Not everyone operates a i device. This app is crap on android. Live view password will never accept but still shows video if it feels like it. I gave kt&c products a long break and thought I would try with the hd-tvi dvr. It works fine. This app needs help

Entered all correct info for remote viewing and still haven't been able to view remotely unless I use my laptop. I bought a new phone to make sure my operating system is up to date, and still doesn't work. I called kt&c and no one will help me. They said contact dealer who is unaware of how to install remote viewing.

It wont work. I put my device side by side with a coworker and made sure everything was correct his works mine wont.

I need to be able to turn motion and line detection off and on with this app. Motion and line detection are very important. Will put 5 stars if this can be fixed thanks..

Total junk. Logs you out without warning, then won't let you back in. No updates from developer so bugs go unfixed. Spend your $ elsewhere. No support whatsoever!
