Be advised ... at some point the app will ask you to check your inputs and if correct, lock them in. Don't!! The app self generated mileage expenses by itself and the initial response from developers was that mileage auto tracking was on .. it wasn't. App now shows 6.5k expenses for mileage which is false, even a duplicate entry. Developers unable to rectify and suggested accountants ledger this out !!?? Not a good way to retain customers. Apart from that, an easy app to use. Be wary !!
Can not for the life of me sign in. I've tried changing the password and it still says its incorrect. I even set up a new email, registered on the onbalance website which allowed me access to the tools, went straight back into the app to sign in to be told the password is incorrect. This is a terrible app and for this to be the tool my accountant advises to use is laughable. This was supposed to be quick and easy. I now have to start inputting all my income and expenses in the old way. 😒 #FIXIT
Awful, awful, awful. If you try to sign in it inevitably says incorrect password, so you go for password reset, do you get an email to reset password straight away, NO!!!!!!!!!!! When you EVENTUALLY get email to reset password, if you put in the password you tried to use it says 'you cannot use same password ' which shows you WERE using the proper password. This should make life easier not more frustrating.
Pretty good, only issue it advises it's auto tracking trips but over the past week just does not track even though it says it is ????
Totally confusing. Haven't got a clue what I'm supposed to do. Haven't got time to do this sort of thing while I'm trying to conduct driving lessons. It's going to take me for ever to understand what any of it means. Doing accounts is hard enough as it is. I just need something very basic, and this isn't it!
Can not sign in on my phone but using the same username and password I can sign in on my laptop. Go figure 😡 uninstall !!!!!
Ridiculous app...its impossible to sign up. How crazy is that? Uninstalled.
Very poor, does not link to accounts, everything has to be entered manually and there is a constant discrepancy which I have been unable to locate. Avoid it if you can, dreadful!!
