Once -A special period tracker

Used to love this app, but when I switched phones I noticed it was showing a lot of non-English ads (possibly in Korean or Mandarin). Plus, my brand new phone was acting oddly glitchy. I suspected it had something to do with this app, so I uninstalled it. Sure enough, my phone stopped acting glitchy. There's something suspicious about this app, and I advise everyone to uninstall it. Definitely feel like it's engaging in some kind of data breaches. Play Store definitely needs to investigate this!

I've used this app for years, & keep coming back to it for its ease & convenience. However, I was forced to purchase a new device when my old device started green screening a few days ago. When I changed them over today it will not bring up my account. It says there's not an account registered to my email address. I've switched multiple devices in the past with no issue & as always I backed up my info prior to the switch. Please help. Otherwise, this is easily a 4star app.

I enjoyed this app a long time- ads were added a while back, which was disappointing but liveable (though occasionally inappropriate). I now cannot access my app/logs without agreeing to a set of policies in a foreign language. Locking someone out of 2 yrs of history without warning does not seem like a user friendly approach. I'll unfortunately have to forfeit my saved data and find an alternate app.

Great! I hace used it 6 years, but now I switch my Phone and I lost my info because it was attached to my google account and now the Option for login from google is unabled, I don't know what to Do to recover the data

I started seeing a Chinese blue button like an ad but i was able to close it no problem. But now i can't get in the app without a box popping up in Chinese. Idk what it says and i can't get rid of it. So now I'm gonna have to delete the app.

I used to use this app and it was great. One day, all of the ads were in another language (company was sold?). A while later, I got a new phone and went to reinstall this app because I have a lot of history with it but the privacy policy isn't in English anymore so I did not reinstall Did you buy this app from its old owners just to farm data?

I loved this app. Now with my new phone it will not let me recover the years of information that I had saved. Extremely frustrating! It just says my email is registered when I try to login... well yeah it's registered, that's why I'm trying to login.

It was a decent app until they try to force me to agree to their terms and services (WHICH ISN'T IS IN ENGLISH BTW.) And I can't use the app until I agree to the terms and services but I can't read the terms and services cuz it's not in English. So I guess I have to delete this app now.

I have been using this app for a number of years and love it however, I have forgotten my passcode and now unable to login. There is no option to recover or reset my passcode. This is very frustrating as I have so many logs stored on the app and I do not want to lose them.

I've been using this app for over 5 years... I recently switched phones, and I lost all my data! I've switched phone before and it was never a problem. I can't log in with email bc it tells me to use sns method to log in... When I use sns, data is gone! Please help.

Been using it for 4 years already. It predict the days of pms and cycle extremely well. It also straight to the point and very easy to use so I highly recomend it for people with regular period who wants to know when is your cycle but at the same time don't want to get lost in many other fuctions.

I really like the today's tips that come up they're cute and motovational and come in handy sometimes. Where do you source them from? I use the memo to put in updates to my cycle or how my period has been. In the past i also used it a dream and normal journal. It's a really great app!

Used this app for years but the pop up ads have gotten out of control. I don't even know how to close them because they're in Chinese. Super annoying and not worth it anymore. Bye, Once.

I've had this app for a few years and it is great, however, recently there have been a number of pop ups occurring that don't go away. It's incredibly frustrating.

please include a section to dismiss the monthly cycle completely.... I've been using this app for years but then I got pregnant and I was breastfeeding and after the intial 9 months, it was a whole year, six months and 11 days before I had to mark another monthly cycle....

I'm frustrated that I lost several years of data with no warning when I switched phones. What's the point of having an account if your data isn't connected through it?

it's a reliable app that over time truly syncs with your cycle once you stay on the ball and update it accurately. I truly appreciate it.

Very easy to use and is pretty accurate but some times mine is a day off but you can't predict what your body dose all the time

So far it's working well has helped in being organised especially when travelling. I like the tips especially when on ovulation.
