Will not connect. We a have a mixture of Samsung and apple phones and this will not connect half of the time and when dies, it takes multiple resets of the tens unit. It is a pos and should be taken off of the market. Anything that costs as much as this should be so summons a middle schooler can hook it up and have it work.
Update: works wonderfully now. If using a new phone, make sure to 'forget' the Bluetooth connection on the old phone, as well as press the reset buttons on the electrodes. Not working on my new phone (Samsung s10e)
Super easy to setup, I was skeptical by the negative reviews on here, but this app guides you pretty well through the setup process. Easy to control as well, I love the interface. Great app and product!
To all having connection issues, check that GPS location is enabled and the app has permissions. This solved my connection issues with multiple BLE devices. Hope this helps.
Horrible. App connects intermittently. No updates provided. Reinstalled this app multiple times. Didn't work. For something that costs $300+ you'd expect them to actually work.
App is not compatible with 8.0.0 android version. makes omron device useless. no support from customer service and no work around. Worked on my LG 20 and not v30.
Wish it would connect to my Bluetooth ... I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it will not connect. My wife has an iPhone and it did work on hers.
Junk, installed it on two brand new smart phones. Doesn't even detect the omron devices.

I need a program to work with Samsung health for your machines or I'm about to take it back to the store because I'm trying to have everything on record with my health and it won't work with Samsung but on the Samsung App it says it would
Love the unit! Helps with managing muscles pain due to fibromyalgia but... recieved a galaxy note 9 as a gift and it's NOT compatible so now I cannot use it!!!!
Please update app. I keep getting error readings every time I try to connect.
Horrible app. Nightmare to use. Only ads to the stress and reason for needing tens unit
I cant get it to work most if the time and its not compatable to most of the phones we have
product is garbage if it wont connect to my galaxy s8plus or my ipad...tossing it.
Unable to pair. Tells me to turn device on... Which is on. And thats how far I got.
Works well with my galaxy s8 active.

How does one get out of app to use phone for purposes.
Will not connect
Doesn't work consistently. I've had to uninstall & reinstall several times because the start button isn't highlighted for 1 of the pads. I've reset, force stopped & still nothing. Incredibly frustrating when you're in pain & have to do so many extra things to get this app to work. As convenient as the wireless option is, I don't recommend this because the app SUCKS!
