Worst app ever!!! Won't allow me to cancel my subscription that I am being charged for. I have tried several times and I get a message saying I am not signed I to the right account but I am. I want to cancel this subscription.
I really feel it helping me relax. It is wonderful to have your brain explained a bit along the way. I look forward to doing this nightly.
This is only a free trial and requires your card details before you have even tried the app. That's always a hard pass from me, and is very poorly communicated
Helps me sleep, which is miraculous! But since the last update, the meditations are so quiet on my Samsung they are BARELY audible when my volume is all the way up. Thank goodness I have an iPad from work. But on the iPad, the meditations have a lot more background noise and music, which I find distracting. I wish I had an option to turn the background sounds off and just have the person's voice. I also liked the old navigation better. I feel like it's harder to find things with the new one.
Starting to think it was a big mistake paying for a lifetime membership. It is 2020 and still the app crashes constantly in the middle of a meditation. If not the entire thing, then either the voice or the music will freeze, making for a very jarring and frustrating experience. It is a shame because the meditations themselves were helpful, when they worked, but now actually cause me more anxiety and stress due to this experience than I already have when I need it. Absolute disappointment.
I love the idea of this app. I love the different meditations and how they are presented. The reason for the low rating is I have yet to be able to get through an entire meditation without it crashing. When you are doing a sleep program, it actually wakes you up when it crashes. They were nice enough to extend my membership a year but I cant use it given the way it freezes or crashes all the time. I hope they figure it out.
SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG! Quite a lot of the content is finishing abruptly, whilst the guidance is still going, so in the middle of a word etc. I've checked my settings. These are fine. It's not just the longer guidance, it's also some of the 5 minute ones. This is normally a 5 star app. But this (what seems to be) forced stop is distracting and irritating. It hasn't always been like this, so potentially a glitch from a recent update.
I love the different features, however, no matter what I'm listening to it cuts off after 13 minutes or so. I have requested assistance and have gotten minimal response other than it happens on other Android devices and maybe it's my screen timing out (which it isn't because my screen isn't on). If they could get the app working consistently, I'd be happy to update my rating and continue my subscription.
I've been using the app for 2 years and enjoy it very much but the support is terrible. I'm having an issue with the app and the tech support keeps denying a problem exists. I'm likely switching to a different product. Update: a satisfactory resolution from the customer care team . I'll be looking forward to resuming my meditations once the technical problem is resolved.
I've been using this app for quite a while now. It's been decent and has a lot of free material for those who ignore the many promotions to get the membership. It can get abnocous at times, but lately my biggest problem is that the app keeps turning off my meditation half way through, often times in the middle of a sentence, and just plays the back ground noise. It is incredibly disruptive and I would really love it if the developers got a handle on this problem because I'm on my last nerve.
Breathe has been great! I've been using it for 2 weeks now and discovered their sleep meditation helps me not only fall asleep quickly ( I never even make it to the end), but I sleep much more soundly throughout the night. I wake up refreshed and happy. It has stopped ruminations and negative self talk with a variety of choices. I am fairly new to meditation but now it is part of my before bed routine.
Installed, selected a few things I'd like to work on, and immediately saw a screen explaining I'd get a very short free trial, then monthly fee. The description claimed there were free options with some features purchasable, which would have been fine... But that seems to be false advertising, so I uninstalled immediately, didn't bother trying more.
Pretty wide variety of meditations and teachings. I really wanted to give feedback about their emails, I could not find anywhere else to write to someone. They are always in a very light grey font which no one over 50 could possibly read. I wish I could attach a picture because they will bold things which can be read perfectly, so about 6 to 10 words of the entire email are legible and the rest of the email is lost.
I had signed up for a free trial with a monthly subscription. But they deducted yearly from my account. There must have been a processing error or technical glitch, the customer service representative said. It took some back and forth, but they finally reimbursed me and the representative was very respectful, even when I wasn't. If you can e-mail customer service, they will help you. The app was awesome, which is why I was okay with paying. Thanks for your help Marc!
App was great first time i used it. But the next time it wanted me to sign up for a free account, which i reluctantly tried with no success. It would not allow me to click the sign up button. I could watch all the content without crowns before. Uninstalling app and looking for something similar.
Would be great if it still worked, loved using this app until recently. in the last week since redoing my subscription (yearly) I cannot access my premium membership. everything is locked and my account says I have not paid. I have been back and forth with the support people who just keep telling me to log out and log back in, delete the app etc. None of it has worked and they seem no help at all. So no I dont recommend paying for an app that doesn't work and the support people can't help fix.
Total bullsh** Spent 5 minutes exploring but kept getting stopped by everything requiring a payment or email subscription. Shouldn't be necessary to use an app advertised as "free." I understand from other responses that there are 90+ free points in this app but they're not where music and sounds are and everything I click on requires a sign up. I don't want to provide my email as it simply becomes more junk in my inbox EVERY DAY. It's a waste of time.
I love this app and use it every day but lately more and more often all long meditations and hypnotherapy are crashing. The music and voice just stop and so I lose all benefit of the relaxed state I've gotten into. Please fix!! I've contacted support already and checked my phone isn't timing out. Definitely now the app. I'm a paying subscriber so please fix.
It's a soothing experience. I enjoyed it and used it for white noise. I do want to cancel my subscription because I don't see me using it as much. I still haven't figured out how to cancel. Crazy how the purchase was so simple, but cancelation is a huge pain... still trying to figure it out. UPDATE: I Recieved an email from customer support with instructions. You just have to sign in online instead of on the app. It was very easy. Great customer service as well.
