This app sucks. No one at Omnitrac can help with it either. Map expands, equipment and descriptions don't. Unless you have a high power magnifying glass you can't read it. I have called and emailed and still can't get help. DON'T GET THE APP. Actually don't use Omnitrac at all. Lousy system and no knowledgeable support.
Like most things Omnitracs the system works poorly or not at all. In this case I can't log in just like other reviewers are complaining of. Authentication failure despite being sure of correct credentials. So far my experiences with Omnitracs have been dismal, this is just more of the same.
Loses service constantly! It wants you to keep paper logs constantly very shaky platform that it's built on. Surprised DOT let's be used, very easily manipulated
Works well for the intended use. Lots of useful features for mobile management of driver workforce by exceptions.
This phone app sucks. Won't let me log in I need it for work but it's useless. Very disappointing
.... That one kid that sits in the basement all day, screaming at ma to bring more hot pockets, will produce better software... I don't know what the screens are from but it ain't it
Couldn't even log in. Tried 3 different devices
During the big fail,I commented on the facebookpage that mine was still not working and they reported it to facebook in which My account was temporarily blocked.That is some nice customer service.Update This device has been nothing but a pos.I wish I could kick everyone in the crotch at Omnitacs and FMCSA.I Pray they all die fitting deaths for communists.

If I could rewind back time, I would definitely not make the decision of getting into business with these guys. The App is trash and is not user friendly and the refresh rate is 120 seconds, even though the salesman was throwing out 6 second ping times when I was first signing up. You will not be able to see your assets move every 6 seconds on the App, because the refresh rate is 120 seconds, which is supposedly the "industry standard". I would definitely go with ATTI or Network Fleet instead.
