input from the phone, because when i have to login to my computer i need to physically be at my computer

Remote play can be a bit difficult on select games, however I think OMEN did the best they could on this one. If you try to sign in with Google and you have two-step auth via clicking a prompt on a signed in device, it will not work. It will send you directly back to the sign in page once you select yes. If this issue is fixed, I'll gladly update my review to five stars.

Odd... I'm able to launch recent apps remotely but after they launch, I always get a message saying "Unable to find host OMEN PC". The same message also pops up when I select "Launch as remote desktop" at the bottom of the screen. That specific option doesn't appear to launch anything when the message pops up.

My experience has been good so far. Connected without issues for both host and client; running WiFi 6 on 5GHz for both devices. I'm able to play Minecraft Dungeons without any noticeable lag. Sadly, there's no vibration/force feedback support for this game streaming. Perhaps can work that out?

Useless app! I logged into the PC app and it can't locate my location, so it tells me to turn on wifi or send a location notification to my phone. Well, you can't use the mobile app if you connected that account to a PC. I also can't turn on wifi because I'musing an ethernet connection... This entire program is a mess and a joke.

This app works well but it still needs polishing. For example, the keyboard will sometimes cover the textbox I'm trying type in making it impossible to type it in without rearranging the windows in inconvenient ways. I haven't had issues with connecting or signing in at all.

Works amazingly almost as good as playing on a small monitor. Very smooth no glitches and it's just perfect. Just one thing could be improved it's that they make it so u can do something for example netflix on one account on your pc and play rocket league on another at the same time.

Signed up to get warframe reward. This thing is awful. It needs my location on my PC via wifi even though I'm wired. So that didn't work. Also tried to connect via mobile device. It didn't recognize the connection even though I signed up on both via Facebook. All of these issues in 5 minutes. Skip this!

I am surprised. I'm just impressed! This is soo good. I could literally control my pc from anywhere with the Remote Desktop feature. Though it is a little bit glitchy when it comes to surfing the internet. Overall 5/5. I love it.

Absolutely love this app, as well as my omen obelisk gaming pc, it is a computer like nothing I have ever had the privilege of using, much less owning and this app compliments what it can do very nicely!! You can control your computer from your phone or just watch someone else play a game from your phone tablet or even a tv that shares wifi!!

network error on all the wifi networks i try it on and also on data network, using the app on a samsung galaxy s8. When i read the reviews it seems every samsung device struggles with this? Guys please fix this or give some documentation on how the app functions so i can mabye figure out if some settings on my phone cause this problem.

I'm deleting a star until I can figure out why the Back button doesn't work during streaming. Witcher 3 is unplayable because I cannot access the save/exit menu without the back button. Tried Razer Kishi and DS4. Back button works using Moonlight and Steam Link. OMEN Remote Play has significantly better streaming quality (O15 i7 rtx 2060), or I would just switch to another streaming app for games. Will update when I find a solution

Using OMEN Laptop 15-ce0xx and Sony mobile Xperia XZ1 and it always gives me error when I'm trying to use Remote Desktop and shows poor streaming performance on test, however I'm using hi quality fast internet and both devices are connected to the same network. Unusable app in this state.

THIS ONLY WORKS WITH HP COMPUTERS! I downloaded this to try the game steaming feature but it doesn't specify that this will ONLY work with HP Omen PC's. For some reason this app is required to know your location in order to use the desktop version of OCC as well, but I guess it could be to make sure people aren't abusing the system in an unsupported country. The rewards are also nowhere near as good as it advertises, there's maybe 1 actual gift card ($5) and 1 or 2 sweepstakes for peripherals.

Pretty much useless. Bad at remote play, can't manage my OMEN laptop or account, and can't remove old "computers" (actually the same computer, but with a new Windows install). At least give me control over my RGB and manage my Rewards challenges.

Connected by WiFi in the same network my PC and my mobile phone. When I start this the only thing it says is Network Error and no more info. Just stops, does nothing and just shows that vague message.

Connection is good, but it's need tons of polishment, UI/UX, setting, customization, all of them need a lot of improvement. This is ok-ish, but steam link is far better.

It is a good app of it works. Sometimes it works but most of the time the apps says that it cannot connect while the laptop is online in the app. Please fix.

I am mind blowned. It is amazing how smooth the stream is. The response of the screen on my phone and on the laptop was quick. Unnoticeable in my case. Zero lag.

Very impressed, would be nice if they added a controller overlay/HUD on mobile device if you don't have a Bluetooth controller, but otherwise works well.

Had to install this junk, just to be able to block gaming Hub from starting on my windows machine. double junk. this and the wonderful "HP touchpoint analytics". thanks God this is my last HP computer ever

Overall a good experience. Some small nuiances with razer kishi, but not fault of the app. Played BL2 with my wife on it. Worked quite well for most of the session, spare a few lagspike, but nothing excessive.

There is a major problem when you try to log in using google account. It kept returning me to the login page after the 2FA confirmation. Uninstalled because there's no point on having this app on my phone if I can't log in to my account

I think this app is an amazing concept but the biggest thing that I use when in in the omen hub is to check my system vitals which this app doesn't display at all. I would love to see this added in future updates 😄 when this happens I'll give it the 5 stars it deserves

Flawless. Tried it out just cause, and it had zero delay. Was able to watch a movie in the living room while playing a game on my phone i couldn't play otherwise without this app. 5 stars. Well done Omen team.

Horrible app can't even stream my pc to my phone what's the entire point of this app when I try to stream the app says there some sort of server error, though I have got 500 Mbps connection I don't get it which server it cannot connect

Ok ok ok so I found a problem signing in and found how to fix it, if you make a new account you can't verify it if you closed or minimize the app on the s21 ultra then when u copy the verify code in gmail and go back to the app you get the sign in page. Here how to fix it frist open a browser then sign in to the account then go to profile settings then you can verify there cus when you close then reopen it still on the code box, once you do that then close the app then sign in. No more problem.

the connection is pretty poor, most to all of the time you cant connect your phone to your pc (connection error) even though the phone and laptop are both on the same network

Love the experience, you should add a feature where you can controll your laptop from anywhere. Make it extra secure though.
