OMR Evaluator

After a short time spent to learn the details of this app, I can say that it is useful, easy to use, accurate in reading test sheets and also flexible to sheet grading! I also liked the cloud link that offers, but I was expecting more features editing a sheet using the website. One issue found is that it does not support languages other than English. Although it allows to enter text in any language during editing, when generating the sheet as png/pdf, the text is unreadable.

I like the app because you can customize your answer sheet. I have suggested this app to my fellow teachers and they love it. The problems we had was remembering the roll number of the student/s when we try to edit the answer of our students. We hope you can add a feature where we can find the students by their name in the edit selection after scanning the answer sheet. And I hope we could also see and delete some old classes from previous school year. Thank you and God bless..

Hello developer First thanks for this useful app. However there is a problem in reading roll no. The app reads any empty column in roll no. as zero why is that? Foe example I have 3 digits roll no. and the student no. is 35 offcourse he will fill 3 in first column and 5 in 2nd column and leave the third column empty . The problem evalbee reads it as 350 not as simply 35. Please correct this bug.

It was better before the last update on 23 Dec 2021. They remove an important feature that allow user to customise each question marking inside the same section. Now, after this weird and disappointing update you cannot assign different market for each question. I hope they revert that back. Another very important drawback that the exam options cannot be edited once they are saved. Imagine, for a single change you need to start over for the whole exam. Keep going. You are The best.

It used to be okay but now, it does not scan. It says invalid or expired session. It says valid session is needed for scanning. This is my first time to have this problem with eval bee. Please help.

This app could be great, and has SO much potential, but I can't figure out how points are awarded, especially when it comes to partial credit...it almost seems like it randomly chooses a number of points to award. When I tried writing a short quiz with it, I tested out some sample bubble sheets and different bubble patterns that should have resulted in the same grade resulted in different grades. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any way to figure out why that is, as there is no documentation available for this app. Until there is documentation that explains how the points are awarded (or at ;east a question-by-question listing of how many points were awarded for each question), I can't recommend using this app with actual students.

BEST multiple choice exam grader available! I've used many different apps, including the paid ones, and this app is the BEST. It's simple and gets the job done. Many other apps try to have far too many features (especially the paid ones... to make you feel like you're getting your money's worth) but all the unnecessary features make the app slow and clunky. But this app gets the job done. No fuss. Just does its job and grades multiple choice exams. It's perfect. And it's free! Wonderful app.

Great app for evaluation of OMR sheets. Be it single set or multiple sets. Single scetion or multiple sections. Good for periodic evaluation of class tests. Saves time and manpower. Very easy to operate. Creation of OMR sheet is fun. Getting the result in Excel format is just a touch of button away. Really loved it.

excellent but could you add the option to keep the order of the scaned bubble sheets as is. just don't reorder them.

I really love the app. It indeed simplify the task in checking and analyzing test results. However after the recent update, sharing results in excel became limited and available only after subscribing. The buy facility did not even work when I tried to.

Greetings to the developer. We are using modular distance learning this school year and it takes a lot of time to prepare and check the output of our learners. By using this app, I am saving a lot of time and it made me think of conducting a research about the effectivity of Evalbee to public teachers like me in our district. Developer/s thank you so much for making an effort and putting your time in making this app. there are a lot of omr evaluators out there that I have tried and this one is the one ill continue using. I am a newbie teacher, having 7 different classes of 5 different subjects really helped me out in saving time checking, I get to see with the analysis feature where my students need more attention with. thank you for the offline functionality, for making it free to use. Very good experience with setting up OMR exams. Evaluation went very quick. Analysis went smooth. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Group deletion of evaluated papers can be added. 2. Flexibility to design OMR answer sheet i.e. for Roll No started by default at 0 - 9. I wouldve liked to change it to 1-9 & then 0.

Awesome app. Detected all answers of 80 tests accurately, without a single mistake. However, the app did make some mistakes while detecting roll numbers. However I manually edited those. Roll number detection should be improved. Otherwise, a perfect app.

This app is very useful to teachers. Exams are customizable and specific to what it needs. Scanning of papers are fast. It deserve 5 stars. Though one more thing to improve, when exporting and importing the exam to another device, the images should be included.

It's a great app. Please allow the user to divide the marking of scanned sheets into sections(for different subjects) even if initially the omr sheet is not section wise printed. So that in the result I can get the scores section wise even if initially I have not generated a section wise answer sheet. I wish this feature will be considered in future update.

Yep, everything's there. Thank you. Just add an option to download reports without a key. Because it might be useful in the case of social survey where there's no correct answer but you need the responses. (Currently I've to add a dummy key to create excel report.

I loved the app,its features and convenience. comment: Your Right and wrong are just opposite in your app. For example:- My manual checking shows 40 right answer and 10 wrong answerI your app shows 10 right 40 wrong and calulates accordingly. App shows 40x and 10 ✓ which should be 40✓ and 10x. Hope you ll correct it sooner and update. Waiting for update. App is good in bubble taking. no problem with that.

This app is really helpful for teachers and educators. Moreover, I would like to ask some help or answers for I am receiving an error "Invalid or expired session!" which would not load up the application. Hoping for your immediate response (for I am in the middle of checking papers.) Thank you! 😊

A most excellent application that the developers have improved time and again. Would love to have an iOS version as the competing apps are quite simply lagging in both usability and versatility. Keep up the good work!

Great way to make quick multiple guess quizzes and score them. Works pretty well, but does make mistakes. Updated this review to reflect that the mistakes can be easily edited now. Recent updates have been great!

Kudos, what an incredible app is this!. Everything is good. But, I wanna suggest the developers to update student name markers with alphabet circles. That's the only thing , bcoz when I am correcting the paper of students it takes time to note their names. Please Develpors bring up this feature, it will be helpful to many people.

The app has started crashing continually. It says there are bandwidth and connection issues but I have checked both of these. I can get as far as seeing the exams I have created but am unable to scan.

Very good app. Truely functional. I can pay for othwer features. Email delivery should be more prompt. It can scan the screen too. Desktop version can be more comfortable. But great work by great people.
