The App worked great for a year or two. Then, the Time Standards part of it just went haywire. I've uninstalled, re-installed, and contacted customer service about 5 times. No answer. It won't sort correctly. It also lists multiple swimmers, multiple times in the same event. So frustrating because it's the part of the App I like the most. Now, after this last install, my state's Age Group Standards aren't even listed anymore. Brutal. I use an Android.

Was always a bit buggy, but now can't login at all, I know my credentials are correct because they work on the website. Uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't work. Contacted developers two weeks ago but no response.

App no longer working on my Samsung phone. Very annoying as it worked fine before.

3rd time reinstalling. The app stopped showing half the options, most important ones. Bothered everyone with it, thought something was wrong with the account. Reinstalling fixed the problem. Now the app tells me I'm using the wrong email address, doesn't recognize the manual log in, the finger print or facial recognition. Only had the app for less than a month. Caused more issues than it's worth :(

This app takes some time to get used to although there is many different objectives I can achieve but still haven't figured them out...yet! The problems I've been having is because the loading of the information of each squad has been input incorrectly so I guess it's not the apps/developers fault...its just we all need a bit of help figuring out all the different objectives. Just 1 example: I need to figure out how to input training times achieved to set training goals.

The app is so much better than the web site. As a parent and a volunteer, I can quickly register my kids for events, check which volunteer positions are filled, send texts to those who have signed up or those I want to recruit. I much prefer to use the app for everything except creating events/calendar items. Thanks for this great functionality!

Very unstable, constantly crashes and closes. Attendance is lost easily if you click on a swimmer data accidentally. ***Update: as of 9/20/19 crashing while opening may be fixed as well as an attendance scrolling issues. Will update rating and issues after next week - but so far things look promising that the app has vastly improved it's Android experience.

I downgraded it from 3 to 2 stars because bugs I mentioned in my review 15 months ago are still there. Name a few. The famous 'Loading', the re-login after switching from ondeck to other app then back, the all courses selected when first login and using time standards, the no internet connection error when coming home from outside. I guess when teamunify is monopoly, there is no incentive for developer to improve their work.

Slow to load; Timeout too quick; (impossible) not easy to make heat/lane correction once saved; Run meet timer buttons are confusing, the lap button is placed in a odd spot and hard to reach. Would like notification when invoice is received. Unable to pull time standards unless event is timed. The whole UX is not intuitive at all. 12/8/19: Server 500 error again. They don't know meets do happen on weekends?!

Completely unreliable. This app will load properly maybe 50% of the time and frequently just goes into a loading data screen with nothing appearing. Update: somehow even worse. Every update I get reduces functionality. This app is a complete disaster. It's only usable because there is no other viable option. I am consistently frustrated by this app and disappointed in TeamUnify

Very convenient and easy to use. It has helped me to easily manage all of my swimmers' events and jobs. It also keeps a nice record of their times in chronological order. I can sign up for meets with a few touches of the screen. Excellent resource!

1) The Jobs tab disappears every time I try to open it, so they tell me to uninstall and reinstall, every time. This is not a sustainable solution. 2) When i click the "contact TeamUnify" tab, it emails back to our own team, not TeamUnify. 3) The actual help page on the app doesn't work. 4) Fingerprint login always fails twice before I can get in.

This app does not connect to server every time. It caches the status first time it connects to server and then never update it. If you try to assign a job which is not open for assignment yet, it will always show job is not available even two days after all the slots has been taken.

Our swim team uses On Deck to schedule practices for various levels and days off the week. Once you figure out navigation (not difficult) it's a breeze and very useful. Especially since we have only limited spots on the pool with covid restrictions, very helpful.

Great turnaround on a bug! As of 17 September update, Attendance list scrolls to the top every time you change the attendance state of an athlete. Really really annoying when you have a list that is more than a page long.

Like the new long press options. Unfortunately, now there is an error in the rosters where swimmers that are not active are shown, inflating current attendance rosters fourfold. Hoping this gets fixed day as it completely outweighs any time and effort saved by adding new quick navigation options.

They just can't seem to get it together to make this app work right. It HAS worked in the past, but if you are a coach that values reliable data, paper and pencil will beat this app 9 times out of ten. Way over priced!

I've been having the attendance issue. E.g. couldn't save a session. I'm on Android. After uninstalling and reinstalling I'm now able to save sessions again. However I'm saving sessions the old way while others on Apple devices save a new way.

Can't get into this app. Daughter's first team used this, second summer team uses different app, and third new team uses this on again so reinstalled but can't get in. Gives me the err_name_not_resolved message so can't even get to the webpage. Uninstalled and reinstalled tons of times, same result each time.

Issues on Android since moving to Sports Engine. Can no longer see various time standards and my access to webmaster items has disappeared. *Update: update corrected the time standards page.

It's a great app ..its my exspierace that this app has difficulty with android phone from time to time ... but the techs work hard to fix any issues...this app is definitely worth its weight in gold. There is definitely room for improvement. This app has glitches

Every time I open up best times for my athletes the app crashes. Every time I try to take attendance the app crashes. Does this app do ANYTHING anymore? Need an update ASAP. App is up to date and phone restarted. Still nothing. Help please

The app is very helpful and easy to use, however lately I have been having trouble signing in and viewing my records. It gets stuck loading data and does not move on.

App works well for most of the time. But my site has been down for 2 days. But I can not get ahold of anyone to fix it.

I love Ondeck but recently have had many problems mainly with the time standards section. I can not see my swimmer's time standards at time. I can not click on scy or lcm. It will say repeatedly no time standards to show. A lot of times the whole section is just blank.

The app was great until recent update and w the app is useless. The time standards does not work after 200 free including 200IM. After several attempts to send issue message, no response and the app is still broken. Fix the app please.

I find this APP usless, waste of time. Been trying to sort it out for past 45 min, simply to see my kinds training progress, and no luck. These APP should be simple to use or what is the point ? Trying to get basic detail and not able to.

Good tool to trace swimmer's time record, and find out the gap with time standard. But if the time on stopwatch can be saved that would be much helpful.

This app frequently crashes when running thru attendance or sorting members. Overall it's slow, touch targets are small, not enough features exposed or they are deprecated.
