Once Upon - Best Photobook Creator & Album Maker

this app is very easy to use and amazing to put together but it would be good if we can edit photos whilst in the app; such as cropping or rotating photos. Also a bit more variety in layout could make the book more attractive to look at. but all in all, I was amazed at how easy it was to put a photo book together. I have just ordered so will update on the delivered goods!

Very user friendly, convenient and lovely way to capture candid photos of special moments in a secure keepsake. Once figured out how to upload photos from computer it made it easier.

well i havent gotten my book yet so honestly, rating you this early wouldnt be true value. but based on the ordering so far, its been great. i tried many other personal book options and quit the first page. i had alot of writing and personal letters to go in my daughters graduation book. they were too complicated or just flat out didnt give me an option to do that. This company not only aloud me to do that but it wasnt complicated to figure out. i was able to make my book how i wanted.

So far, the app itself is great. I have tried several photobook options, bit none seem to have the gorgeous layout possibilities that Once Upon does. Forgot to update: VEEEERRRY happy with the received book, and quality. Plenty more will be in my future. At this point my only real complaint is that there is no ability to alter the preset layouts at all. They are still wonderful, and I understand the limitation, but it would be nice.

Loading pics sometimes takes a while and the pictures can be darker in the book than on the screen. But the books are super pretty, the app recognizes which month they were added to your library (great for year review books) and the layout looks nice and professional. I have a decent collection already!

It was a perfect app until it updated. I'm in the middle of my daughter's weekly photo book and now I can't scroll down to look for more recent pictures. I still love it I've ordered 7 books so far. But I need to scroll in different menus to work on any project. Please please please fix

Really easy to use. Only reason I dont give 5 stars is because I would like the ability to make small changes to images as I pick them to put into each page. Simple rotation or colour balance ect. Otherwise a really great app, and very easy to use.

Super user friendly. Highly recommend sorting out photos in your phone before you start - pick your favorites and edit as you wish and put in a seperate folder if you can. Then you just open the folder within the app and line up the photos - makes the whole process quicker :)

love the simplicity of it all and how it saves a working progress makes it so easy. I would like to see more editing options for photos though but it's nothing major

I think they made the books look great, and it was easy. I love that they sort my images after month. I would like to be able to choose the layout instead of shuffle, and have 6 images on both sides if I don't have a title and text

Easy to navigate app, without any surprise upcharges when you go to checkout! Very affordable, I highly recommend!

I decided to add the app to my phone so I could do some work on the go away from my tablet. Worst mistake of my life. I synced my tablet to the internet and lost 6 pages of progress. Do not use on two devices if you like what you've created so far. Very disappointing

Great app to create beautiful books from your mobile photos, and now ith optio to add from PC as well. It was taking it time at the beginning, but once rebooted and on WiFi I was able to upload photos as needed. Takes Time, but defo worth it.

Great first experience with the app. simple to use. waiting now for the finished photo product.

Quick and easy, fabulous way to display the photos were are always taking, but never really using. Highly recommended!

I really love this app! It's the best photo album app I've found. Very clean design, and easy to use. I wish there were some more features to customize it. Font options, add stickers, ability to crop/edit photo within app, etc. Also I want to be able to have text and a photo on the same page. If that's already an option, I have not been able to figure it out. Overall, great! Would just love a few bells and whistles! :)

Great app! Love the shuffle option to find the perfect layout for the photo selection. The only thing I would have liked would be the option to add a single photo caption under individual photos instead of having to dedicate a whole page to text. If I had that, I would add a fifth star :-) Also, the option to pay in € would be nice. But really, the app is great and very simple to use! Thanks!

The app keeps crashing which is really frustrating because it doesn't save the changes you've just made. Also, there isn't an option to edit the photos once uploaded. For example, I wish there was an option to crop or change the orientation of the uploaded pictures. Both of these things really let the app down which is a shame as it's so easy to create and the end result looks amazing!

I have just ordered my first book and cannot wait to see it in the flesh. Overall it was easy to use, and quick. I love that the app ordered the photos in date order. In addition, I would love to see: - customisable cover/page colours - the ability to add captions/dates on pages, without loosing a whole page - the ability to manually change the photo layout - The ability to have more than 6 photos on a spread

Awesome App, very easy to use and sorts your pictures by years and months and always goes back to where you stopped choosing last. Reasonably priced and fast delivery. The only thing I wish would be possible is that you would be able to choose all pictures for all pages at once and then reshuffle them if needed. Would make it even faster.

Good app. Would be great if there was an in-app photo editor (e.g. crop/rotate, filters, brightness, contrast etc). Also, found the layout options a bit limited - would help to have a 'layout library' not just shuffle, and not automatically expand a photo to take the whole page, + enable text on the same page as photos.

Just ordered my first book, I have loved creating this photo and description book, it has taken back through some of my best memories and now I have those memories to keep and share with the ones I love! This app is so easy to navigate, it's clean and clear. Iv returned to it to add to my book for a wlfew weeks with not feeling rushed and everything was saved just where I left off. I'm very much looking forward to receiving it!

At first glance, I said the simple and chic design is for me. However, editing an album is time-consuming since I could not choose my own layout for every page but instead using a shuffle layout mechanism. This is like playing a lottery to me and winning it; if the shuffle suits best on how I imagine a page looks like.

This Christmas I looked at dozens of photobooks. I wanted one which was easy to make directly from my phone and that is exactly what Once Upon did. There was also no need to find pictures from WhatsApp, Instagram and the camera roll because the app automatically puts them all together and sorts them by month. I hope the book turns out as fantastically as I hope. At the moment I would definitely recommend it though!

In a particular album one can add only few photos. As the name suggest it is supposed to have lot of pictures to create memory for certain period of time. Didn't like it moreover the idea is great. It also filters the pics from the gallery as per the dates taken, this was great.
