Unable to use the new Ondeck 4.0 on my tablet. Very Disappointed!

I find that I have to constantly re-enter my password even when the "Remember Me" is ticked. I know that my club posts results for my swimmers as I can see it in their TeamUnify website yet nothing shows up in OnDeck. Trying to find a reason to keep this on my phone. Update: doesn't want to exit. Nothing to like here.

This is a wreck of an app. It tries to fit in functionality as though people should have a manual to use it. For some reason doesn't have data on my kids that one would expect. Apparently believes I am interested in hundreds of meets in other countries when my kids are just starting to swim. Very little would be worth keeping when redeveloping this poorly conceived app.

The app is very difficult to use and is cluttered with needless stuff. I want to see my kid, his past times, and time his events. A practice calendar would be nice too. I don't care about other swimmers, their attendance, and split pacing. Instead of throwing 50 things into the app that is not very user friendly, why not focus on 4 or 5 useful items and make them work better.

The tool works well. Reliable. For free and no ads cant expect much more. I woukd suggest to redo some entries and resukts navigation because it is hard to use it or quickly find things. Also if you could add function to save timer results with titles-comments it would be invaluable tool. Thanks for doing this!

I cannot look at just my kids information from a meet. Said it was a known bug and they would have it fixed in an update close to the new year. Apparently works much better on iPhones. Need to get those Droid updates going. Will re-assess after the update.

Very dependent on how well the team uses team unify features. Also time standards lists are very confusing (it is difficult to determine which time standard to choose based on the short name given in the list). But overall very useful. I use time standards view, meet results and future meets views most frequently.

I have remember me checked but have to enter my password everytime I open the app. Sometimes it's multiple times a day. My son's meet results are often missing. I would love to see the divisional and state cuts listed somewhere. Overall app is ok but I find myself using meet mobile more often despite it has meet results only.

You can't stay logged in requiring you to constantly reenter passwords. Also, it doesn't stay up to speed with the event. It's slow to get results. I do like the feature that allows you to download motivational times to be shown for your swimmer.

It would be great if it had a search function but as an app in process it's fairly good... some of the issues may be related to the database not being fully updated by the team itself... but it's worth giving it a try.

So far I can only see my swimmer's name and age, no meet results, no best times and the attendance record is only from last year. The only thing that works is the job management. Useless.

Still clicking here and there finding my way around. Haven't seen any really info about my child or team.

Coaches and parents in our team depends on this app. Coaches use it daily to take attendance, send messages on schedule changes weather and any other quick notice. All functionalities depend on how your team's team unify administrator maintain the website.

Meet mobile is so much better. I can't isolate or save my son's times. Very disappointed in this app

No way to turn off notifications. No way to see all racers results in an event. No way to see if child improved rank. No way..... just a very poor app

Won't let me log in, my info is correct but it keeps telling me it's wrong. No one to contact for help.

Needs to be able to hold records so you don't have to download every time I open to check my child's records to view it.

Info shows it is synching, but does not show up. No meet info. Meh on my Note 3.

App should save your login credentials like every other app.

The app will not keep my settings and it does not display my messages from the coaches. I'm not sure what it's benefit to me out my swimmer would be. Very frustrating!

It has been updating for a shiny new server for 3 days I can't get meet results and won't sync worked great last year and not at all this year

It seems like this was created and then never tested for bugs or user experience.

The problem is known for a long time and still no fix. Very disappointed. And the app has not seen real improvement in the 3+ years I have been using it

The interface is horrific. Trying to just see the useful information is very difficult to navigate.

Can only see the events.... Always get a notification that their are results, but none come through

Quite possibly the worst app ever built. You cannot glean any useful information from this app. The U/I is counterintuitive, there is no way to see what swim meet you are actually looking at or see what event your child is swimming in without having to click on that event. Terrible app.

Didn't have my kids info for the meet, keeps wanting to sync. Totally useless
