I love this game much. I have visited the forum and so sad that my inquiry there has not been replied. Please take a lot of your care to it and don't forget to release at least 4 heroes each month to keep your game alive. Please also offer us the rune/equip available for purchase as it is so difficult to obtain the good hi-rank rune. Thanks.
ZERO customer service. I've been swearing at these idiots on their forum (in THEIR OWN posts) for months now just to prove that they don't read them. As a result, the dwindling player base can't even provide feedback to fix the myriad of problems.
Its a good game but the idea of collecting gold and rocks just to summon is a little tedious... It may get better later in the game but im not sure... I have yet to pass the first chapter which is incredibly difficult for new characters. All and all though a solid seeming game so far.
This game is more realistic than same type in difficulty battle level. U cant get easily 3 star even from 1st battle. Its quite fun. The graphic is also good. Perhaps the city needs more.... easy to look changing
This game keep charging your money!! Scam. I'm a legit player top 5 rank player. I used to purchase in game here last year and stopped playing coz no update but i just realized they still charging me up to 400+ $ till this year april
Its just hard to summon. I have more than 50,000 gold but still cant summon cuz u need to get the stone or whatever. Its hard plus i always get lvl1 character.. wasted lol..
nice game but it needs to be more rewarding for new comers . every new player must get a nat 5 that helps them progress pretty fast .
Much better than summoners war, easier to level, harder combat and its more balanced. Evolving is harder than ranking up stars and it constantly feels like its progressing. Love it.
Its fun. Just starting off but enjoying it. Only element F2P will have along way to catch up. Disadvantaged from the start.

Culdnt play the game. It ask for permission to contacts, phone and pictures when i deny it wouldnt play. What a shame, couldnt get to try. Will uninstall😟😟

Loving the gameplay! Spin off of Summoners War! You should fix your RIGGED wish system though. It's disappointing. Been playing for weeks and can only get gold from wishing! Could use a free character once in a while. You guys are so cheap. I mean WHY even put the free summons on the wish system if you can't even get lucky and get one! I've never gotten more than gold! Where's the excitement???? On another note, I've written many reviews that you Devs harass us for constantly and NEVER get a reply! So this is it for me

Having a hard time getting started (not used to not getting a starter pack) but the game is great and a lot of fun so far!
Loving this so far. After a while I realized if you don't spend money it's just not fun. Not a lot of reward incentive, EVERYTHING costs gems. I will play something similar that gives gems as well.
Literally unplayable as I can not even get past the login screen. Fix this issue and I may rate higher.
So far so good! I've only started the game for a few hours but so far im impressed. Graphics is good, gameplay is simple. I hope further in the game i get to see more characters as i progress in level.
Wow really enjoying this game , lots of heroes and plenty of quests , the battle can be a bit grindy but I'm kinda like that too , highly recommend this game for any rpg / hero collecting fans :)
First I like the idea of the game but I have never played a game before that doesn't want you to play it after 30 min I have zero keys zero arena passes zero gems zero gold and sitting here waiting for six hours or more so I can play again I would rate the game higher if there wasn't a you have to spend real money to actually play this game mentality games should be games fun and something to keep you occupied not waiting to play when you are in a waiting room in real life get rid of the pay to play model
With Xiaomi Mi 5, i get best experience. Good game, good graphic, good animation skills of hero
