I've been a long time member since 1973. The Coors CU now OnTap CU app has never caused any major problems. The only issue I've experienced is doing an online check deposit. I've had to take several front and back photos of the check b4 it's finally accepted. Not a big issue since I'm near a few Co-Op CU's where I can walk in to deposit any checks. I'm an android user thru AT&T. On Tap CU has always provided me with friendly and efficient customer service.
T-Mobile is my cell phone carrier. I was forced to do an update a few days ago and now the app won't even open. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall and it's been pending for 2 days. I rely heavily on this app. Would really appreciate you fixing the issue. It sounds like I'm not alone with this issue.
Disappointed! I have recently had to uninstall and reinstall anytime I want to use this app! Not convenient at all. I called the credit union to see if this was a known issue, they had no idea. I have a Galaxy S9, not sure what else to do to make this app work they way it is supposed to.
This app is awful. If you're able to log in, the menu randomly opens, it takes forever to load and doesn't process transections correctly. Some fixes need to be made ASAP.
this app is the worst app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and every time I try and log in I get an error message can't rearch the network at this time. my first bank app NEVER has an issue. Android phones are just as common as iPhones stop using that excuse it's my android phone it's not it's your app!
After almost a year, they still have not fixed the connection problem. I can only connect to the bank through wifi. I don't need a phone app if I can connect to wifi.
I've had to reinstall the app everyday to get it to work for over a week now. Bank customer service says they know but don't have any idea when it will be fixed. They market convenience but this app is junk and far from being convenient.
App does not work, always down for repairs. You can't log in unless you get on full site. Go back to and older version I had no issues with the older version.
I love the bank, nothing but helpful but this app has been nothing but trouble since day one. I even know someone that closed their account because the app was so bad. Right now I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get it to work. Please do something!! It has been weeks!
probably the worst app ever constantly have to call the bank to get it started again get into it one time after help don't work the next time you go into it wouldn't be so bad but they got rid of the phone automated teller
Very Slow to login and get to account. Sometimes you have to do it multiple times. Then it locks up when loading accounts main screen.
Using app for years. Love it. Only issue I ever have is Western Union checks. I deposit about 10 checks a month with the app. Issue listed by other people may be thier OS, network, or phone. Bank tellers are NOT IT support!
There is no visible timer to know when your session is going to time out. It is very unpredictable. Bill pay is not user friendly and you cannot set up recurring payments by mobile. At least your password is now not visible.
Will not open. This started when I got my new Samsung s20 updated the app uninstalled and reinstalled the app still the same thing will not open sits there and tells me it's trying and my connection is slow.
New update breaks compatibility with standard Android navigation keys and hides key information (account balances) behind additional taps when before it was the first thing displayed
Easy to use, fair to very reliable. The inform you of up coming outages, and resolve in expected issues quickly.
Can not ever log in. Used to work great, upgraded to an s9 phone and lost all ability to use the app.
Sometimes it can take a long time to show my movements between accounts which in turn takes a longer time to get downloaded to Quicken.
never seems to actually work. maybe if they didn't change everything every other day it would get fixed and yet here we are over a week later and it STILL doesn't work, you might want to start the new year with some new developers
Useful app when you can get it. I usually get a slow connection message and usually after the third attempt I get signed in. Usually quicker to sign I'm via thier mobile website.
Side bar sometimes bugs out and opens up randomly while I'm doing something on the page.
Works very well and I love the security! Bill pay doesn't do so great at times but that's a third party carrier.
It's pretty straightforward in the layout, and things are easy to find. I do recommend.

App used to work sometimes, now won't work at all, doesn't load past lig on page, just spins.
I absolutely love On Tap App and the establishment everyone is amazing and awesome. I will never change my banking to anywhere else.
didn't see a place to leave feedback, so I'm reporting it here. the update at the beginning of December has been a failure. the app is one-time use, may 2 if you're lucky. it will only open one or 2 times after you register. after that you have to uninstall and reinstall. all subsequent attempts to login, after a max of 2 time, result in the app trying to open, the indicator just spins indefinitely even to the point of the phone going into sleep mode, the app never opens.
