On TASC

This app was suppose to roll out on Thursday and begin to work in my area. Well guess what? Its Thursday and this app isn't working. So I called in, and to my surprise, that is not working either. It gives me a message to call back during business hrs no matter what time of the day. And finally, I checked in by email. Still not working. Seems like a set up to fail. How many more hoops need to be jumped through.

Very unreliable. Make sure you take screen prints every day. It says you don't have to test, but later you find out you have to spend 72 hours in jail. The App sucks and does NOT WORK!!!!!

I used this for about a year and a half and never had a problem. I really appreciate that this was available for me. I would wake, check the app, and plan my day accordingly. Never missed a single test. Really a shame averhealth got your contract.

Wont let me log in keeps saying birthdate or pin number is incorrect. I have been using same pin number for 7 months and no problems until required to update app. There is no way to recover pin number or reset pin number.

it every once in a while would tell me that I didn't have to take piss test on a day that I guess I really was supposed to take a piss test !! either way I just can't fully trust the app and i would think about it doing that to me maybe but thought oh there's no way this app is ran for the government it has to be legit for sure but I was wrong about there being no way that would happen with the app to me but it did.

App won't work without constant updates. Only app I have that does this, also do not like this sfa addressing me by my first name. We ain't friends!

Its super simple put in your 4 digits and get a yes or no for testing. I do it first thing in the morning and go about my day. Its great!

Works fine. New operating system is quite negative with the bold red font and negative wording. Harsh way to notify persons of a simple UA.

It doesn't let me see the testing location so if u have a problem call in cause the system trying to lock us up.. stay safe .. what a dirty system they have .. don't drop the homie

I'm sick of this every 2 days they are updating the freaking app....it was fine the way it has been for the last 2 years!

I have missed testing days because this app doesn't work all the time. You cannot trust this app at all.

sucks been trying to check and all morning and as soon as I tried to it just goes down the system goes down so now I might go to jail because of the app defective

Invalid pin even tho just received it yesterday an it still wont work, but sure great app if u want space taken up

Now since i have court on monday today saturday it threw me out saying code and dob is incorrect tried downloading it again and it doesnt let you reset password... Its like if your blocked... This is trash... Just a setup probably...

Tasc should make way for something more futuristic like laser beams that track people who are on probation or whatever.

my confirmation code is 5 digits but the app will only let me type 4 digits... so needless to say theTASC app won't download on my phone😖😖😖

I ONLY USE THIS CAUSE I HAVE TO. BUT IT'S FAST AND EASY. I RECOMMEND IT IF YOU LIKE TO SAVE TIME.

If you're reading this. Just know if you're ever awake at 3 am,check to see if you test. Because that's when the app comes on. It's the earliest it will allow you to check.

Do not trust the app with your freedom. It frequently does not work, but even worse than this fact is that it cannot be trusted to accurately inform you that you do need to go piss in a cup. It would not surprise me if county probation departments knew that the app was faulty but take no steps to have the developer fix the app...a great racket to get you to violate probation and allow them to squeeze more money out of you. If you decide to use this app i would always call anyway to verify.

Works great this app lets users know if they got a pee test or drug test or if you just want a guy/girl look at your dangly thang or camel toe/taco lol well you get the point now and this does require wifi or service to use otherwise it will just give you a number to call
